Pophead, actually, that was my interpretation. If I was FRR, I'd be tying the injunction to the claim, as they are clearly interlinked. I could be wrong. So please do own research.

The injunction was reapplied until the next hearing, which is likely months away.

In my view, the injunction was due to be brought to an end and hadn't at the time been properly brought into line with the claim for $56million. So cannot conclude a huge amount from the discharge of the injunction as it was subsequently reapplied and now we have a different time line. If anything, it's advantaged us by giving us a bit more time overall.

Just think this is being pushed towards an out of court settlement.

There are three appeal court sittings. Going by 2018, they were in April, September and November.

I guess the dates of these are confirmed on January, when those dates are listed. From FRR RNS on Monday:

"The Grand Court also ordered that the injunction should remain in force until the next hearing, which is to be listed in January 2019."

Sounds like that confirms this, that the injunction stays in place until the appeal court hearing, and that the dates for that will be listed in January 2019. So we have potentially time available to us on that front.

It's worth adding that prior to the most recent announcements, the injunction and the FRR counter claim (against Hope default) for $56million were two separate actions. They've now been brought together. To do that, I can see why the initial injunction haa to be discharged and then reapplied to align with FRR claim for damages, compensation etc. So now one overall discrete process.

ODR, our shares are suspended. I would rather PIs were patient and wait the further couple of days for the 28th than stress the process further (as trying to find out means contacting the company or trying to contact the former NOMAD etc.)

They list the appeal court date in January but, going by 2018, the actual appeal hearing likely around April 2019.

Regarding why the company would saying that they wanted to get back to trading ASAP, as I've said before, this is 'standard speak' -- it is the sort of thing they are expected to say and should say, because getting back to trading ASAP is what any company should be working towards if they have gone into suspension. It doesn't mean they have to immediately get back to trading, witout delay. They just need to show that that is the intent.

What I wany them to do is have a NOMAD sorted and ready. Once the case is resolved, then make the announcements and resume trading.

I'm with you pophead on this. They have more evidence at their disposal than we have seen and it was perfectly reasonable to tweet regarding my NOMAD issue. On the latter, is an issue of maintaining comms, something they've been trying to keep to.

Have to agree with Arsenal that this cannot be on a bluff. One of the regular trolls on here intimated at what was concerning OMF/ Hope, suggesting that this could be sorted (easily enough to general mutual benefit of all parties) but that Frr needed to drop the 'silly counter claim' (their words at the end)

All of the evidence they are presenting is not in the public domain (including the affidavit).

Let's remember, YA tried to default us...and failed...

Let's remember folks attempted to argue that it wasn't true that we were working with two industry Majors...turns out we are, Baker Hughes and, now, BP...

Yes, we do not know all of the facts, and for that reason, it is natural and inevtiable that genuine holders are worried. But at this point, nothing we PIs or the shorters and antagonists can do. We are locked in. But, having thought about it, I am extremely hopeful indeed!

LordLash, FRR did seek to raise money but were being blocked by Hope. On the matter of giving Hope those 500million shares as Madpunter put it, you could imagine that ZM and SN felt that this was tantamount to Blackmail and just plain dirty injustice. They are within their rights to stand against, especially with someone like Hope acting to asset strip.

Indeed, as I type this, I am thinking that that 5million seller could well be Hope/ OMF, having accumulated inappropriately (any connection to the YA issue?). If it were them/ him, and they wanted a further 500million, you could imagine what level of control Hope/ OMF were moving towards. If that had happened, many folks would then be saying, 'How come they let that happen?!'

For those who are well down (and I am one of those), not been pleasant. But PREM could will be one of the AIM recovery plays of 2019. Current market cap £6.88million! We could be ten, may be 15 times that, by year end, not forgetting those NewCo shares for existing PREM-holders and Circum IPO on the Horizon.

Still some work to do but the last RNS has provided some valuable insight what is possible this coming year.

ColdFishPie, I'm of your view, that the judge will see the wider picture and push this to an out of court settlement.

ODR, you have perfect right to be concerned, we all have.

Regarding NOMAD resgning and not knowing reasons, has happened elsewhere.

The attack on FRR has been in force for some time, from OMF, YA and TW and his camp. When dirty tricks are in play, they can drag you into the gutter with them. Given this, I remain firmly of the belief that ZM, SN and FRR have behaved as I would expect them to, level-headed and focused. They have managed to achieve so much. Yet all this while YA and OMF have been biting and trying to take chunks out of the company and us in the process. It is possible that the NOMAD resigning has been as a result of interference from these malicious forces. May be it got too much. May be there was a deep conflict of interest. I know that another poster discussed that the NOMAD may have unwittingly given out important info about FRR to Hope (something they shouldn't have). Who knows what's true. Until we know, or more specifically, until there is a resolution, we don't know. With what is at stake and what it means for many of us, it does mean we are left fearing the worst. This fear is a natural reaction and not neecssarily a true measure of situation. But given we do not have all the information, we are left to guess and speculate and worry.

Regarding the recent tweet, I have no problem with the company having done that. This is helfoul comms, outside of RNSs, one of few other means available to info and comments out quickly

Regarding wanting tio have shares trading again, this is 'standard speak'. All companies would and should say this. More important is that a NOMAD is appointed quickly. This then enables the company to do its business properly. Ihave no doubt that a NOMAD will be appointed soon. And, yes, perhaps with us remaining suspended until further news can be released. In the meantime, long ang shorts are all locked in.

We are nearing the date of the 28th and so is best left to the company to pursue the proecss and see it to a conclusion. No point trying to contact FRR for anyswers, a) they likely can't say, and b) they are, understandably, very busy

The issue of this being protracted is excesrbated by the fact of political change and upheaval, with a lot Ministers and Civil Servants arriving in new and likely not sufficiently clued (about what's been going on) to be confident to sign things off i.e. (from the RNS):

'The Minister has asked for some further clarification on the history of Premier's involvement and the restructuring of RHA Tungsten Pvt Limited ("RHA")...'

Really interesting to note that they are '...willing to inject funds required to resuscitate RHA'.

In my mind, it is wholly possible for us to continue with NewCo while this is being resolved, including setting it up and listing. In fact, they just have to get on with it. But this is welcome news.

The extension of the deadline was also interesting. Why?

Surely, there was enough time?!

Have Hope/ OMF struggled to pull together a decent enough defence?

Had FRR brought to the court's attention new evidence and Hope/ OMF were granted some additional time to respond?

Are Hope/ OMF wanting a bit more time because they believe they can bring material evidence to the attention of the court?

Remain strongly of the view that Hope was in breach of his fiduciary duties but that the courts are pushing for a settlement out of court.

Some folks had pointed to Cairn advising both FRR and Hope/ OMF, which is a clear confilct. There was mention by another poster who seemed to have had some prior contact with the NOMAD that the NOMAD may have disclosed information to Hope/ OMF that they probably shouldn't have.

If there's one thing I am certain of, Hope, YA and TW, will all be working behind the scenes to engineer something out of this.

We just need FRR to focus on the task at hand, pour everything they got into it.
