Oldschool - agreed - tomorrow RNS at earliest. Once the signing has taken place, both parties then have to agree exact wording wording of RNS, which in my experience is always as simple as it sounds!

S45 - good summary. If the webinar had correctly been titled ‘Investor Q&A’, rather than ‘Investor Presentation’ then people’s expectations would not have been inflated and deflated! As you say, seems that TK is on track for Q1 closure.

I’ve also been buying more over last two weeks. Wife and I now have approx 23 million shares at under 0.8p average SP.

In time, I expect KEFI to be proven a textbook example of wealth transfer from impatient to patient.

Still got some dry powder to buy more on any dips, so happy for Monday presentation to be a regular update with no major announcements.

Future SP depends on future lithium price.

DB - When you say 'previous licensing agreements', do you mean that licensing agreements no longer exist? Does VAST still have legal tenure of the diamond fields?

I sold out of Vast long time ago, but considering rebuying. I haven't been following the news updates too closely, but would appreciate some clarification if anyone is able.

The recent RNS just refer to sale of parcel of 129,000 carat diamonds, but there is zero mention of future plans to mine the Marange diamond field licence. Very little info on website, and no investor presentations!

Questions:
1. Is VAST still legal licence owner of the diamond concession?
2. What is legally binding JV status of the diamond concession?
3. What are VAST's stated forward plans for the diamond licence?
4. When do VAST expect to commence future diamond mining?

Your last sentence, is exactly why it is likely that EG will sign-off funding very soon. I think within four weeks.
