I agree Surin, ICE knowledge of a £1 minimum offer imminent and £3 recovery if not, alongside JO knowledge of 85p minimum first offer ‘just to get things started’ have been really really useful, as well as their agreement that this was definitely going to be suspended at 7am on 30 April… really hope to hear more from them both as it’s been most helpful, especially for Luca and Bob.

Bob it wasn’t aimed at you, you’re potentially going to lose your job, pension, and investment all in one hit. I wouldn’t kick a guy like that whilst he’s down, you could be homeless by the end of the year.

There is no need to dispute the rampers lies now that the share is suspended. Unsuspecting victims are temporarily safe (or trapped) from the likes of icecool and others. If the share ever resumes trading rest assured we will be back to help clarify the reality from the ramps and keep people safe but for now best of luck to anyone still holding.

Yorkshire I agree with you, not sure what James is jabbering on about but he’s been doing it for months and been wrong every time so far.

James the debt waivers have been extended on the basis of a possible cash injection from Sidara. Sidara are still at the table because they are awaiting the publication of the accounts before making an offer of 35p. At the moment they have said they may make an offer of 35o once certain conditions have been met (publication of accounts being one of them) with a caveat that even if all conditions are met there is no guarantee that an offer will be made. James, you and icecool between you haven’t called a single thing here right yet and you’re now going to spend the next 4 weeks coming out will all sorts of rubbish about how Sidara will do this or that and the board might do this and argue about who knows what and what’s obvious and who’s spreading fud and in the end what’s going to happen is the accounts will be published, the shares will unsuspend and Sidara may or may not make the 35p offer depending if the accounts are somewhere in line with what they think they should be and there may or may not be a massive black hole of missing money or unforeseen debts that pulls this under. Anything else is pure fantasy

Someone who argued all day yesterday about why the shares would be suspended this morning vs someone who was adamant there would be a full business update at 7am this morning. 🍿

You're right to flag the date. Here's how it works:

• Suspension of trading will take effect at 7:00am on 30

April 2025, not 1 May.

• The London Stock Exchange suspends shares at the start of the business day following a missed reporting deadline

- not the day after the deadline itself.

• So unless Wood files the FY24 accounts before market open on 30 April, suspension will occur that morning.

The statement saying shares would be suspended "from 1

May" is either an error or a simplification for general communication - but technically, it's 30 April that matters

I’m not saying there won’t be but why would there be a 7am RNS tomorrow? I’d expect one Thursday to confirm suspension and maybe a timeline but maybe not, otherwise there surely isn’t anything to update yet?
