Going with the logic...peel was tipped at 0.55p...who's to say.....this premium 12p buyer wasn't tipped...

There is a saying.....if you cant beat them then JOIN THEN....wonder how many will join Mr 12p on open.....if one is lucky and few decide to sell on open..one might get lucky and get some below 12p....win win for everyone

Peel took the biggest risk of all unless he was given thumbs up...on 15th july peel increased his holdings only to almost sell entire holding 2 days later on that transformational rns day....he bought at 0.55p at time when every ick and Harry had given up on ppp...this was good as finished..mc was only £550k.....anyways peel takes a pludge 2 days later is selling at 400% profit...

On the 17th when that rns landed...many pi's bought under 1p..punters/investors alike..some sold for 100% others higher for 200% 300% 400% etc in coming sessions...as we went higher risk was getting higher as....it was speculated this was pump and dump ....fast forward about 2 weeks...many records were broken....volumes went through the roof...demand exceeded all limits.....mm's started your manipulate and started to play games....supply was only getting smaller and smaller....yes peel did help mm's by dumping his 15m on 1st day....but in context of things 15m was nothing compared to what lay ahead in way of Hungary market...pouncing on every chance they got to buy....we went to trade over 12p be4 drop back....please be noted...I believe this drop was manufactured as was thd case when we was at 2.5p levels.....just 2 days before suspension we had 2 massive trades of £350k+....we're these shares being exchanged by mm's...or was it someone buying on open market..I suppose we will never know...

560m shares being traded in just 11 trading day is no small feat...thats x5.6 shares in issue...in some days we traded well over £5m worth in just a day....this is how crazily high demand we had...

Towards the end when we got suspended....due to rumours of this being suspended...many sold out....many like me stood firm as we believed this was just the start of bigger journey....what many are missing is thd fact...deal signed in came after we was suspended..some had sold thinking the deal was off....I believe had we had that deal signed rns be4 suspension...we could have easily smashed pass let's say 15p...and if that resistance was broken next stop would hve been 25p+...

If demand keeps out stripping supply when we come back...this imo has much much further to go...especially if we are given further +ve news be4 suspension is lifted...not that we need it...we already hve deal signed rns and 12p premium placing to factor in...going fwd...we will hve rig on ground...will be looking fwd to glow rates etc...from 4 if not more wells ( including possible new ones )...

We have been stuck in this suspended share for like 4 1/2 mths now...locked in....been patient as anything....its pay time soon...greater the patience greater the reward..sky can indeed be thd limit here....

Last time i checked..peel was nodding his head in disgust/shame..for selling at 2.75p ish..thinking he out smarted the market..little did get know....in this game volume is king...

Newuncle....auditors have a duty they are not there to keep caspers of this world happy...just because caspers ar4e is twitching they ste not going to rush or break any rules/laws...yes casper wants this back tomorrow...so will the bod..auditors have their own ways..they can not sign something off...until everything is cleared cross examined etc....dont forget....last yr...this was suspended for 3 mths...then we didn't have a death in the house or statement issues.or even...New deal on table ( at very last minute )...my take is this company was a mess at 0.55p on its knees...now after the deal everything has changed...the company is going through transition period...

Regarding workovers having started...I don't think they have...the bod have bee sitting g on their ar4ses doing nothing gor last 6mth/12mth..going fwd all this changes for the better imo...

Bod has been given a lifeline...I would grab it with both hands

112m in issue..after 1st aug placing shares are issued...

In 7 years only 40m new shares issued...name me another company who has this kind of record..

We all agree we were on our knees...good as finished at 0.55p...at this price bod could have folded...instead they decided to revitalise ppp...they went for royalty model...whereby we have continuous revenues for many many years to come.

Apart from the fact we didn't have the funds..why else do u think...bod decided to go for this royalties model?.....is it they wanted to pay dividends only in future and that's it....or was there another sinister reason behind it......even though there is so much value in texas oil deal....I feel there is/was greater plan in background....what this can be is anyone's guess...my own take is there are two strong possibilities

1. They saw more value and decided to concentrate on lithium/gas project....remember...they decided to keep 50% in this project...not rocket science....one needs to keep hold of their main asset....higher the stake the better...

2. Premium listing ...it is my opinion..rto will happen...with bigger company who wants to be listed on lse...

Them chaps who lent their shares out..the ones they purchased at 25p....will want decent returns on that....hence something big coming imo...

Whilst many are frustrated...rightly so at bod....I can forgive them...providing as assumed by myself...they are working on something spectacular in the background....

I know many will want to bail when we come back....my take is along shorters closing their positions many others will be piling in here...someone either was smart or stupid buying 1m at 12p...one thing for sure...if demand is high when we come back...like it was pre-suspension....try buying 10k shares 50k shares 100k shares...let alone 1m shares..can take whole day to fill that order of 1m...even then...mm's would give you 1m at massive premium....so this guy who bought 1m could be thinking ahead of the game...indeed he could turn out to be the smartest out all of us...

On serious note....only thing that has happened between...2 6p placings and that 12p placings is.....lunn came in and leni went out....unless ofcourse...someone ( insider ) knew more than us

I haven't really said anything with regards to tg that's because I ain't in it nor I plan to join it right now..,that could change in future...my way of thinking is...groups like whatsup tg twitter groups etc are distraction....I am a strong believer in...whatever folks need to discuss can do so in open...like here for example...lse...

Having said what I hve said....I do know for fact ...ceo bod members...do end up in these groups...I hve been in one particular group where this was the case....

Like email response in these groups nothing much is said...these bid members hardly ever give anything away...they are not allowed to....sometimes it does help reading between the lines...more often than not you are s3cond guessing....

For reassurance purposes these groups can help especially with ceo in it.....but please remember everyone is out there fir him/her self....always be careful.where that maybe here on lse..on twitter...tg...whatsup ..whereever.....

Bod has given us two updates in about 5/6 weeks...these were only given due to frustration of shareholders i think they know the score..hence updating us two times....I don't know about others I would be happier and prefer..if lifting of suspension was done in new yr possibly 1st wk...that doesn't mean to say no updates in meantime...it would be advantageous if rig on ground with program outlined and accounts/audit completed rns's came before end of year..then again I wouldn't be surprised to see 3 or 4 rns's on return...just like we did when we got suspended..

Tuan6...tvr statement gas already been issued on 27th of Nov..its at bottom of that premium placing rns....right now...if you look at lse..it's showing ppp shares in issue 106,....not 100m..which was the case be4 suspension....

I have no issues with genuine holders being downbeat...Stuart seems to be genuie investor....he is genuinely concerned nothing wrong with that...if one puts up serious dosh in a company after reading an rns...in his case let's say 22nd July and or 1st aug deal signed...then one puts trust in ceo/company to deliver on promises made..none of us now what's happened/happening in background apart from bank statements being delayed...all we can do is speculate that's it...

Getting away 3 placings one at 25%+ premium whilst suspended means there are some behind the scenes who are confident and trust the bod to come up with the goods....I am also backing the team....I don't want to look at the past...rather look at transformational nature of this company in times ahead.

Taun6...I stand to correct you..£120k has been received and shares issued and updated....read rns again....if anyone wants to have debate regarding issuing of shares...then it should be around....1st of Aug placing...that 6m shares I.e £360k...these shares have not been issued and as far as I read between the lines money has not been received.....16th Aug and this last placing at 12p...money has been received ( £420k )...

So question becomes why did the 1st lot not been issued...is it trust issue? Are they the placees waiting for lifting of suspension before committing?......is this the reason why 2nd placing was done as back up?.....why did 2nd 3rd placing funds go through..if you note....1st placing was done by broker peterhouse...2nd 3rd placees could aswell be insiders...I don't know...I also have a feeling...peel hunt is a big factor in all this...either he took part in 1st placing or 2nd placing...

On side note...those who are saying money will be finished soon...well to them I say..£360k is yet to be banked

So in conclusion the way I see it....according to some...this will not come back...so when we docome back...they will have lost ...egg on their faces..so hopefully no more contributions from them..from there point of view when this lists..that itself will be big victory for ppp as this was supposed to be doomed..in which case we don't even need any follow up rns..just lifting of suspension will do ( from their way of thinking )

New uncle...we all agree...this is discussions bb...debates with poor show from ceo delays etc can be debated like adults...but...phrases..like...final nail in coffin or this won't come back with 100% conviction etc...is what I am talking about...

If folks think it's a no-goer and that this is doomed....or even it won't come back from suspension....then my question is...why don't they write this investment/trade off..and just move on...it doesn't make any sense some of these guys spending hrs in end in pointless msgs..only exception I can give is to shorters who most likely are on the edge ..for them it seems creating doubts/negativity is the only way.

Today's news goes to show it's not just about game changing HUSSAR ( up coming drill )....we don't have all eggs in one basket....

HUSSAR is indeed life changing drill for us...could easily surpass £100m mc imo in next to no time...obviously in end it will depend on test results...from where I am sitting it looks good....MT WINTER to commence soon after....couldn't have asked for more....gla genuine holders
