I would hope that it would not bring any dilution when we would be the ones bringing the cash to the table. I think CF would not let this be seen to happen for any future company of his would have this as a stumbling block if it was seen to be his legacy. He will not share the crown jewels with our it being in our favour.

I think Polb 001 is our flagship and with Oncology trials coming in 2024 we will have some sort of collaboration to fund the trial with an exclusive option on the product pending results. I believe that we have an interested party that is pushing the oncology angle. The AI results could bring on a licensing deal and we will be getting more details on this as promised pre Christmas break, so imminently. We must have many nibbling at the hook now and there is definitely something on the horizon with CFs talk of being at a pivot point to becoming a billion pound company.

I think a reverse into a Nasdaq "fallen angel" is not far away either and hopefully will bring some new exciting products in as this is the modus operatti of our new recruit Dave Allmond who will not be hanging about and has his finger on the pulse of the Pharma community.

My guess is that Pfizer is in the running as they have an active interest in Cytoreason and will see that 001 came up positive with the AI collaboration with Poolbeg recently. They have taken a 100 million stake with Cytoreason who are the industry leaders in the field and are bound to be casting an eye over developing products.This of course would be groundbreaking news for the shareprice and would definitely be the pivot to catapult us upwards.

The reason I would not like to see it associated with COVID is that it may be painted with the COVID brush and eventually fall out of favour as a necessary treatment as COVID treatments may fall on their own sword as the likes of the vaccines which were blockbuster multi billion generating treatments before are now seriously reducing market caps of a few companies.

It could it seems be adopted as a valuable treatment of course and any product that saves even 1 life is very welcome. We may have patents pending of course and our AI results may well have pointed them in that direction.

I reckon we will be having a flurry of patent approved soon enough throughout the world as we stride to protect our IP. Some day we will wake up to our dream RNS as CF hinted heavily in the recent presentation as we are on the pivot to monetisation.

It is entirely possible that this drug could be fast tracked to bring it into the market if the importance of it in the oncology space is recognised. We saw this with the COVID vaccines lately.

Hello Spuddy, you have it in a nutshell there and of course we could get ground breaking news at any time. If certain parties have a look here and decide a large stake is in order it will propel us along nicely. There is money to be made for the traders here but personally I would hate to be caught out on a big deal landing.

Once Dave Allmond comes on board in December I think things won't be dragging out much longer. He seems like he is well focused on a deal and has ability to carry it out promptly.

I would have thought that the GSA would have been signed by now. Tanzania is really snails pace. We were due to be drilling by now. With the Zubairs owning just under 30% stake here we are probably next to take out. Do they really want to share the spoils after a free carry. Why should they could well be what they are thinking.

Spuddy, I don't think the upfront payment will be as huge as some may think or hope. It may be in the order of £10m and a full financing of further phases with future milestone payments being the big estimate. I am only guessing of course but I seem to recal JS mentioning this upfront payment value in reply to a question a year or so ago. The big money will come on the eventual sale of the company.

They are really pushing the oncology angle now which could give us our blockbuster product in 001. As far as I recall JS first spoke about the oncology use when he said a prospective partner suggested that it should be explored. I think that it will get just one partner for all uses and not be split into influenza, oncology ,sepsis or many other uses where CRS is a factor.

RNS this morning should pivot us over the IPO price and hopefully hold.

I think that they now have a few deals on the table and it is time to choose one and progress to the next level. That's why the board claim to be at a pivot point for revenue generation. Exciting times ahead.

While he loves all his children not all CF's children are the same. He loves Poolbeg a little more when he had to choose. If he adds to his current stake it will do wonders for the shareprice because he will take a large stake and he will no doubt time it right for maximum impact.

It could be possible maybe that he would agree to take a given amount monthly for a year or so and maybe this way he can get around the rules governing inside trading if he pre announces his intentions. I am not sure if this is allowed or not. Will JS get aboard with another buy in. It would show further confidence even though the both are aligned with the shareholders here already.

They also seem to be hinting that they will take stewardship of some existing approved products to bring them on to release their full value. Maybe the AI collaboration have identified these products which have IP owned by third parties.
