I al sorry to report that I am hearing rumours of an accelerated book-build taking place at 7p per share to raise £750,000 working capital.

Buys and sells are automatically assigned based on the mid price many large sells went through as buys today hence 7% drop to all time lows (dyor)

Looking like a finish in the 17s today and possibly 10-15p pending suspension (dyor). I might have a nibble if this goes single digits this week.

Sidara haven’t made an offer yet, they have made a holistic non-binding conditional proposal, which might include a 35p offer, assuming certain conditions are met or waived, with no guarantee that an offer will be made even if all conditions are met or waived.

Is that more shorts closing today in the 78s?

Be honest, does this sound like a guy you’d want investment advice from?

Robert shut your little pie hole you peasant, you’ll take 25-35p and be grateful for it if it ever comes.

You could be right AIM 20p would still be a nice premium to the current price and you’ve called things spot on so far, for sure I’d rather listen to well researched people such as yourself who have previously make good and correct predictions (and money) rather than some of the fools on here suggesting £1-3 share prices who are now having to explain to the Mrs why they can no longer shop at Waitrose (dyor).

If I was Sidara right now I’d be looking at the share price of 19p and thinking 35p is far too generous, maybe 22-25p if you’re lucky.

The market sets the rate, last week they said 22-25p a share, this week they say 35-40p, maybe next week they say it’s more, or it’s less. It’s gone up nearly 60% off the back of takeover rumours only, maybe they only came to the table wiling to pay 35p because the price was 22p, that doesn’t mean now the price is up they will all of a sudden be willing to pay £1+… the price is only up because they are at the table and if they walk the price goes back down to low 20s with them.. Clearly they want the company and they have a price in mind, maybe that price is 40p, 50p, 60p, even 70p, but it’s certainly not £1 or £1.40. If they walk, and you’re back down to 25p, maybe in 2-3 years you’ll see 50-60p again, or maybe they never recover. Many will be snapping their hand off at 60p next week and thanking their lucky stars.

JamesOxford - My opinion that an offer would be 35-40p because the share price had been in the 20s at the time they approached… back when you and many others were calling £1+ was met with ridicule and insults… and now look… it was one of the the few opinions back then which has ended up bang on the money. So I will take satisfaction in laughing at clowns like you as you now try to offer new advice like you never got things badly wrong in the first place. Like I said if I had got things as wrong as some of you guys I’d be keeping predictions to myself pal.

Just another 1000% to go and people might start to break even
