Hello,

Beaumont Cornish are the NOMAD representing Galileo Resources (GLR). I have been invested in GLR for approximately four years, primarily on the basis of their Star Zinc project in Zambia.

It has recently come to the notice of the Galileo Resources shareholder community, that the Zambian authorities have recently licensed the Star Zinc project to a company called Siege Mining Ltd. If Galileo Resources is not the parent company of Siege Mining Ltd, then this change of Star Zinc project ownership represents a very significant material change to Galileo Resources asset portfolio, yet no RNS has been released stating as such. There is no mention of Siege Mining Ltd in any Galileo Resources corporate documentation, so it is to be assumed that Galileo Resource is in fact not the parent company of Siege Mining Ltd.

Please can you clarify with your client Colin Bird (Chairman and CEO of Galileo Resources) whether Galileo Resources is still the owner of the Star Zinc licence, and if not then please issue an RNS explaining the change of ownership. Uncertainty around this issue, is resulting significant share price weakness, so it would be advisable for Colin Bird to issue an RNS confirming whether Galileo Resources does, or does not, still own the Star Zinc licence. Several shareholders have already tried emailing Colin Bird and the company directly, seeking clarification, but the emails have gone unanswered.

If SZ has changed ownership and materially impacted GLR business, then the Nomad would force CB to issue an RNS stating so. The fact that no such RNS has been issued may be perceived as a good thing, or possibly as Nomad not doing its job properly! If anyone here has the time, why not contact the Nomad (Beaumont Cornish Limited - details at end of all RNS), and outline what appears to have happened with SZ. If several people do the same, then the Nomad must take note.

If anyone does contact Nomad, please let this BB know, because if the Nomad then chooses to not force an RNS, then we know everything is OK.

GGPs recent assay results were delayed by about 4-6 weeks. I assume they used local labs.

In the pre-COVID world labs could turn around assays in 1-2 months. However, due to COVID, most labs now have a huge backlog to work through, which will result in slower than usual release of results.

Looks like a bogus site to me - quoting share price as £5.39, which would make me extremely rich!

Unlikely - there will be more multi-well phases of drilling to prove up resource size before AA will even consider buying.

Certainly very plausible Padmaster, especially as CB is so well connected with people on the ground in Zambia.

Also, in an RNS many months ago, CB made a comment that I could never quite work out. I haven’t the time to hunt for the exact quote, but it was something like.....”Applying for the SZ licence is a sensitive matter and has to be handled with care”. Maybe he was alluding to complexities around the need for an artisanal licence?

I suspect the muted SP may be result of John Cornfords 17th Feb article in which he thinks the first two drill results indicate a total tonnage of 350,000 x 3.4 tonnes, which is short of the 2 million tonnes desired by AA. However, given the recent steep rise in copper price, the big unknown is how wedded AA are to that 2 million tonne hurdle.

The in-bound Sandfire shares are priced at 2.68, ie, 38% higher than todays closing SP.

Interesting that XTR and GLR are down exactly same amount today with no news. Unlikely pure chance, so suspect coordinated price action on both. Not worried - nothing has changed.

Hello Ella - I have been following XTR for last few weeks. Soon as I looked at the core photos and saw the high calcopyrite content, I purchased £10k of XTR shares. Im amazed the markets aren't more convinced and excited. I think XTR and GLR are suffering from same problem - too much of CB doing all the interviews, etc. He is a marmite character (For the record - I like him!). Ive said it before on this board - CB needs to let the Geos start doing some PR interviews. Geos are typically self effacing, straight talking people (unlike CB) - if they think results are good / bad / indifferent - they will tell you so, without mentioning avocados and carrots!

Get a Caterham 7 and take up yoga to learn how to exit the car without getting a hernia!

Last two court cases, the outcome was posted about 1pm UK time.
