5 TR1s with II's reducing their position - just before results are officially released. Bit of a red flag for me unless someone can explain why they would do so.

The Company guide First oil H1 2019 - in my opinions will achieve this with 2 months to spare. They guided Q1 for the first of 3 well on the GWA, so with the Leader probably moving to location this weekend it is arguably a week or 2 late at the very most - In this industry that is nothing.
Well done Hurricane - EPS on time and on budget, and a fully funded drilling campaign kicking off only a week or 2 later than guided, (and even that was due to the Leader taking longer on its previous drill for Enquest.).
And FWIW, the weather looks good this weekend and next week, so I don't foresee any delay to the drill.

Poverloop, the Magnus started production over 30 years ago, but yes, my understanding is that all capital expenditure/tax losses,minus any interest will offset corporation tax once Hurricane start producing. If that's not correct then sure someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly to put us right.

Street - They have loaded a load of extra diesel on the Leader so that they can pretend they are flaring Hydrocarbons, you should be able to see it as far West as Iceland, the Foroe Island Fire Brigade is also on standby from mid April just in case.
Apparently the AM has loads of bottles of LPG on board to start and keep the flare burning on the FPSO, that was according to some clown on ADVFN a couple of days back. Doh

BlooBird, ref your post at 1743hrs, if you think that is going to be accurate then that's ok with me mate, if BP are going to start using tankers that take exactly 500 million barrels and are going to wait until the AM has 500 million barrels in her tanks then I can only take your word for it. It's not how they have previously planned their offloads but this project may be different.

It's just a slightly different way of getting data under dynamic conditions rather than static. There is not much significance here IMO if it is done down hole, possibly a slighted longer drilling period if anything, if done to the Rig then keeping a "tight ship" is obviously harder and the SP would have moved on flaring.

Noix, I have seen to many times where posters claim to have info from the Company which simply is not the case. I am also careful of putting up, word for word, any info received from any Company unless they have given express permission that I can post it, even though any decent CEO or Nomad rarely will give out info not in the public domain.
I also agree that it is unwise to believe anything posted on those Boards and a quick check on posters history and track record usually confirms this.
Like I say, drop the Company a quick email to the Company.

Ivap, it may be obvious to you, but unless you know how much they are offloading then not at all obvious IMO, and if you think that they will wait until the FPSO us full, then I suggest that this will not be the case. Good luck anyone trying though.

Nous, very simply drop the company a quick email and I am sure that they will confirm - LWD and pressure testing only, no DST planned. It will take you less than a minute and you will get a reply back ussually within a day. Then come back and tell me if it is correct or not. - like I say, it will take less than a minute.
And FWIW, I do not mislead others on those Boards, not my style at all.

Aduk, correct, trying to get production figures from tanker watching would be impossible and about as useful as fixing a handbrake to a canoe IMO. Besides, even if somehow you did come up with a figure, you would then need to know if this was influenced by top side issues, well performance or data gatherin, shut in etc, and if one or both well were producing.
I also agree, any production rates gained directly, from the FPSO and published on a public board will hopefully by stamped on by the Company and by the posters employee. - It will not however stop the Street and and otherd from making a load of BS up to post on those Boards - anything posted on here regarding flow rates should be taken with a huge pinch of salt.
