The latest RNS relates to Great Bear Petroleum Operating LLC, which is named as one of the 'concert'. Slightly confusing.
It appears as though it is this entity which now holds 35 m shares, not the 'concert'.

Just a couple of observations as CHONS and the concert party go their separate ways. All very good news.

As to the future, the RNS this morning hails the start of the next phase and in 6-12 months time hopefully we'll be talking about values way beyond those we currently enjoy.

Interesting that none of the other 'concert' members individually owns >3%, hence the absence of TR1s in their names.
Unfortunately, we are unable to see whether or not more shares were sold between the last TR1 and this one.

Whilst some were getting a little concerned over not having funded next season's operations, it is very clear that PANR were twin tracking negotiations all the while, one might actually refer to it as triple tracking if you take into account the short term facility. All options were left open, and remain open. The potential farm-out partner is still around and the smirk on Jay's face about terms was very interesting. It looks like the potential partner got greedy and their bluff was called. You can only do that if you have an alternative strategy and it looks as though PANR played a blinder.

A perfectly legitimate question, I agree, as a shareholder, though this is clearly touchy territory as it could only lead to questions of the company and could result in answers which may result in the company being seen in a negative light.
The 'believers' here don't do negativity.
Who was(were) the miscreant(s)? The BoD - they paid out? Elko he took the payment in cash/shares and was presumably part of the budget setting process in the first place - what were the terms of his appointment, was he culpable, who bore the rsik? Other(s)?
Who paid ultimately? Us shareholders, that's who - part in shares and part in cash. But you can't say that hereabouts, it's a treasonable offence.
We'll just brush it under the carpet. Problem is the carpet now has a lump under it the size of Everest, what with this and all of the other sweepings up. DW's antics are under there, along with the odd drilling dud and who knows what else?
Don't worry though, we had $14m in the bank. How much more might it have been?

You missed out the potential for early production next to TAPS and the Dalton Highway. This will be a considerable cash flow benefit for any suitor to offset some of the capital requirements in developing the wider opportunities.

A great result and confidence boost ahead of the winter season with time to determine the next steps for the company.
