BREAKOUT IMMINENT me thinks...we could easily do 10%-30% on small volumes..without news..

Target = 0.05-0.06 by end of wk without news/rns..

All those who are saying,.this is not going to come back..to them I say...just imagine this has gone for good...please don't come back over and over again...as its pointless posting on dead stock.

We don't know if Dutch Auction will be successful or not....my take is there will be plenty out there who know more than us retail investors...if these guys see future in here..then they will make bid....if and when announcement is made and it's positive outcome from this Dutch Auction...many will welcome it...it will open the doors for proper correction/rerate northwards..if nothing else atleast towards and beyond 15p 1st stop....

Remember ppp ipo price was 25p......

It would be nice if one of main players added to their holdings at ipo price...let's say this major holder puts in a bid for 2m shares at 25p....and all other bids are below 15p.....what would u do I this case......does it or not make sense...if company takes up bid of 2m at 25p and then disregard the rest...this way...2m shares would be issued £500k raised.....we would still end up having headroom for 6m shares which could be used at later date at higher price......if this example can really work...then we only need one major buyer..at high price....thoughts?

Maybe everyone is busy making bids...I mean there is only 8m shares available....so many pi's must be anxious...will I get my allocation?....have I bid the right price?

It's 2025..a year which could change many of our lives for the better...

For me it's never been personal with anyone here on lse bb x or telegram group members..its not personal with any current of previous bod members...its all about trying to protect interests of us retail shareholders...we are all in this together not against one another...common ground has to be found...sense has to prevail....

When I look at all these happenings in last 5 mths...I ask myself what would I do if casper786 became ceo of ppp tomorrow...following is what I would do..

1. I would try my upmost best to get these audits/accounts published and get suspension removed asap

2. I would hire 2 high profile bod members

3. I would get pennpetro website up and running..

4. I would try my upmost best to resolve any issues with x bod members..unless if I absolutely have to I would avoid friction between one another going public...what happens at home should stay within the same surrounds walls..no one needs to know more than they need to.

5. I would also do my best to use headroom allocation to raise as highest amount as possible to pay loan of £500k off and try to hve enough cash to hand until revenues start to kick in... I would sit down with petroquest landowners of lease..globalvision etc..resolve all issues at hand..if further money is needed..for example paying landowners and or paying $5m yo petroquest off..I would try to do this ASAP...be it by loans or by getting global to pay upfront...I believe global has stolen our assets at bargain price knowing we was on last legs at 0.55p..

6. I would.put in place a mechanism to make sure we are never suspended again like we have in last 3 years due to accounts..

7. I would improve PR..by being reachable by anyone not only that..I would also do some high profile interviews to win trust back

8. Ideally I would issue new prospectus .. with new asset via acquisition/rto..

9. If I knew there was massive short positions..I would not give in and issue shares to shorters or anyone associated with them...if they want they can pay premium...12p at minimum..

10. On or be4 1st day of come back...I would make sure all doubts and uncertainties are cleared not only that but also set out plans strategy of what and where we would like to be in nxt 6mth-12mth..some how alongside texas oil..I would bring lithium/gas online even if it meant bringing another partner in.

11. I would put pressure on global to have atleast couple if not more rigs on ground asap.

12. I would lay grounds for future dividends being paid out.

13. On 1st day of comeback.. I would issue other +ve news alongside it alongside tr1's

Etc etc

Looking forward to better and prosperous 2025 with new ceo on board..the one who hopefully will restore faith and trust of investors....

Dutch Auction..

There has indeed been lot of action here on lse bb and telegram in last 5 mtgs whilst we gave been in suspension....I mean ppp has topped most talked about share on lse on daily basis on many many occasions....why is this ...why are folks getting so excited or getting so concerned...ppp certainly has the market waiting in anticipation ... longs aswell as shorts..trolls aswell as genuine holders...

5 mths of pure pain ..money locked in...having to see inhuman behaviour by some who gloat and seem to take pleasure in seeing others suffering..what these trolls don't care about or know is nothing they say changes fact on ground..they simply want to 2 min fame attention whilst it lasts.

INDEED it won't make any difference what I u or any ick or Harry say....rns's news will do the talking..what will make the difference here is groundwork taking place or lack of it in background.

Imo this DUTCH AUCTION might end up being one single event which could eventually end fate of many here..be it negative or positive..it will show market way of thinking and what they think true worth of ppp is...will dutch auction be a success ? Will it be oversubscribed? Will we see premium price being paid if so what price?....??? To many questions but atleast now we won't hve too long to wait to find out...within nxt 7 or so days we will know....if this Dutch auction is a success which I have no doubt it can be..then .... be warned short squeeze could be on...for me this is show is between longs and shorts now...going downwards I can not see this dropping below 6p ( 1st two placings ) but going upwards 15p 20p 30p 50p even £1+ won't be out of question...u see my friends...demand in this game dictates everything especially when supply is limited....as we saw pre suspension...

Question i ask if lunn wanted to raise few bucks...he could hve easily raised at 9p minimum price...why not when premium 12p raise has been achieved only few wks back.. I believe this move will prove how loved and how high demanded this share still is even after troll/shorts attempts to cause maximum damage possible...on come back to these cretins I will say "Burn shorters Burn"....if indeed this assumption of short squeeze is true then I would go through same pain of last 5mths wait again...no pain no gain..simple..

Tom had his chance ..he had 7 bloody years to prove himself....now let's give lunn if nothing else then atleast benefit of doubt to steady and steeŕ this ship to new success ahead..from what we have seen so far lunn has given us hope and no waffle rns's..straight to the point and setting records straight...no more f'ing around....

The guy has been here only 5 days...and he means true business...

Lunn to stay....he gets shareprice where it belongs.. that's over £30m mc first call..

120m shares in issue = 25p = £30m mc.....first stop..

Trump in office pro texas oil + musk in office pro lithium in texas = 50p = £60m mc 2nd stop..

60p is nothing...we have been in far worst situation and mc being near £80m mc......which = after recent and next dilution at approx 75p...

Delta I disagree...the way I am reading it.....they need minimum £720k as you pointed out....but want more...more the merrier...

Last thing they want is...original investors buying more...as that will look suspicious.....with all that's happened they willl not want insider trading allegations...too risky imo......

Imo there will be plenty takers for these at premium......i mean we traded 560m shares in just 11 days pre suspension......thats like 50m per day on ave......

My take is these 8m shares aren't enough....there will be many scrambling for them...maybe one possibility to sort carnage out is.....scale back.....give these high stake players some...rest they can buy on open market......happy everyone

8 high stake players buying 1m each = 8m shares gone.....if we get 9 10 11 interested parties looking for 1m each...then bidding war is on...in sense that...to be guaranteed your allocation bid gas to be made high...then again what guarantee.....its only 8m shares....even 15p might not be safe 😂.......this will be fun that's for sure...

This is first time I am in a share which is in AUCTION whilst in suspension.....

It's 8 day AUCTION....highest bidder takes all......

In days leading upto suspension..we was seeing £5m+....being traded on daily basis....

Big punters could be allover this...let's hope so.....8m shares at let's say at 12p = £960k at 15p = £1.2m....

Risks are there..so are the rewards.....to be honest right now looks like risk has been minimised...

To be fair if you look at the deal......global getting 75% of texas oil and 50% of texas lithium/gas...all for $5m ( debt paid off ).....looks dirty cheap....I mean....this deal us way too good at a bargain price for global.........no wonder why they are still at the table...and talking.

Delta..my understanding i..the placings of 6p were mate rates...dud to demand seen pre suspension...many were happy to oay 10p+... one should individual said 12p..maybe that's all they wanted to give away at that price..thinking more could be given at higher price later..possibly pist suspension....who knows what's happened gor real...

When I left - due primarily to Rachel Reeves’s budget - the company was in good order. Plenty of offers for new money at above 10p if needed (which it wasn’t at that time) and audit work progressing

I don't know whether it is me...or....some I here are going over the top.....yes its agreed some undue activities have taken place in here we have been lied to and mislead.....some have written this off....yes there is a chance we might not come back..but it's not a given....I believe there is every chance we can get the ground up and running again...we just have to be patient......I am not saying this...lunn has said this in last rns...he clearly states problems have been created and they are there...but he reassures us....all these problems are resolvable....there is still hope....let's wait and see what next rns brings...

Tom has had 7 yrs at the helm...if nothing else he should hve learnt from these re occurring suspensions....

Lunn can turn out to be bad...we just won't know..until if and when it happens..biggest issue right now with lunn is conflicted interest...to be honest ppp is where it is because of thus conflicted interest...remember...anton/lunn have been very very supportive of pennpetro through loans etc...lunn and Co have do much to lose...more than tom if this goes tit's up....biggest question is...will lunn save only himself or all of us including himself....my take is...if he can and if it is possible he will do his upmost best to keep lights on here at ppp...win win for all

Lunn is director of York Energy aswell fhf finance...they combined on top of head hold 26%...then you have that antons company which holds 19%... we all know anton and lunn were connected...b shaw which I am sure is connected to david shaw who in return is linked to lunn has 3%...

What confuses things is...most of these shares have been lent out...so I don't know who has the voting rights
