New uncle.....to be honest with you....I am in the view nothing has been happening in way of operations by way of bopd....my thinking is operations stopped ...they struck deal with global so they can move this fwd....from now on...its all in globals hand...as operators and new owners they will choose what tech they will want to use and how best to optimise current Wells and or way to drill new ones....if production has been going on albeit in small amounts I feel that will be welcomed bonus.....this is just money take

Leddahjack....I hve been in stock market for over 15 yrs now....I invested and made plenty of losses/profits....I hve seen some investments go to 0....others multiply by 5 10 even 20+ bags ....

I am getting old memory isn't good as it used to be....but I honestly can not remember a share...that has had much interest as ppp has had...not that i hve been invested in anyway....trading x5.6 shares in issue in just 11 days is hardly ever seen....

What happens next is anyone's guess....if DEMAND continues same way as pre-suspension...then anything is possible....sky will be the limit.....

Bod know market is waiting....question is will they be able to deliver..as I hve said...I hve no doubt t they will...if for any reason it goes pearshaped...then so be it...we move on....

FayeBaker...I am with you on that....we need news before suspension is lifted..every chance we will get +ve update...ppp bod have had 4 mths to come up with plan/strategy...if they can't pull something after seeing all interest we have had...then they should resign the lot of them...I personally think they wasn't expecting demand/interest they got...to continue onwards with same sentiment/momentum pre-suspension.I believe they will surprise many in days/weeks ahead...

Yes comms have been poor...but key is due to suspension nothing has been lost...still time for them to get this right...which i am confident they will.

Sometimes I just wish...if there was a way...everyone that wanted to sell...can sell whilst share is suspended..obviously that goes for buyers aswell.....we got suspended at 9.55.....

We have been suspended for almost 4 mths now....we are still getting high number of posts oer day...sometimes in hundreds....

I just can't wait to see how this plays out when it comes back...

I was talking about triple digit gains in one day...having said that...we all know...what momentum/sentiment can do on aim...if timing is right on rns day...by that I mean...there are let's so no other good rns's that day...this has potential to 4/5 of even more BAGS in one day....

Medium to longterm....I can see this do 10 bags easily...at 0.50 ...mc would be something like £120m...very very achievable in 1st half of 2025 Imo....thats..17 BAGS from here...

First thing is first....we need to remove little risk there is and spud njom3 with this jv partner....once that drill starts..that's when we will be seeing big money coming in...what you see right now as mc...will/could be traded on daily basis...£10m £15m exchanging hands in here is nothing....thats how big this play at thali is.....key to us is we go to production soon after

The point is...some are too negative...one can always put positive spin ...by mentioning negatives etc....in this game as some hve mentioned...its the tone in msg's which is the problem....what this does is...it distracts some pi's and or potential investors....momentum/sentiment....is everything I this key....lose that..then even best of rns's gets lost not taken seriously...

With me...I try to add bit of balance....after all I am friendly ghost...

Anyways...good luck to me and most genuine holders....we hve waited long time...let's hope upcoming news events don't disappoint...and that pennpetro delivers as most of us thought it would pre-suspension...

On 28th of Oct... we was told reason for accounts delay....how amperish that was we all know...putting that onside..atleast they came out of rabbit hole and communicated.....important piece many are missing they also added..that separate news release will be given with regards to operations in texas..re-oil.....this is what I am looking fwd to...not when we will come out of suspension......this operational update imo will be crucial and big decision maker as to what many pi's will do..buy sell hold.....

We don't need any vague rns...like boots are on ground..or rig has arrived....we need full plan going fwd....questions like will we concentrate only on current wells or will we drill new wells?....how long will these drills take?..how many drills simultaneously if that the case?.....when will we start to see revenues etc coming in our bank?......etc etc....

So rather than suspension lifted rns....I want to see full operational plan going fwd in texas with regards to oil....

But that's not it....we need to know...what pennpetro will be doing in say next 6-12 mths...we need to know progress/developments made on other project ( lithium )...and what plans are for that...

Regarding negativity by some....well that's normal...you get that on most bb's...here atleast....its not aimed at our assets but incompetent management...which is understandable...

For me it's not a question of if but WHEN we come back...how will this play out...ultimately it all depends on what upcoming news/rns's we get....bod have had plenty of time to come up with the goods..so no more excuses....

Scaffman..you are welcome mate...these boards are for civil discussions.... as far as I know ph are not insiders...even though at times it does look suspicious...example...just 1 day be4 deal rns they added to their holdings....tr1 rns from them came 4 mins after deal rns on the 17th...on 1st look it does look dodgy..one can hve a case in that...that tr1 rns was used to pump up shareprice for peel to dump..almost all of their holdings the day after they added....we can only speculate that's all....

One has 2 remember 2 things here...1stly many including peel were locked in here...so given volumes were there alongside shareorice increasing by some 500%...one doesn't need to be rocket science to see why peel or anyone else would hve sold...2ndly....peel hunt is known trader...they hve traded many shares....as u state...they built a stake of 15%+ mind you not all of their tr1s were buys..along the way they sold some aswell.....I can not..remember which share it was...as far as I remember...I was a holder of that share...peel hunt was also tr1 holder...they dumped all of their holdings in that share...after which...just like ppp that share rocketed.....sometimes...the enemy is within..trying to damage/manipulate shareprice but to no vain...

Quickly another example.....peel hunt must hve known...ppp was short on funds as many others knew...they must hve known placing was coming...I also remember them doing the same in other shares....sell their holdings only to buy back In upcoming placing at discount....point of note....anticipated drop after peel dumping 15% holdings in ppp never happened due to demand...hence placing at higher price from peels sell price and possibly ph buying back at premium......I am not saying that's what's happened just that it's possible....

You say they might hve seen something they dislike...well it's possible...we can't be sure for 100%....to that I will add and say....market saw differently...£millions were being poured in here...that also didn't add up....it could have been just traders having a snowball effect but in all honesty it didn't look that way..you just have to look at the volumes.....

Talking of peel hunt....these mm's can take the pi55 as much as they want in end it's the mechanics of the market which does the talking...

On 17th July peel sold something like 14m shares...total volume that day..= 82m...thats x6 what they sold...next day total volume = 130m that's almost x10 what peel sold ....infact if you look at 11 days during/after deal rns came... we traded more than what peel sold ( 14m ) in 10 days out of 11...

In this game market decides where we go....it all depends on DEMAND vs SUPPLY...rather than mm's who tended to manipulate..not for too long as we found out....

This is the reason why i feel 2 small placings of only 11m shares...will hardly have any meaningful impact here...if we drop it will be short lived...providing same momentum/sentiment is carried as seen be4 suspension.....obviously bod have to do their bit and deliver which I am confident they will...

I don't think peel hunt knew...anything...they were making a loss...they averaged down...on first opportunity they took their money off the table.....they sold almost 15% of company at around 2.5p-3p Ave....they gave many the chance to load up...around them levels...they surely held us back.....then once their shares were observed....we went to 12p+...if anything they f'ed up...they thought they was smarter than the market...they were anything but smarter than the market...signs are peel hunt went short thereafter...creating inbalance in his book...hence my take they could be missing ii who bought 5m shares back at 6p ( 2nd placing )... we await conformation via official rns tr1....selling at 3p and buying back at 6p ( that's if it's them ) ain't clever in my books

The deal was signed on Aug 1st....it was at that date...when global took charge ( unofficially )....obviously with operatorship and bank mechanism not in place until recently...there wasn't that much global or anyone else could hve done...now that everything is in place...its my take things will getting moving alot quicker..global would not hve taken this project on...if they didn't have any backing or financial muscle behind it..let's wait and see how it pans out

New uncle...yes u make valid point...we are not the operators anymore it's global...so technically it's I their hands...question now becomes why would they delay...after having taken our debts on...I am sure they will be keen yo get the ball rolling aswell...also point of note...global are also our 50/50 partners re-lithuim..so it's as if we won't be seeing or hearing from them...they will be working with us lot closely than one would Imagine/think....looking from locals point of view....I feel....they have a good deal...they will walk away...with 75% revenues from texas oil...idea here is ...get them rigs in...start production where-ever possible improve flow rates with new tech...its win win...for both them and us...there is no point in holding or delaying this any further...

I suppose that's one way of looking at it.....assume it's not coming back...just imagine it's gone and money lost.....

WHEN not if it comes back one can let it ride...and see how far this can go...this way there will be less sells....but....knowing how the market works....some will sell 1st thing on return...as for them it's something back rather than nothing.....be rest assured there will be plenty of BUYERS waiting to pounce on any weakness....

PPP only gave us an update on 28th Oct....some want live commentary...I am afraid that's not how it works.....news is only given when there is news to give....they cannot make news up just to please a few....

Yes I hve said its frustrating for us shareholders to be f'ed around for almost 4 mths..especially with lame bank statement exuse...what can we do but wait...they said few wks on 28th for texas oil operations...I take that at minimum to be something like 3 or 4 wks....which could be anything upto around end of month...

As far as lifting of suspension is concerned...I can wait until JAN 2025 before I start to get worried....

Different folks will hve different ideas/opinions...thats fine....

In my view sometimes if one is a genuine holder and doesn't have anything constructive to say it's best to be quiet and wait it out...rather than creating doubts for others by their continues negativity....again this is what I think and feel...others might differ..which is ok.

Ultimately it's down to the bod how and when to deliver news...I am sure they will be keen to bring this back ASAP...

Myself tend to follow what is quoted/said in rns's..

It was said "within weeks" on 28th of Oct....interestingly they gave a vague timeliness for the rig...but no timeliness for accounts/audit being completed which suggests to me..we will get operational update be4 lifting of suspension...which is fine and what we need imo...we can not open after suspension being lifted without further progress being made...

Let them..announce rig/personel on ground in say within nxt Wk or two.....and then possibly another couple or so wks...we can get lifting of suspension with further reports on progress being made..in texas ( oil )...

There is so much interest in ppp and the demand is such that we will need news/progress when we come back...bod will know this...I am sure they have a plan....

As a reminder...dont forget...and keep in mind of what's happened in the past..and what's likely to come ahead...

1. 560million shares traded be4 suspension...= ... some x5.6 number in issue..

2. Deal signed with gv...which still isn't factored in as that rns came after suspension..

3. Shareprice increased from 0.55p to 12p...be4 consolidating at where we closed..

4. Two small placings..£660k worth..11m shares issued....headroom for only another 9m now...

5. Leni gone....Lunn in..

6. Peel..out now most likely with many others....they hve gone short..

7. Be4 suspension shareprice was being manipulated in 9p-10p range as it was in̈ 2.30p-3p range prior to lift off to 12p level...

8. 50M shares lent out...these shares were at most bought at 25p....they did not sell at x3 its value...at over £1...most likely...they will want to see bigger returns...

We all know above has happened...now we look fwd to what's to come...

9. Tr1 from new ii the one that bought 5m in recent placing...other tr1's can not be ruled out...as shares are accumulated in open market

10. General updates re-oil in texas...with updates from 4 old Wells alongside possible new wells..it should be noted here ... many will be waiting eargly/patiently for flow rates....as our revenues will depend on them....with new tech...fish netting etc...we expect to see decent flow rates..

11. Updates on progress etc on Lithium/gas project...this should be our/bods main focus going fwd..

12. Possible new acquisition

13. Possible new partners re-lithium project..

14. New prospectus....it will be interesting to see if they release new prospectus what it will contain?

15. Everyone will want to back their positions...you will get rampers aswell as bashers..posting endinglessly.....hence why one should be on their guard/feet all the time...

16.. As we will be new to premium listing ... we could be getting more interest from bigger boys..

17. With Trump in....our assets in texas could be in more demand than be4..

We have all seen record volumes traded in this be4 suspension &manipulation taking place..biggest give away was..games being played &us being held back in 2.3-3 range..then out of nowhere..they let her go to 12p in nxt to no time..its like mms saying to themselves..enough is enough we cannot hold her back any more..many of us noted same thing started to happen again in 9p-10p range..we were about 2c another proper correction 2wards..15p-20p levels..then came much needed suspension..to relieve the manipulators..with it bought uncertainties and doubts etc to others

Crucially..after 1st placing I msg'ed a bod member..as 2 y do a placing @6p when we had so much going 4 us and more importantly sentiment/momentum was with us & at a high..I was told they had no choice as every ick and Harry knew we was short on cash..and one didn't need to be rocket science to figure out we needed money..it was pointed out2me..if they wanted to they could have raised millions as they had headroom to issue 20m shares..but they elected not to as they didn't want to play in hands of potential shorts..it was also pointed out to me the amount raised i-e £360k was enough to secure them financially & c them through until audit was completed and revenues started to come in from oil side..I took this response msg as positive

Then 2 wks later we had 2nd placing

It should be noted here..imo..initially they raised £360k thinking that would b enough..until revenues came in..then came unwanted delays re-global changing operatership etc..which in a way is understandable..but how did they miscalculate is a any-ones guess..hence it is my opinion they gave in somewhat and let this ii in with another 5m shares..from where I am sitting..there are 2 possibilities

1. 5m shares went2insider...who knew more than us and whats to come and where ppp will be going post suspension

2. PEELS or some other shorter offered the company £300k..so they could cover their short position

One thing for sure..on re-emergence ppp will be volatile..both upwards and downwards..as games will be played from outset..not only from mm's but also shorters also potential buyers who will want to buy in at lower price etc etc

All of us are adults or atleast most of us are..we all have our own goals motivations etc..I just want to wish everyone best of luck on re-emergence I hope all of us make decent amounts on return or atleast at worst losses are limited..one should and i believe must do their own research be4 we come back...as I say..it could be one hell of a ride...be prepared..if faint hearted stay away from screens for atleast 1st few hrs on come back

Onside note ... we all know the risks in this game...money is just money which can be earned again..I hve been cleaned out in stock market 2/3 times each time coming back stronger with six figure profits..look after yourselves and your loved ones..remember without health money = nothing

Stuart.. trust me I am not enjoying us being in suspension...there is nothing I you or anyone else can do but wait....you might hve noticed many hve predicted some are still predicting when suspension might be lifted..I on otherhand never posted any predictions...i knows from out set it could be long wait...as ppp has record of such previously.....

Past does not mean same going fwd...be4 this deal we was doomed to fail...now after this new deal...we have been given a new lifeline...

Some facts to consider as to why we should come back and us being permanently struck off is not an option on table...

1. New ii on board...investing £300k whilst in suspension is no small amount..

2. Does one really think Mr Lunn came on board just to get bank statements?

3. This point is crucial in my view...some 50m shares were lent out...owners of these shares will want their monies back with profit..it should be noted most of these shares lent out where bought at 25p and lent out bh insiders....this group..will not let anything undue happen....they hold near 50% of company.

Yes its frustrating and annoying and the bod hve f'ed us investors around...one thing for sure...they the bod will know our frustration as they will know the market was hungry for our shares be4 suspension DEMAND was out ov this world...hardly ever seen...they know they hve been given 2nd chance by the market..the one most bod's dream of...forget the past...think ahead...and make the most of this popular share going fwd by delivering plans/strategy where value is created for all...show us the true worth of ppp...if it has seen £1+ be4 there is no reason we can not see this again some time in the future...maybe not tomorrow but 6mth year or 2 possible.....key point as many know....global will take care of oil side of things 100%....what will Tom/Lunn be doing..?.....my guess...this is where our real VALUE will lie in....whether its Lithium or any other new project/acquisition is anyone's guess...Imo...we will be going for new acquisition.

Genuine investors would like this to come back with a bang..and for us to open in the blue...then I am wondering and thinking.... is this best possible scenario for us?....

There are many naysayers negative pi's...who will want to sell on open...I say it might work in our favour if we dropped first thing on re emergence from suspension....this will do 2 things...one it will give relief to those doubters that say we won't come back...they will be able to walk away with some £'s that they thought they might never see again...secondly loyal genuine investors who are waiting to top up on this new revenue generating new look company will be able to do so at lower price...win win for both sets....I say open without news...let sellers sell...buyers buy...then...deliver transformational game changing follow up news/rns's few days later....in end let patience/preverance win...having said this I wouldn't mind opening up with extra +ve news alongside lifting of suspension rns...only thing this way..we will have to put up with sellers who have been eagarly waiting to sell for last 3 1/2 mths to sell..they most likely will sell then boast gloat bash etc...I suppose it is what it is.....ideally there is nothing wrong with both sets winning and that's how it should be....but we all know..there too many clowns in this game.....each to their own...atb
