Im surprised someone managed to sell that many shares - a few days ago I tried dummy sells of as low as £1000 and they were being rejected. Maybe this is why?

Thats not what the RNS says - it says they have not yet received any formal feedback. If as you say, they are having difficulty agreeing the tariff, then they would have received feedback.

If the AEM targets are very convincing (good look alike to nearby discoveries) the soil sampling will add little in terms of pre-drill derisking. If the AEM anomalies had been less convincing then they may have decided to do soil sampling as additional derisking data point.

I think what Colin said was that the first few holes would be for calibration, implying that the rest of the holes would be specifically targeting copper bodies. There is a lot of serendipity / luck / chance in Exploration, so it is possible that the first few holes do indeed encounter encouraging copper grades.

Datacheck - regarding your last paragraph - remember that the first few wells are intended to calibrate the geological models, so may possibly not contain bonanza copper grades - that will come in the later optimised wells :-)

37km doesn't even guarantee one discovery, but its a very promising base from which to explore.

Most important takeaway from todays interview is that the first few holes are intended to calibrate the lithology, which will help better refine the prospect models and placement of later wells. This is typical drilling campaign strategy in most exploration programs. So better understanding the geology early on increases chances of big success in later wells, but don't necessarily expect major discovery with first few wells.

If GLEN and ZIOC are indeed coordinating announcements tomorrow, I guess there are two possible extreme outcomes - 1) Deal done (full or part sale of project, or GLEN buying ZIOC), or 2) Exiting with no deal (no buyers, RC wants licence returned due to inactivity). Many possible permutations in the middle. Had a very significant sum tied up here for four years, so fingers crossed for 1, but can’t help think it’s more BB wishful thinking.
