Ramping a share which is suspended or about to delist will not lose anyone any money...ramping will not make any difference to outcome or pi's positions. On otherhand deramping and saying this will delist and won't come back will and can make big difference if/when this comes back.

Putting genuine concerns on side there are some out-there who seem to be taking pleasure out of all this...most likely they are short....

You don't hve to be rocket scientist to see something ain't right...with longer than anticipated suspension getting rid of bod members..global not showing up so far...etc etc....we could hve done without these negativities...it is what it is....if something did go wrong like it seems like....rather than crying one needs to grow a pair and rectify the issue and bring tgs house back in order....lot can be said about tom leni global they were there pre deal....lunn wasn't...lunn has just come in...remember these other lot couldn't even get bank statements...it was lunn who got them......give lunn a break....he is on outside....whether he succeeds or not is anyone's guess....I will continue to aid/believe him until otherwise....these guys have too much money invested in this for them to fold imo...

Let's see if and who they appoint as next ceo....imo it will be someone linked to one of major holders...it can even be someone from global....let's wait and see....let's give lunn bit of time.

Only negative thing I can see happening on return...is many wanting to sell out...to counter that...we will have shorts to close their positions and genuine investors /believers adding...remember market is already short of ppp shares...with 80%-90% being locked in..freefloat is tiny amount...i am sure mm's will be keen to grab these shares on return even if they had to offer premium on open...

Simple fact is you do not go from 0.55p to 12p if supply was in abundance and demand was low...trick is understanding how market mechanics work...

There are so many in here..who seem to think we are doomed...and that we will not trade again..well there don't seem to be any point in this being listed then is there...why are they still giving us rns's like today's....it would make sense and would be lot easier if they said we are done folks we aint coming back...they haven't done this as there must be a plan in background..

Also all these folks saying we are done and dusted... to them I say...if we are then that's it we have lost out end of..we then simply move on..not that any of passive positive posts are going to make any difference....if you reverse this logic and say we do cons back with new team...where will these negative posters hide...to them this was doomed to fail with no return...so when it does turn up and trade again...its a win win for us positive genuine holders..failure was already kind of priced in...now we attack 15p+ 1st stop...

Dafad...thanks for pointing that out....this jigsaw puzzle doing my head in......so this guy Anton Tarkanyi maybe alongside his family held 19% in ppp....with his death....that indeed would have caused lot of friction etc maybe with family members i dont know.....its adding up....slowly slowly.....i am sure STEPHEN LUNN will sort this mess out...he has already made the move....by cleaning the boardroom....

Biggest shareholder York Energy Ltd is listed in new zealand.....its main and only shareholder ( 100% ) = David Shaw ( dean and company ) DIRECTOR ...stephen lunn

Then i decided to look at 2nd highest major shareholder INTERNATIONAL IMMOBILIARE LIMITED they have 19% holdings...interestingly....DAVID SHAW ( dean and company ) is also listed with that company....but 100% shareholders in this instance = ANZCORP TRUST LIMITED which has Anton TARKANYI as its 100% shareholder...and as its director

in conclusion i wouldnt be surprised if this guy Anton TARKANYI became next ceo of PPP.....

In conclusion these guys have invested HUGE amounts in ppp...how they PLAY this ...is anyones guess...slim chance they can take this private...but i dont think they will...

Did you guys know....LUNN is currently a director in FHF Corporate Finance Limited and York Energy Ltd ......both of which are major shareholders in this...infact between them they hold 26% of entire holding......

if i am reading between the lines here...the REAL DON...the one who has called all the shots thus far...has been MR LUNN...

He is not here to F around....he wants RETURNS for his investors...does matter who you are be it TOM or LENI...if you cant do the job in hand..out you go......i am convinced this GUY ( LUNN ) will put the house in order....

Another thing I have mentioned many times...is the fact...this rise came unexpected ... 0.55p to 12p took everyone by surprise....I rather be suspended at near £10m mc then £500k mc....as this will be great advantage incase of rto/acquisition

Newuncle...there will be too many who will put negative spin on this....I am invested and will always back my investment/winners.....yes it does seem bizarre to oust leni first and then tom....but real question is....what have these two delivered....they almost bought ppp to its knees at 0.55p...the deal saved the day..but even then..there were to many inconsistencies/false promises...that peel hunt buying in open market 2 days be4 deal with global was suspicious ... peel hunt tr1 only came 4 mins after deal rns on 17th..and on 17th peel sold almost entire holdings of 15m...then peel tried to manipulate market by blocking the rise.....peel should be fired aswell imo..not that it's going to happen....this is only one wrong doing....we was suppose to have men from global on ground in early Aug....now its mid Dec still no sign of these men from global....we're we deliberately lied to

Remember we are now on premium listing...we do not need incompetent bod members...we need professionalism......I also have a feeling some from higher up have put pressure on pennpetro to do what they have done...

Lunn takes over until replacement is found.....you do not replace anyone on a sinking ship.....what is needed here is someone who can achieve targets/results for investors/shareholders...too many deadlines missed by tom/leni...we was given false hopes....clean start now....

Biggest giveaway imo why failure isn't an option...and turnaround has truly started...

Big players bought this on lse ..ipo at 25p...out of 70m shares issued over 50m went in deep pockets..if these guys wanted to they could have sold at over x4 profit they never did...they are still part of consortium here....these lot have lent there shares out..hence they are in no hurry to sell out...few heads around the table then bingo..everyone wins...we hve seen £80m mc be4 no doubt we could see it again..as this time around we are better placed with broader/wider audience knowing us..

If things were to go to plan...1st target 15p...from there 25p ( critical )...then 50p...then £1 ( £1 party time )...remember on premium listing £30m mc is minimum requirement...even though some of above mentioned targets might seem far fetched..they are very very feasible/possible...big boys have put in £12.5m+ in this at 25p now lets see these heads come together and come io with value creation plans/ideas....

Ultimately what us guys post...won't make any difference...what will count in end and matter is how company delivers...and then from there how market precieves it.

We all know pre-suspension this was number 1 stock on lse in terms of volumes being created and most discussed share by a mile....question is will it be able to live to high standard it has set itself post-suspension....I have no doubt it will...let's wait and see...the wait is almost over only 2 wks till new yr....let 2025 be bigger and better yr for ppp'ers...

Tiger16...I am not going to write all that msg which disappeared again....conclusion is/was...i want to see this back in new yr not be4...so we hit richnews period...imagine had suspension been lifted after 3mths on Nov 1st and we still didn't hve any progress on ground in texas......I am taking audit/accounts delay as much needed time for bod to sort everything out in background..and bring us back from suspension with a bang....

Only regret I hve is seeing fellow investors having their monies being locked in here for last 4 1/2 mths...I do feel for them.

The problem isn't the deal with the global imo....it is because of global we are where we are today....if this deal with global wasn't made or done....we would have still be floating around 0.55p and no one knowing us....what this deal has done if nothing else..it has put us on the map....I don't think anything undue is about to happen with global...if for any reason it did then...it would be massive advantage ppp...contracts are made on agreements...if global breaks any of the agreements and contract was terminated...I would be happy with 100% texas oil and no sharing of lithium asset....why do I say this...after all this transformational deal is what got us here you fight asking yourselves.....the trick many are missing....ppp once was at £80m mc without global.....more than us needing global ...global needed us....they took advantage of our dire situation....I am not saying they put one over us only that under the circumstances that was best deal for both of us...right now if we was to reverse...I would grab it with both hands......we have signed 3 yr loan deal for £20m before..no doubt it could be struck again now that we are back on track and alive again on many many peoples radar.

The way market reacted after the deal...quick decisions had to be made....new ceo coming in new audit/accounts team...new big pocket investors etc etc...the market is waiting for something big it's waiting for something spectacular...and that's just what it's going to get imo...tom and lunn ain't sitting on their ar5es doing nothing I am sure of that.....the plan the strategy the value creation rns's/news is/are so near...if you blink you might miss them..ppp has pleasant way of sharing surprises...like the deal that created mass social media frenzy making market going mental in demand exceeding to almost 25 to 1 ....thats for every 1 seller there was 25 buyers ( I just made this ratio up but that's how it felt..no share goes from 0.55p to 12p on thin air without crazy demand/volume )...the other pleasant and most welcomed surprise being 25%+ premium placing almost unheard of these days when it's hard to raise money even at heavy discount.....many many more pleasant surprises to come I am sure.....with freefloat getting smaller and smaller....the rises will only get bigger and bigger....forget this ticking up by 0.10p...or it's ticking up by 0.25p 0.50p 1p...this in days/wks ahead could be ticking up by 2p 3p 5p or even more a go...trust me when this was £1+ last time around it wasn't ticking up in 0.10p's....
