Hi Spuddy,it's hard to know how a deal would be structured. One would think that a Pharma that was planning to run a trial for Polb 001 would have some sort of terms or MOU signed to offer them some sort of exclusiveness which would offer them protection of getting gazumped at the twilight hour. This of course would have to protect Poolbeg Pharma from time wasting of a company backed out at the last minute. Presumably common deal structures are in the industry and our new expanded board would be well aware of industry standard in such cases.

Hopefully we can break back over IPO price today with 9.80p to buy at the moment.

One member got a positive report back post a conversation with JS at the weekend at investor show where he stated that a Pharma is to trial Polb 001 for Oncology by years end and pending a positive outcome partner up. Apparently there are at least 2 Pharmas in the Oncology space interested so maybe a bidding war to get first bite of the cherry 🍒

Expecting movement on the shareprice here once the development license is signed off. With paperwork at the ministry it could be any day now even at Tanzanian red tape snails pace.

Could very well be the new potential partner that is being talked about over in the Telegram group. That would be massive if we could attract the deep pockets of Pfizer who are looking to change direction on their products.

At 18p today after the start of phase 1 trials one would think that they would have had a little sustained rise but no, AIM can be a cruel market and I am mainly disinvesting myself as it is completely unregulated and treated as a cash cow for the directors.

I cannot see why any future deals or M&A opportunities would be market sensitive as the company has stated on numerous occasions that they are in active discussions with potential partners in both RNS's and investor conferences. It is no secret that this is the company model and their route to revenue. A deal can come at any time and one can almost sense something brewing. GLALTHs

If and when the shareprice hits 17.9p our CEO Jeremy will be a millionaire on paper when his allocated 4.6m shares is coupled with his shares purchased on the open market. What an incentive to get the ball rolling here. As he stated in the Mello presentation available on YouTube near the end of Q&A session that a deal will be done on Polb 001, this share could well turn out to be one of the big movers of 2024.

With a M&A oportunity looming also we are on the verge of a rebate and heading to becoming a £1b plus market cap company. How much dilution we will get on the journey will be another matter but CF will manage this correctly this time with the experience of Amyrt behind him.

AIM doesn't need an excuse to drop on small volume. There have been good buyers in the background all week and we will see them again today. CfF will not be hanging about and a deal will be getting worked on besides or in parallel with Polb 001 that will spark interest here. DA has to be bringing something to the table due to the fact if the shareprice hits the target he will receive £1.5m in shares. He has been allocated the lions share of the issue. Not bad for someone who started in January. I would say that there is reasons behind that huge personal allocation to him. He has his ear close to the ground and there is a product or M&A being worked by him. CF has his feet in the door of the top 5 pharma from his deals over at Hvivo and will be peddling the wares.

Getting pushed on deal news in Q and A session, they can't say too much,are in talks with multiple prospective partners who see the benefits of our products as it compliments their products for Car-T treatment etc..and will get a deal done which is best for Poolbeg
