RE: LUNN is the man20 Dec 2024 14:20
Only concern I have right now about lunn is his age....have to give it to the man...still standing tall and strong against what seems like a scam...how long thus has been going on for is anyone's guess..
Yes its true with regards to conflict of interest...this was mentioned when lunn was appointed couple of mths back...
Logically if one thinks rationally thd person to set to lose most...is lunn if something goes wrong....as he has 75% stake in petroquest....so he will have his own interest at heart aswell as all these major shareholders at ppp....folks seem to forget....all these entities are tied together as I have shown previously.....one possibility might be give petroquest a share/stake in texas assets....I don't think for a minute lunn will take it all himself...it just doesn't make sense....the loan was extended to Dec 2025 not long ago...other point..,which many miss...is this fact..loan given us interest free ( that's how I read it )....$5m loan should not be a problem as that will be repaid by global instead of us....its just that...it needs some guarantees contracts to be exchanged between petroquest global pennpetro....
Yes there are still unanswered questions like why were they leading us up false garden path...and or what clear motives there might be by some of these parties...
Amidst all this drama..premium placing did take place whilst lunn was in office....obviously he must hve given the nod...and most likely understand true value of ppp....restructure ppp form it into another company rto/acquisition....call it what u want...if they get given permission this can come back stronger.....if nothing else atleast we now know...what mess previous management left us.......I say come back with clean slate....thats if we was to come back...my money is on we will....I am in lunn camp....
