Out of interest i wonder what number of shares us pi's hold in here...we all know volumes were very very high pre-suspension....my guess is...us pi's on lse ( this bb ) must be holding in access of 30% bare minimum..if not more...we have already seen two folks claiming to hold 1.8m between them...

Also how about shorts...how many shares have been fwd sold?....imo plenty pi's in here are short...remember they will hve to close their positions

Best scenario would be...when suspension is lifted...on that very same day or one day be4 give +ve rns..an rns with a WOW factor in it they should add something to the effect of "another update in a week or two" this could allude to lets say flow rates coming....that will keep interest of market going....not will we only see buyers piling in...also shorters closing their positions...if we are made to look fwd to 2nd rns soon after...shareprice could go mental.....anyways this imo is best case scenario and the one which I would like to see play out...

Remember on filly diluted basis...

10p = £11m

20p = £22m

30p = £33m

40p = £44m

50p = £55m

£1 = £110m

Imo without bringing in lithium project....we could be seeing 30p+ on texas oil alone...how far/high we go will depend on flow rates/revenues

Someone said some big players holding 2%+ are not happy and that they want to call egm....

Firstly to call egm you need minimum of 10% holdings either individually or collectively as a group...which most likely can be achieved....question is will it be worth it?...imo its just waste of time...seen these kind of action groups lead to nowhere...also me personally am against such action...

It is what it is....we just have to wait for news/rns be it days or weeks away it's out of our control......I would just let pennpetro/global vision get on with it....I am sure they will want +ve impact on comeback...no point doing rns's for just sake of it....

Secondly...large holders right now in this company mean nothing....by this I mean....DEMAND seen pre-suspension was so great ... market took on the likes of peel hunt who sold its 15% holding for ppp shareprice to only x4 after peel selling out...where-ever there is a seller be it a large one...in this share we have seen market taking it on...PEELS Ave selling price was something like 2.5p-3p...forget what happened thereafter and us hitting 12p...we have already seen placees paying 6p which includes ii with approx 5%....point is...peel so called large holder didn't hve any impact here...in end he lost out...

In this share dumping 15m proved nothing no damage done....you see shares in issue was only 100m....we traded x5.6 that amount = 560m traded.....going fwd imo it won't be large holders dictating this by selling if they chose to ... they might put brakes on temporarily..but this will be dictated by demand/buyers..if we see demand anything like pre-suspension then new heights could be seen in short-time here....obviously what would help us achieve this... is...some +ve newsflow be4 lifting of suspension....

Well well well...what a bunch we are...we can't even take a day off on a weekend...to spend precious time with loved ones..it is what it is..sometimes there are better love seekers out there...in our case it seems its pennpetro...this love seeker has many on the edge...shorts aswell as longs....shorts are clapping their hands in groups...where-ever possible collectively an attempt is being made to create doubts and damage companies reputation....indeed right now it seems shorts are edging it...but not for long....you see longs have multiple good reasons to stay calm remain patient and wait for pennpetro to deliver/transform itself to bigger company...

Ultimately it's down to the bod...I myself communicated with company yesterday and was told the company notes concerns of investors and they do take on board their lack of communications..going fwd I have been told the frequency of communication will increase and shareholders will see more regular updates......

It's been tough long 4 mths...hope to see an update on next steps/plans in more detail...we as loyal genuine shareholders need nothing more than honest transparent communication from bod...we need to see rigs on ground in texas re-oil and we need lithium project to be kick-starting soon..we need dates...not within weeks or within mths..one can be forgiven for past 4 mths if it is shown next 4 mths will be fruitful...

Because:-

He hardly ever invests in main market...when he does he has big reasons..there are plenty of reasons why he has invested in ppp a company which is away from unregulated aim market..bod has strict rules to follow..chances of companies failing in this market are far less than on aim...folks who are used to trading/investing on aim think everything goes the same way on main market...they seem to think bod can pick and choose to put any odd rns just to please traders and impatient investors so they are kept happy.....sorry guys it doesn't work that way here on premium listing...

Ghost is happy in that he has invested in a company which has low freefloat aswell as having low mc...he sees bod members alongside ii's aligning their interest with pi's as a BIG POSITIVE....he sees this little tiddler growing and growing in wks/mths ahead..slowly slowly revenues will start to increase from oil in texas than from lithium/gas project in texas...not forgetting interests from other companies wishing to use ppp as a vehicle to join premium listing bringing other assets on board..

Ghost is one very happy chap..as he knows..his money is safe in here as it can be..if nothing else he can not lose it on black or red casino style shares elsewhere which most in here tend do on aim...

Be happy money is just that money nothing else...it can be lost one day and made back the next...but once loved ones are gone or health becomes an issue...then money becomes valueless....be grateful of what you have....wish for others what you want to wish for yourselves...

Tuan6....if you had done your research u would know....this small company had same problem last year...I.e 3 mths delay..they did not have bank statement issues last year...

Looks like we have 4 camps in here.

1. Longs...they are optimistically waiting patiently

3. Traders...well..they just want out asap...

4. Genuine concerned investors...due to delays etc...

Then on otherhand if they have been draining resources and at work .... thats a good sign...progress is being made in background...they have had 4 mths....so bring on the news/rns's I say....

If you note...we got an transformational deal rns on 17th July...after which we 22 bagged...point of note....when we got that rns on 17th july..it was after a lull period of 3mths...no updates no nothing....that doesn't mean they was sitting on their ar5es doing nothing.they was...working on transformational fgame changing deal in background.....same again please ppp...cone back with a bang..

Why 4th...?.

Well this will be 1st anniversary of when we was told CT 1H...flowed at 410bood at peak towards end of Nov..

Putting guessing dates on side....it would be nice if we could get similar flow rates going again...CT 4H was stopped earlier in the year to get CT1H going again after issues..so i am not only expecting lot of workover at CT1H but also CT4H.....not to forget....WS5H needed removal of 10000brls of liquid before production could start there...

It's a simple fact ppp could not do the work due to limited funds available...hopefully this is where global vision comes in and even at 12.5% royalty take us to new heights....2040 acres is lot of land and potentially lots of new wells...a no brainer free carry for us.....

Mr Evans on 1st aug did say he will be in texas to see over this deal/handover and more importantly start work with new project ( lithium and gas )...we have not heard anything to this regards not even in that 28th Oct rns...will be interesting to see how this project plays....many eyes are on this project....

For a moment forget 1000bopd with new fish netting tech...or even 500bopd 400bopd...let's just go with a low number of 200bopd/well x 4 as we have 4 wells = 800bopd.......800bopd x 70 ( oil price ) x 30 × 12.5% = $210k/mth for us each mth as royalties..this does not include new wells...

$210k/mth can go long way for us funding lithium project...but I do believe we could be farming this lithium project out to another partner.....amount of land we have here and potentially adding more is mindblowing....

Sheltie..u say they should communicate to avoid speculation etc....we all agree their communications have been poor...but common dude...they communicated only 3 wks ago o 28th Oct...

In that communication they told us the reasons behind delays ( not that most of us bought that )...but they did give a lame excuse...they also..made it clear....we are on right path getting this to trading again..in my honest view that should have been enough to settle few nerves..nerves of those who thought this would never come back again....but what they did in that rns...was.. they added...we will be getting a separate rns re-texas oil...so I don't understand why all this negativity....we waited fkn 3 mths to get update on 28th Oct...so give them ( bod ) a little breathing space...

Imo in wks/mths ahead after suspension being lifted all will have been forgiven...tom aswrll as Mr lunn would hero's overnight....

Do u want to know something..at 0.55 ppp had mc of 550k...good as gone...market given up......then one sunny morning....booom.....start of something amazing which hasn't been seen in a longtime if at all...x5.6 shares in issue traded...shareprice ....jumped by some 22 bags at peak.....and all without confirmation of game changing deal rns.,that came after suspension......

Nothing has changed in my books...apart from this unnecessary pong delay...sentiment has changed in here from be4 and equally could and I believe will again..in days and weeks ahead.....its just a waiting game...get annoyed that's your right...until there is an rns stating otherwise nothing can be written off....

Agree Megan...sad thing is they dont realise... right now due to us being suspended it's not making any Impact on shareprice....I don't know where time/effort comes from...

Negativity won't make an ounch of difference here..whilst we are suspended..best to ignore in my view... there is a big difference between being concerned and creating nagativity .... each to their own...

I just want to say .. in one of my shares recently.... there was certain negative posters who posted -ve comments many times a day...when anticipated rns came within 2 days shareprice went up by some 300%...negative contributers who where enjoying getting thrills out of seeing other investors being down/losing have never been seen again on that chat board...when our long awaited rns's/news come in here..same fate could meet current doom/gloomers..never to be seen again.

All of us who are invested in ppp have 1 thing in common..and that is we see or atleast saw great things going fwd with this company..we all can groan and or moan as much as we want..I don't think whatever plans that hve been put fwd won't change and I do believe the plans might hve been changed since 17th July (deal rns)

YES its true the deal was a ground breaker for us..what was missing and still missing is facts/details on ground..we have no idea of work program and or production targets etc..even though operatirship/ownership has gone in gv hand I dont for a minute think we don't have any say in it at all I think both camps will come or rather would hve come with a plan be4hand..these guys will be seeing each other if nothing else then on Lithium project so many things will/would have been discussed..including texas oil in depth

Ppp has form it has consistency in getting suspended so there is nothing new on this front..we can moan all we like those invested in here should hve known the risk of suspension and a long one being possible..for god sake we were suspended for 3 mths last yr and that's with no deaths and no bank statements saga..if u note I hardly have ever talked about timing of lifting of suspension that's mainly because I was expecting a long one..only after rns on 28th Oct.. I hve somewhat predicted time of comeback..I would like this to comeback asap like most but I can c this dragging on well into Dec or possibly Jan 2025 if nothing else I am not going to get ahead of myself and expect return within next few days like some r..if we do then all is well and I will b very happy as almost 4 mths is long enough..I just dont want2raise my hopes falsely and keep getting disappointed like many r day in day out..my take is even though I can b wrong..we will get update on progress being made and plans on texas oil this could be anytime from herein most likely another couple of wks wait..imo in this update we will get a rough idea of when accounts/audits could get completed and possible date for suspension getting lifted

Communication have been nothing short of being scandalous by bod all of us agree..it doesn't take much to tweet or give rough guidelines..then again this ppp we are talking about a company which was good as finished at 0.55p..it has been given a new lifeline if I was bod I would grab it with both hands and start living upto high standards main listed companies are required of

Ghost still believes this will go places after return..remember from 17th July-31st July we went from 0.55p-9.55p it wasn't in a straight line..so don't expect a free run upwards.

3 of us have over 75 yrs experience in stock market....out of all shares we ended up in ppp.....so it's not a question of inexperienced piling their hand earned monies in here on thin-air or ramps etc..we like many others saw huge potential in here even after it had risen by some 1800%....assets are there.... deals have been signed....only thing missing is these incompetent bod members who don't seem to hve any regards for it's shareholders...many of us agree comms have been poor ...going fwd I hope they change their ways and improve having learnt their lesson. Us retail investors can easily break companies aswell as make them.

You say us being main listed isn't revelant....obviously if we was to hk pear-shaped...then it won't matter and it will be irrelevant....but I feel there are lots of benefits of this not being on aim and rather on main list......I hve mentioned previously....I think rto/acquisition is possible here....there will be interest out there from those who want to join and be part of main list....

In current form and the way management is acting .....it certainly doesn't look professional....many aim listed companies are being managed better let alone main listed.

Nice to see this make steady progress...I would take 5% - 10% rise on daily basis any day of the week until news comes re-jv partner....
