Ice 22/23p isn’t just reflecting ‘the view that a deal not getting done’, it’s reflecting the consequences of the deal not getting done… and the fact it’s 22p means the market is suggesting that those consequences will be (at best) very risky, at worst catastrophic, regardless of how easy you think it will be to just get IIs to send a few letter put another BOD in and refinance. If there were easy and better options forthcoming the price would be close if not above 35p.

If they try and buy £100,000,000 worth on one day then we will definitely be at £1 which may suit some people 😂. They will simply support the price and buy into weakness. The fact it’s held 75p and up 2% without any real buyback is a good thing for now, shows there is wider appetite at these prices.

KiJa you’re talking to someone who just said this is at 25p instead of 34p because there are better things to come than the 35p offer.

Ice fact is that the market is talking, and it collectively says 24p a share if you want to buy/sell today based on all available information, which includes every scenario and set of figures you and everyone else could possibly come up with and the likelihood of them happening. You might believe you can spot something everyone else is missing and one day through luck or skill you might be right but as I keep telling you it’s not sitting at 25p because £1 or even 50p offers or any sort of recovery play is likely, it’s sitting at 25p because there is a somewhat tentative offer of 35p with very few alternative options that don’t carry a substantial amount of risk and the high likelihood of a suspension in 2 weeks time.

Icecool over the last few months you have shown your inability to correctly understand a share price. If Sidara offered 35p but there were potential 40p, 50p or £1 offers forthcoming, or an easy recovery play the price would be above 35p not below it. The fact it’s sitting at 25p with a 35p offer on the table… 🤦 you know what icecool, you do you, I have no desire to explain in any more detail than you’ve already been told by myself and many others countless times on how share prices work, just keep believing buddy 👍🏻

Progress on this deal will be made in weeks and months not hours and days.

The RNS also stated they won’t be able to publish accounts by end of April and the shares will be suspended from that point. People should view that as a given. This isn’t Hollywood where alll of the sudden the Indian fraudster CFO comes back with a bunch of paperwork and says the correct accounts were in his top drawer all along.
