MyIPA...I agree...most of them shares most likely sold into this latest rise be4 suspension...games were being played..shareprice was being manipulated and being held back....will be interesting to see who this new ii is that bought 5m shares in 2nd placing...I said it be4 will repeat..I have a hunch it's peel ...

Regarding 50m loaned out...I have added 41.5m from mar 2023 to 9.2m on July 2023...note these are 2 different placings...

Just read interesting conversation about loaned shares...

Firstly I would like to point out...the reason why these shares were loaned out in 1st place was due to there being no headroom to issue further shares..as they can only issue 20% of total number of shares in issue....

Total number loaned out it seems is around 50m...bulk of which was loaned at 3p and some at 2p.....

From what I hve seen/read...most of these shares loaned out were bought/given at 25p.......

Point of note...these shares could have been sold at over a £1 making these guys some 300%+ profit...in terms of money this equates to some £50m in profit...obviously hindsight is a wonderful thing...if they knew where ppp was heading they most probably would hve sold...question I ask....why didn't they....at peak if I remember correctly this hit mc of around £75m...what was it that them guys were expecting ?...£100m? £150m ? Mc.. I don't know...one thing for sure.asset we hve are/were worth lot more in their view than £75m....

What changed since is /was drop in shareprice..(freefall)..so at 3p 2p it made sense to loan shares out....after this point shareprice fell to 0.55p...ppp...was on its last legs...it was doomed to fail....then came the rescue package....the deal/contract with global..for 12.5%-10% royalty in texas for it's oil asset....and 50/50 re-lithihm gas project...remember if shares bought at 25p..weren't sold at £1+ ( mc £75m )..it means our assets are valued atleast more than that...with let's say 160m shares in issue..after loaned shares are paid back...at 50p...our mc stands at £80m..albeit..we now hold 12.5%-10%..in texas re oil and 50/50 lithium project...most importantly...our capex for oil is 0...and for Lithium project it's 50%....its been said many times... real value lies in lithium for us .... let's see what this brings...in mths ahead...

On sidenote...we can only issue another 9m shares this year without new prospectus....it is my view...if and when new prospectus comes...it won't only include change of shares only...but in my view...new acquisition also....just my view/opinion......let's see how this pans out....

Different ppl will hve different views...thats OK...its good to discuss/debate...

Another sidenote...50m shares loaned out...we already exchanged x11 that just be4 we were suspended...560m traded..in days/wks leading upto suspension is/was truly remarkable...hardly ever seen on small cap companies..

I wrote a little...note to bod at end of msg.....as it seems...like they hve been reading this bb...otherwise how did they know...shareholders are frustrated ( mentioned in rns )...even they might be getting pi55ed of with basher/deramping posts...to that I say.....prove them wrong and come up with the goods...

Don't lose the sight of where we have come from...it wasn't that long ago..our mc was only £550k...we were doomed to fail...then the bod delivered on ground breaking deal...boooommm..after few wks we sat on £10m mc....thats x20....

Bod has indeed done good/delivered upto suspension point...then it seems to most for last 3 mths they hve done jack all...with all interest created be4 suspension some 560%+ shares in issue traded being lost...it is now in bods hands to carry on delivering and keep momentum/sentiment going...not only us investors/traders were given once in a lifetime opportunity in ppp be4 suspension also bod was given the same opportunity...without that much PR this company was put on the map every bods dream of..market was falling over itself to get shares in ppp..many were shorting it in hope of quick drop and few bucks for them in return..instead they lay in ruins...needed petty small placing to settle the books...some may hve closed their positions not all imo...

Nothing is lost....stop with the bulls4it...and come up with the goods be4 suspension is lifted..I am good as convinced you will especially on Lithium side of things..right now some think otherwise..prove them wrong and send them back in their rabbit holes...if you fkn mess this up..then you deserve to be in prison not members of bod on premium listed company..

5th 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th so on...will be new wells at 10% royality....not 12.5%.....

We have rns..not the one we were waiting for..but an update nevertheless..

There are so many negatives I can go into...but I am not going to..as we have many on this bb doing that job nicely over last 3 mths

Now we know what was holding us up on accounts side..can you imagine..if we had accounts completed rns today..suspension lifted...and we were told we are still waiting for rig...imo market would have been unforgiving after 3 mths wait..more delays..this time on rig etc..we would hve tanked that's for sure..

So all in all..it can be seen as a positive that bad news is out of the way be4 we are treated with good news...from both OIL and Lithium and Gas projects...

I hve always said when we come back we needed additional positive news/rns to go alongside it...right now it looks like after today's unexpected -ve rns..when we do get accounts completed alongside suspension lifted rns..we will almost certainly be onsite with j & j rig working on our old/possibly new wells....

Don't get me wrong..many including myself are frustrated...but we need to move on and plan ahead...

Many might sell on come back they most likely will be robbed by mm's...if the drop happens imo I don't think it will be long lived..as demand will still be high and continue where we left from.buyers/bottom feeders will be all over this imo..

I don't for a minute think bod have been sitting on their ar4ses waiting 4 bank statements for last 3 mths...I believe much work has been done...especially on Lithium side strangely no mention of this today..maybe that's where suprise element will come in and wake the market up..for me that's where the value lies...

One thing many don't know..ppp only has headroom to issue 20m shares ( 20% ) in a year this is the rule for all companies..we have already issued 11m..they can only issue another 9m in what's left of the year....so the bod...need to and I believe they will deliver in coming mths... to raise further if a big IF needed to at PREMIUM to today's shareprice...obviously...revenues generated from oil will minimise risk of us doing so..

Today some folks are downbeat rightly so...give it few wks...apart from few many will be upbeat the words on the street will be....POSSOBLE FLOW RATES from texas 200bopd-1000bopd from just one well...x 5 ..= 1000bopd-5000bopd...at $70bopd...our revenues could be between $260k-$1.3m per mth our share at 12.5% from 5 Wells.....I will say it again...the revenues from oil in texas ( royalties) is just extra bruice bonus....our real play now is Lithium and Gas project...and add to that possibly another acquisition.

It's been almost 3 mths now...last yr it was 3 mths spot on..

I don't think they have been sitting around doing nothing all this time...in last placing rns they did say...some funds will be used to advance its changing business activities in texas...question obesity has to ask.....which business activities?.....noble has taken charge of oil side of things...we won't be paying anything towards that...so only thing that leaves behind to advance is lithium and gas project...I am sure lots of work has gone into this...we shall find out soon...fingerscrossed.....

New director...new secretary...new ii...all suggest we will be fine......but yes I agree...silence from company is very very disrespectful....it doesn't take much to update market on progress made thus far....I mean they was quick enough to work out of hrs to get deal/contract signed just be4 we got suspended.....so what's the hold up now?.....I still stand by my prediction we will come back with a bang...I believe alongside lifting of suspension we will get full operation update from texas from both projects oil / lithium and gas...with plans going fwd....I myself was prepared for 3 mths suspension max...same as last time...as we are so close to 3 mths another few weeks wont hurt..providing we come up with the goods with extra rns...which I believe we will...

Edgy twitchy times for us all...hope all is forgiven forgotten on return with a bang....

30th Sep.. initial jv partner proposal received..2 other parties sniffing around

16th Oct..initial proposar gives more detailed version of proposal.....2nd proposal expected shortly...

It's been a week...me thinks more progress has been made....follow on update/progress rns soon...remember we are expected to be working on detailed contracts in coming wks.

Good to see #trp cross 1.5billion again on volumes front...looking good gor days/ weeks ahead..churning nicely at these levels

My mistake.... 0.15-0.20 pre-spud target was be4 dilution...now after placing its changed to 0.12-0.15...still x4 / x5 from current levels...on DISCOVERY RNS 0.50 target stands.

On 30th Sep we saw 10BILLION shares exchanging hands

10BILLION could easily become 15BILLION or even 20BILLION+once farmout partner alongside rig / finance details are announced

remember njom3 will be an appraisal drill...we are targeting 18M brls....minimum 9m will belong to us..and at 4000bopd our share.....there is scope to increase this further with deeps and further resource on same structure...

Target given...is just pre-spud.....on confirmation of DISCOVERY.....we could easily surpass....£100m m/c...now that equates to some thing like ..0.5p per share...x17 from here...

After yesterdays placing.....i am revising my target.....

Now with 22billion shares in issue...i believe ahead of spudding we could achieve shareprice of between 0.12-0.15...

this is still condsiderably higher to where we are right now...thats x4 / x5 from current levels...

At 0.12-0.15 mc would be £26m-£33m

If nothing else....what todays raise has done....its bought in fresh faces....hopefully now that doubts have cleared....no doom and gloom anymore.....

HAPPY for all those loading up at current low price of low 0.030's after £1.2m raise.....remember we are still some 100% or so UP from teens ( be4 30th sep rns )
