It is difficult to imagine that after running costs (Director's salaries, etc.) there will be much left from 73% of US$1.6m to "support future Alaskan activities", even if leveraged to produce debt finance support, particularly as we know an exploration well cost in close on $30m.
Nice concept in theory, but as others have said, more a case of salary support than a generator of finance for exploration.
