There will be a Proactive talk with Jeremy and Liam in the next couple of days which will tell of data being first given from April 1st to big Pharma who expressed an interest in a deal with Poolbeg. Trial preparation is said to be 80% complete and ready for 1st dosing with 001 already given to the hospitals. First data will be 2 weeks after 1st patient dosed so if positive result of the blocking of CRS big Pharma are waiting to deal. We will see what further information we will learn from the Proactive get together.

We dont know the exact start date and the company have said it won't be RNS'd but i think once it has started we will get an indication through some other avenue that people will pick up on.

Sentiment seems to be building once more and it is surprising that since J&J have thrown their hat in the ring that there has not been any major sudden movement of shareprice.

Has anyone had confirmation from the company that the drug supplier partners in the upcoming trial for 001 are indeed Janssen a subsidiary of J&J. The other potential offer for supply was Pfizer .Two big heavy hitters in the Pharma world.

If confirmed this trial will really be in the spotlight .

That HOOKIPA deal really hurt the shareprice,once when announcement made and again when it failed,now looking for a near X4 to get back to IPO price.Poir performance.

We have decided to ignore any announcement over the Berçhets option which has expired. A years option from 30/04/2024.

Oral GLP1 trial starting soon and phase 2 Polb 001 trial planned for summer/autumn.

Apparently we are cutting through red tape at the moment with the FDA according to JS.

Positive results from either of these will put us in the money. Unfortunately we have to reset after the failed HOOKIPA deal.

I think you know that we hold certain IP rights for the use of Polb 001. Whatever caused you to hate CF is unhealthy for you so get over it.

This was disrespectful from HOOKIPA to suddenly drop this merger but they must have their own reasons for it besides protection of their own jobs .

My guess is Dave Almond in as CEO and JS gone. Poor Jeremy has been dragged through the mud due to this shambles where CF &co have misread the deal.

Unless we are going to get a Carlsberg RNS from Poolbeg announcing a brand new dream deal from a third party and the HOOKIPA one dropped last night was just to save face from them.

Either way the silence better immediately end and a clear path explained.

We had better get some clear and concise communication from the company tomorrow. I was always a fan of JS but he might as well go now as he was deemed to be surplus to requirements for this failed deal. This was obviously Hookipas decision to back down since that is what was declared in this RNS. I wonder are Gilead interested in us any more as they were seemingly happy to back the deal.

How do we go from CF running the new company to them backing out who knows. Maybe they are about to announce a Gilead deal for one of there products,maybe then they don't need us any more.

This has wasted months and months for Poolbeg as nothing has been achieved for the last year as they must have banked everything on getting this deal across the line. Time to regroup now. Hope we don't get further pain tomorrow morning.
