Even though some of us never expected this fund raise ( including me )....its happened now....monies raised for both CAMEROON/NAMIBIA.....should see us through to drilling NJOM3.....

What todays news/rns ( placing has done...is its given these 10% - 20% swing players to load up....ramp away....and then sell on the rise...to deramp/bash again....rinse and repeat....

in two wks from 30th of sep rns...we have traded something like...23/24billion shares ( 2 week )........todays new issued shares will be gone as quickly.....

Buysellrepeat...its your money so its your call...no-one elses......main thing is you are already in.....so when expected rns lands...you will reap some rewards....question is....on good jv partner news where can we open at...my guess is....massive gap-up......for one....now after last rns...mm's now interest in this will be huge....and second we would hve de-risked big-time.......if you are lucky enough you might be able to buy at around 10% premium.....

Regarding dips....well thats part of the game....we will have plenty of them...as money from traders is moved around.....this placing issue you hve mentioned...is very very unlikely as ceo has mentioned this to some of us, for there to be no placing current negotiations have to go our way..by the looks of it they will....last rns was upbeat and very very promosing....confidence is very very high right now....just need JA to put that PEN to PAPER now....GL

This proposal has been on table for minimum around 3 wks now.....we were told on 30th sep.....which we were already in process of reviewing and discussing with this PARTY....

How long to go?....what are we discussing?....are we going to get counterbid if so ...will this be rns'ed?.......

Too many questions...less ANSWERS...one thing we do know....we are very very under-rated/undervalued....

Correction/re-rate coming....i rather we were at HIGHER PRICE be4 news/rns....but we can not entirely rule out rns anytime soon....anything is possible in this game.....one thing for sure...i wouldnt want to be out of this when it lands....like many were with interims rns....

Firstly what I have said/quoted are just rough estimates not given.....hence I hve listed...production levels from 1000bopd to 20000bopd....

Secondly when you say 8000bopd....thats mean figure...real figure we have been given is between 6000bopd-10000bopd....this figure as far i know does not include the deeps at njonji.....

With njonji being a success....chances are we will go on and fast track other prospects...imo...it will depend on who this partner is...ideally i would like it to be perenco/addax...as they are already in area and producing....

On sidenote instead of minimum I should have written upto 20000bopd....

Njom3 to be spudded in early 2025...most likely Jan 2025..there after we will ho on to drill 3/4 Wells....all in all...at minimum we vould be looking at 20000 bopd in about 12-18mths time...our share at minimum would equate to atleat 10000bopd at 50% .....few calculations below as to what revenues we could be generating @ £70/ brl ( our share ) :-

2000bopd=£4.2m/mth or £50.4m/yr

3000bopd=£6.3m/mth or £75.6m/yr

MR X...has been seen kicking dust in anguish selling at almost lowest point in towers history due to negativity by the likes of Charlie only to see this go up by some 300% ag peak.... I say u can't blame folks like Charlie they have their own agenda...when it comes to it...they would indeed sell their own grandmother's to get in slightly on the cheap.......I blame...the likes of MR X....for not being fully researched and falling for bashers trap....so no-one to blame but oneself for being naive and missing out on huge rewards...

Msa...nice find....as we already knew...Cameroon is going places...with expansion over coming period......perenco is most certainly leading the way....I still think...our jv partner will be perenco alongside addax possibly.

Aim has started to pick up again after many yrs of downward trend...be4 anyone says this is not aim..I know I know..point is many treat it like aim...and imo they will until...we become possibly £100mc company in future I mean that's the whole point of being on main premium listed exchange..

Lots of folks might be on edge including me at times...what will relist price be?...will we retrace?....will there be further +ve news/rns ?...etc etc...this is normal it's in human instinct/nature

My guess is ppp will be volatile on return with +ve rns just be4 or after relisting...many will want to sell and move on after 3mths or so of suspension...to be fair it's understandable...having monies locked in for this long one just needs access to funds for whatever reasons...I am sure others will be piling in seeing huge opportunity ahead...not just free carry of oil...but lithium/gas project aswell..if my assumptions are correct..add another acquisition to the list..

Imo one should not lose insight of what we saw just be4 suspension...volumes seen on here are hardly ever seen...forget on main listing share but on aim aswell...trading some x5.6 shares in issue is no joke..in ppp after lifting of suspension where we go interms of shareprice will ultimately depend on whether or not bod delivers....interest is still there ..high demand is there..now ii is there...projects are there...mc is still low...shares in issue=low...what's not to like...ceo holds substantial amounts...so bottom line is it's in bods hand now on what they hve been doing in last 3 mths and what they intend to do going fwd..to keep interest/momentum going..my own take is..they will deliver in spectacular way..they need to..market demands it of them..if they do not deliver after seeing demand/interest pre-suspension..they dont deserve to be leading this company..

I don't like predicting when suspension will be lifted...just a reminder...last yr accounts were published on 20th of Oct and shares reslisted on 1st Nov..

I rather they took bit more time and come back with explosive/bang nature...than ...rushing to complete accounts and keep few happy...i am not saying..they are holding accounts back just that...deliver something big when they are published...with all this time they hve had I am sure they will..

I say WHEN we come back not if...this will be volatile...won't be for faint hearted that's for sure..

ENJOY little time we have Ieft in suspension with loved ones.as when we come back..all eyes will be glued on here..will be action filled..this was and I hope still is most entertaining share after relist.

It all looks rosey when shareprice is on upward trajectory....then when it falls/retraces a bit...its all doom and gloom....over many years of experience I say....trust your own research and ignore the noise...

I don't know about others for me it's not about daily movements...its where we will be let's pre-spud of njom3....many on aim...like chasing rainbows...they try to trade from share to share..in process ending up losing.....sometimes it's best to hold for gold....many saw an opportunity in tower at teens...0.012-0.015...took the pludge/risk...and now sitting on over 100% profit....others will see opportunity at current level...some will so after jv partner news...others on spud news....then they will come in droves after discovery rns....Namibia south Africa not mentioned..

When 1 trades a share it's risky..as its very very volatile...many times one ends up losing...

For me trp is one of best shares on aim right now...with huge potential/reward...forget 2024...I also see trp being top 5 aim shares in 2025 aswell...

Microsoft wasn't built overnight..these things take time..imo give tower bit time you will Indeed see a great multibagger...in mths/yrs ahead ..instead of ppl giving example of..ggp 400bags...ncyt 200 bags...etc etc as past greatest winners..I am convinced tower will be on manys list....the talk will be something like..."I could have bought tower at under 0.1" etc etc...

I am not saying trp is riskfree...nothing is...this is aim..everything carries risk..higher the risk higher the reward...after jv rns...one can buy above 0.1 as risk would hve lessened...some might still not believe until njom3 is spudded.. they can pay 0.15-0.20 as risk now has further been eliminated...getting in with less exposure comes with less risk less reward..

At current prices...if and when funds become available...I am a buyer..dips are short lived..real multibaggers are hard to come by..take advantage where-ever possible I say..

About 2 weeks ago now ( 1st/2nd Oct ).. I asked ja directly...about this issue...as many on this bb were scaremongering about placing...

With ja..like him or hate....he is straight as you get....he tells u how it is....previously when same question has been asked ...answer has been..in the lines of....we are still at early stage...fundings/placing can not be ruled out etc.....

This time how-ever response was +ve.....he made it clear...as a public company placing etc can not be ruled out.....but right now one of things being discussed with possible partners is getting cash up front as part of transaction...he did say...whether this goes through or not will depend on what kind of impact it may have on rest of transaction....he said there was always trade-offs...he gave nothing away in way of negotiations...for obvious reasons....he clearly said there is no reason to assume we will definitely be placing more shares...he said we will just wait and see..

Right now...I am not that bothered....as it seems like we are in good hands....talks are on going..and have been for sometime...one thing being discussed is upfront payment...whether we will succeed or not in getting them I don't know...but it is looking good....if jv partner was able and willing to pay say $15m for x amount of stake...I am sure they would be able to give us another say $2m-$3m for another few percentage of points....obviously another thing that can come in play...is how we recover back costs maybe a tradeoff in this regard who knows......

Mainland.. .if jv rns was to come say Monday...you can easily expect to pay minimum 50% premium imo..thats something like 0.06...however if it was to come late oct to early nov...then you might be paying lot higher...as I don't think we will be sitting at or around 0.04 levels forever...idea is to launch from higher platform...we could get to 0.06-0.075 range.,,without rns...just in anticipation....thus share will be driven by demand vs supply....as each days goes by...hopefully supply will get less and less...we all know there are keen buyers..,to take shares away from traders/sellers...most of these dips are being bought up

We are in this together...one can debate..no point arguing...both camps can be right...I hve already pointed out what I think...and that is...jv partner can come anytime...we are not obliged to take up or forever wait for parties 2 and 3 make their proposals...following is the tns abstract..

"We have now received a proposal for financing of NJOM-3 via a farm-out of a minority position, from a substantial upstream company with existing production. We are in discussions with this party about the details of their proposal, however we can say that, provided discussions conclude positively, this proposal should provide sufficient funds to drill the NJOM-3 well - we had received a draft proposal from another party last year, but only for a portion of the funds required. While there are multiple other parties who have expressed interest in partnering with us, there are two other parties in particular who have undertaken substantial due diligence on the project over the past few months, and we are also expecting a proposal from at least one of these companies. Our intention is to conclude a transaction as soon as possible."...

2 things here...one.. they are already talking to party 1...these talks can conclude anytime providing both sets and happy...my take JA is pushing for some extras...he might or might not get this from party 1...dont forget party 1 is not obliged to stick around forever they can easily walk away...

Imo the point which most of us are getting confused with is this bit

These two parties have been doing their dd for few mths..repeat few mths not wks..we have not been given deadline for their proposals to be submitted....imo...just my opinion..if ja expects a proposal from these parties that does not mean he will get it...we hope we get one it's not guaranteed that we will...

The last sentence is telling.. "Our intention is to conclude a transaction as soon as possible."...

Bottom line is there is no definitive answer imo...if party 2 / 3 were to make proposals..then it might take another few weeks...that doesn't mean to say proposals might not already be on table...

It's good point to be debating about...atleast we have possibly 3 parties interested...what's not to like....its taken something like 10yrs to get to this point...so healthy position to be in...

Only folks this might be a problem for is those who are trading trp..as long it's all positive I will take it Mon or anytime in Nov...

This debate regarding jv partner can easily be applied to rig contract...many think it's vali..yet vali isn't mentioned at all in rns...but they do mention " but there are now more rig alternatives available to us."..implying there is more than one option outthere"

It's not about who's right or who's wrong..it's about getting this njom3 drill over the line and pudding it after 10 or so yrs
