I think reading between the lines that our first major partnership deal will be in the oncology sector for 001 and as JS stated in one of his slides that activity was going on at the moment for high value deal.

What is undeniable from the presentation is that we are now at a pivoting point as we begin to stride forward to closing multiple deals and the big boys are here to do so.

Ye indeed,the invitation to give a presentation to ASH is a major stamp of approval of the potential of Polb 001 as a game changer in the industry. I will be no doubt be a significant milestone for value creation of the company. It may just be the stepping stone to the collaboration deal that we need to bring us through Phase 2 and beyond . Deeper pockets will bring us to the next level and create the shareholder value .

We are lining up the ducks in preparation for a major deal and possible reverse into Nasdaq. The team we are building is handpicked to work closely together for the big prize which I think will be eventual sale of the company for an eye watering amount. There is no dilution coming down the line here for years and hopefully any reverse won't dilute us but add value. We have multiple products now ready for monetisation and should attract some big Pharma partners who we are already in advanced talks with.

Just need to become a cash generating company which is naturally our next phase.

I think myself that they are trying to work an order at around the 7p mark and we are seeing a few large buys from time to time lately at sub 7.

No agenda myself as I am hanging for a big return with a large stake There is a few 10-20% opertunities here over the last 2 years so it does attract the traders with an agenda. We need a few of those many routes to market hits to become a cash generating and kickstart our business model of reinvestment in a growing product line. I can see Pfizer circling the hook as they need a couple of new blockbusters to replace the COVID vaccine and Paxoline which both are well on the decline. Now that would be the dream RNS. They could easily just go for the buyout. Just dreaming of an early retirement.

Yes, it can get frustrating at times when I get notifications of Poolbegs RNS's thinking the Carlsberg one has dropped. It is a wonder that some Pharma doesn't sign an exclusive MOU in FOMO. They might just miss the boat.

I think we need a titbit of deal update and party interest from JS to increase sentiment here as a deal seems the only way to come out on top as that is the model.

A deal is all that counts here really, but we can't knock Jeremy for putting the product out there or attract healthy competition to ensure the best deal possible. We have been told already that an interested party would like to explore the oncology direction. Let's hope that they are really with the ballpoint pen to take the next step before they miss out.

This is a great endorsement by our two professors who are well respected and learned in their field. We will have deals soon enough as we strengthen the IP on our existing and new products. We are involved in many talks for our growing range and hopefully we will see a result by years end. I have enough of a holding and have no current plans to buy any more as it would leave me over exposed which I have no ambition to do in this uncertain market. This company isn't fading away any time soon and will go on to have a better and brighter future. I think it can reach the 20p range with some good news which we just might get a flurry of soon enough.

Yes a good positive update and as usual he is unable to give us market sensitive news. In fairness to JS he is willing to communicate with the shareholders and he answered all questions that were asked to the best of his ability.

He is working towards partnership rather than going it alone taking Polb 001 to phase 2 trials. This is following the model of the company. He remains confident that 001 is and will be the "crown jewels" especially with the expansion into oncology.

Sharesoc presentation tonight @ 5pm with Q and A session following outlining Poolbeg Pharmas strategy and future milestones etc. We will have nothing new to discuss as we got no Carlsberg dream RNS this morning. I hope that it does not turn out to be a ramble about the strategic partnership with the UN named Nasdaq company that we really have no details on. I should hope that we get some sort of confirmation on a Polb 001 licensing deal as we have been told of the interest in the data room but no Pharma have bitten the hand off us fighting for the deal yet.

I would like to hear more of the projected up front payment as I seem to recall a sum of 10million mentioned as an example years ago. To be honest we need more than the usual spiel and the next "that's a really good question" rhetoric that really does not cut the mustard anymore.

When the deals happen I think that we could well see a flurry of them as the FOMO will get the better of these big Pharma companies who are hungry for new products.

I can see Pfizer getting involved as they know of our AI collaboration details with Cytoreason as they invested $100m there to take a stake. We are definitely in the spotlight,all we need is first big one on the hook and I can feel it coming. Languishing 30% down from IPO after all we have achieved over the last 2 years is a bitter pill to swallow though. Our day will come but we need a bit of PR to give us confidence that a deal is looming to create a good sentiment here and see us on an upwards tragectory.

I wonder is the metabolic disorder that this is in conjunction with any thing to do with diabetes which could make it a groundbreaking treatment and get rid of the needle. If so it could be huge and will certainly open up some of big Pharmas eyes who will have a second look thinking that they have missed out.

001 is the big one for us at the moment and should propel us on nicely. The last quarter here will tell alot and it is great now to have another string on our bow. We don't have much information on this deal maybe that will come with the license.
