Why would any creditor go down this route rather than allow a company try to pay off debts over time. Creditors will be the first to be paid off if this folds. If Sidara walk or the offer is rejected then lenders may feel they will be able to quickly recover all/most their money through this route rather than await a recovery. They are not II’s or PI’s looking for a recovery play on their investment, they are owed money which they might feel the assets of the company would cover. They might not even be in a position to wait themselves.

Yes but knowingly reporting misleading information to the market is market abuse for which they may face investigation and penalties, the accounts might be much worse than let on, creditors may come and force administration. It’s not like for like but it’s a warning of what could happen. People here are very quick to say this is a gamble are you in or out whilst only promoting the winning outcome and I’m saying there are more outcomes.

Landowner isn’t incorrect. There is a chance that the accounts are so bad/fraudulent that once they are released any creditors immediately call in defaulted debts and force woods into administration. It might not be the most likely scenario but the reality is that it’s still possible and dare I say a more likely scenario than some of the rubbish I’ve read. Bear in mind these accounts are late BECAUSE they are incorrect. The under qualified CFO left without notice. An independent review has found inconsistencies in their accounting practices (etc). This isn’t a claim without evidence, in fact the evidence suggests that these accounts are going to be very bad. The only hope is Sidara know just how bad they are, plug the hole and pay the 35p before it’s too late.

Yorkshire is correct, as soon as accounts are published shares are reinstated unless they ask not to. Possible reasons not to would be for the sale to go through, administration or investigation into accounts etc.

My sell order is set for 0.14p.

Gordon, I have it on good authority from Mr. Investment, he doesn’t always buy at the bottom and he doesn’t always sell at the top but you can rest assured that he will always be close to both, the patience of long suffering shareholders will soon be rewarded, and the Carrot is much better a friend than a foe, he is only here to make money but it’s more fun to make money with him than lose money betting against him.

In the last 5 years (other than this year) it’s only been below £1 a share a couple of times… only just and only briefly. In that time it’s also been £2.30+ as well as two other £1.80 peaks, and £1.60 just 8 months ago, not 100% sure of the 5 year average but it looks to be the £1.40-1.50 region looking at the chart. Buying into a company that is now larger than ever, expanded into America and potentially more profitable than ever for less than 80p with ongoing buybacks is a gift that doesn’t come often.

GW I suggest you load up in the 0.02s whilst you still can this will be 0.04p before you know it and then 0.06p soon after that, it’s up to you whether you trust the guy who was telling you it would drop from 0.14-0.02p and has highlighted several placings days in advance.

TB I don’t take any pleasure at all in others losses I only take pleasure in making money, it’s a shame that some people like Luca, Icecool, JamesOxford (and others) have to lose for that to happen but that is how the market works. There can only be winners and losers… and there are no doubt a lot of big time losers here so that means there are winners to be made, I see losers like icecool et al so I think it’s time for me to win… however I would say that if some of these people (and others) had listened to me in the first place maybe they too would be buying in the teens instead of 40, 30, 20 etc. but that is how winners and losers are made, maybe one day I will be a loser and for sure there have been days when I have been… but today isn’t one of them.

AIM as above I think there will be one last trade here around 15p to then sell at 17.5p on Wednesday. The way I see it people like Luca will be up all night on Tuesday worrying about suspension and likely administration and sell up first thing for another big loss and finally get some sleep, then towards the end of the day after some more bad dreams will chuck it all back in for one last roll of the dice (dyor). I think if you can catch the point of bottling it and then sell as they go for one last gamble there is another 10% to be had imvho.

Let’s just hope the accounts aren’t too fraudy, if the black hole is too big then there is a very real possibility that this never comes back from suspension and the official receiver is called in. Forget II’s holding the power and replacing the board, it’ll be the creditors who decide what happens.
