I don't know if this is possible....it could be a requirement/condition from audit/accounts team for tom to go be4 signing off...maybe they have seen something dubious...I don't know just saying...

Djm1...u say he arranged legal team..to get them bankstatements...😂....why couldn't tom/leni...do this simple act...what were they doing prior to lunn coming in...and a tons death?...

Forger bankstatements....has cleaned the boardroom higher up....in only about 2 or so mths....thats quick it's fast it's furious.....whether this works in our favour only time will tell..

Affirm...I can understand your frustration...you are only one of few who has been backing ppp against so many trolls in here...this current situation should a d could have been avoided.....I am not privy to what's going on in telegram....maybe them guys know more than us here on lse I dont know..logic and recent developments alongside rns's tell me lunn is the man.....tom had his chance...he didn't/couldn't deliver....

I just hope for all our sakes this is sorted and we are trading again ASAP.. if for any reaso n we don't and this goes pear shaped which I very much doubt it will the we simply move on...

Regarding agm...at agm we get to vote all resolutions the company puts fwd....its final to lunn now what resolutions he puts fwd...he can ask..shareholders to keep him as director or promoted to ceo...there is no way tom can come back now unless lunn decides to bring him back....only one possibility is shareholders call egm....question here now becomes...do us shareholders have enough votes.....to call egm...yes we have enough votes....but to win ygd vote..,we will be taken to the cleaners...there is too many insider votes which most likely go against us...unless ofcourse some of big major holders switch abd support us retail shareholders..chances of which in my view are low...

Above is the email reply by lunn to me on 22nd Nov...he sounds genuine...and wants things done .... my take is what he came into was a mess...he is cleaning that mess.....

I hve msged him again...with no luck...to be honest right now I can understand his frustration and not replying...he must have loads of emails shooting his way...he has far more important things to sort out than replying to emails ..... as shown in last msg...he is delivering by taking action at highest level....

Affirm....lunn came in office on 25th of Sep....mth later on 28th of oct we get long awaited accounts update...in that update we was told due to lunns hard work we got bank statements...what was tom and Co doing for last few mths...

3 days later...leni booted......on 1st Nov...

Fast forward 3 weeks...we get 12p placing..previous 2 were done at 1/ 2 of that ...

Fast forward another 3 weeks ceo booted out...

Tom never replied to my emails...they just bounced back..lunn on otherhand replied within couple of hrs....

From where I am sitting lunn seems credible and trustworthy......time will tell...

Next rns will be telling..the one telling us who becomes next ceo....that would settle lot of nerves imo

My take is biggest player in all this is/was Anton the guy who passed away earlier in the year..he had passwords to everything directors didn't have access to accounts...which is strange.....question I ask...was Anton calling all the shots from lower position....remember this guy held 20% of company through 2nd major shareholder.....not only this ...Anton was also a director of petroquest company which loaned out that $5m...lunn only came director of petroquest about 3 days be4 deal was signed on 31st of July..

Anton / lunn have/had lot more in common/interest....between theses two they have been running the show...imo.....

Now that Anton is no longer with us...its down to lunn..if lunn wanted to he didn't have to sign final agreement on 31st July and passing over the loan to global....so the question becomes....is there related parties between global and.. petroqhest or even lunn and or Anton....

Reading between the lines there is so much conflict of interest between these guys who founded pennpetro....as far I can see only company that is listed out of all these is us pennpetro....I feel they can not and will not let pennpetro go.....these guys combined have put in over £12.5m at ipo.....the loan amount from petroquest is nothing compared to overall money these majorholders are set to lose if we fold..

As explained be4 we are only speculating we don't really know what's going on in background.....tom has his failures he was no saint...from £1.12 to 0.55p no website for over 6 mths....accounts delays 3 years on trot..no way to contact tom...no email replies .global on ground early aug..etc etc..all these came under Tom's leadership.....we or atleast I simply don't know too much about Lunn..he might have ill intent I dont know.....for now he gets benefit of doubt.....whatever disagreement at top I Hope are sorted out ASAP...we can do without all this drama...last thing.. if we are shafted and they have put one over us...then there isn't much we can do I don't think..action groups don't achieve anything...

Ideally rto/acquisition down the line would be good for us....lunn can do this...he has worked in this field be4.

Going on from ... these guys being linked to one another sonehow.. I hve just found out Anton Tarkanyi our deceased member was director of petroquest be4 he passed away...as it happens Stephen Lunn became director just 3/4 days be4 our transformational deal was signed on 31st of July...

Bottom line is...these guys are well connected to one another....they are set to lose huge amounts if this was to fail....pressure is on....

I have said it be4...will say it again....the way market reacted after 17th July deal rns all bod members must have been taken by surprise.....from seeing few million shares bring traded to entire number of shares in issue in a day must have sent shock waves through their bodies...they just couldn't handle it...pressure must hve been too great unexpected....be4 in previous years it was normal to have delays in accounts nothing was being said no body to report to...this time it was different ball game altogether huge amount of interest from investors..also..there was a queue of investors wanting to pile in ... even after suspension...x3 placings took place....more could hve been raised.they elected not to...

With all this interest...I am still in view direction of this company has to change for the better ..I believe bigger project is coming our way...let's wait and see.....shuffle was needed at top...its obvious there must hve been disagreements..in end sometimes it's best if one or 2 step aside and looking after not only their own interest but all shareholders in general....remember how leni was tweeting and wishing tom best of luck after placing at 12p even though he had resigned be4hand....

Shareholders vs creditors....😂..... lunn is bod member of both....petroquest and pennpetro.. .... I am sure he will not sell us poor souls down the river...them major shareholders don't allow it....he is part of pennpetro team nog against it...

Adnauseam..I agree ppp was short on cash..hence 3 placings one at premium....further funds most likely will be needed...how they raise is debatable...major dilution is out question these guys don't like diluting anyhow....they can not issue more than 8m shares until 31st of July 2025..unless new prospectus comes along...I feel further loan deals could be struck if needed..rto/acquisition on cards aswell...

Regarding global yes they will be operators in texas re-oil...hence will call all the shots...

Djm1...I don't know who got 12p placings away...it wasn't mentioned in rns as far as global deal is concerned...it was a three way agreement....pennpetro global and petroquest director of which was lunn....lunn had to agree to terms a d conditions...

Tom vs lunn

Tom has been a bod member right from the start I.e from 2017...he has had 7 yrs..to deliver...under his leadership ( bod member )...potential was there clear to see as ppp went up from ipo price of 25p to £1.12...had ex bod delivered and kept their promises we would not have had any delays waste of funds...account being missed on regular basis...shareprice collapsing to 0.55p..etc etc

What has Lunn done...by not even being on bod...well if nothing else....he lent ppp $5m through petroquest....in this game you need someone with power authority...no-one was able to get bank statements...he managed it......do u think leni tom going was easily achieved I dont think so...lunn must have had big part in this...if lunn was weak nothing would have been done...we need someone strong like him...I am also convinced if need be Lunn will get us further funds through his connections in times ahead...

Lunn is a great asset not a liability in my view

When did 12p placee make it clear that lunn was the problem?....if he did that is his opinion he us entitled to it...yes it is possible the company can go private or on the cheap....this has been mentioned

Did you guys know....LUNN is currently a director in FHF Corporate Finance Limited and York Energy Ltd ......both of which are major shareholders in this...infact between them they hold 26% of entire holding......

if i am reading between the lines here...the REAL DON...the one who has called all the shots thus far...has been MR LUNN...

He is not here to F around....he wants RETURNS for his investors...does matter who you are be it TOM or LENI...if you cant do the job in hand..out you go......i am convinced this GUY ( LUNN ) will put the house in order....

Then i decided to look at 2nd highest major shareholder INTERNATIONAL IMMOBILIARE LIMITED they have 19% holdings...interestingly....DAVID SHAW ( dean and company ) is also listed with that company....but 100% shareholders in this instance = ANZCORP TRUST LIMITED which has Anton TARKANYI as its 100% shareholder...and as its director

In conclusion these guys have invested HUGE amounts in ppp...how they PLAY this ...is anyones guess...slim chance they can take this private...but i dont think they will...

In comparison to aeg.....our bb is much better than theirs....firstly they were suspended for almost 6 mths....read their bb before today....folks were calling that share a dog of share..they were calling bod yo be investigated...etc etc.....it goes to show....these bb's mean nothing .... in end what matters is how company delivers.....indeed aeg has delivered today......hope we see similar reaction when we come back....there is still hope guys there is still hope.....atb

Jist of if is...petroquest loans out $5m to noble on our behalf....Stephen Lunn happens to be a director at petroquest.....ppp is on its knees..no way of it paying its obligations back....deL with global is made......global pays back petroquest for stake in ppp's assets....lunn happy global happy ppp happy petroquest happy noble happy....

Question is what's changed...something has happened in background..I.e as matter of urgency lunn bought into ppp....in return he kicks out tom/leni.....is it possible this is something to do with global deal ..possibly.....who is set to lose out if ppp went down and out?.....well yesterday I showed how lunn was connected to at minimum to atleast 55% of major shareholding...so the biggest potential losers could

be....

1. 55% of major shareholders

2. Petroquest...as global won't be paying back....?

3. Global ... they have taken the debts on...now there is no asset..?

4. Mr and Mrs Evans..through their holdings

5. Recent placees..one even paid 12p £120k worth..

Some of these can be sorted if pennpetro went in administration.....but will it be worth it...I don't think so...imo its best to sort the mess out and make all of above winners who seem to be connected to obe another....common factor in most cases/parties above is Stephen Lunn...if he can not come up with something I dont know who can.....

Next rns or 2 will be telling...and will tell us what direction this will be going...

I myself am backing Stephen Lun 100%..he is leading from forefront after coming on board..

These small gains mean nothing currently...our mc is too low for what we have....Cameroon jv deal signed rns will correct that soon..very very soon....
