Ive only traded this once so far and made money on that trade, all be it not a lot, and always held a view that if an offer came it would be in the region of 40-60p. However I don’t pretend to be helping people out like others do.

Luca nobody has issue with your investment strategy, your loss, your job etc. Issue is when you post all day long for 2 weeks straight about how great the share is, such a great opportunity, that you’re in for the long term, in it til the end, would rather see offer rejected for fair value etc and then literally a day later sell at a loss. all time low share price, because ‘you got bored’… and the spend all day every day since saying that things don’t look too good here, share price will go down etc. ‘but you wish everyone well’.

Don’t make out your some guardian angel who is being picked on, you are a typical LSE bandit trying to make a quick buck, when you was long this was the best thing ever and now you sold it’s no good but everyone is picking on you because you shared you sold for a loss… no everyone picking on you because you’re a clown.

Looks like a close in the teens today. If Sidara walk at 5pm tonight nobody will want to be holding onto this and ruining their 4 day weekend.

You value it at £1.50-3.00 on fundamentals but Sidara and the board value it at 35p and the market values it at 22p so someone somewhere has got it wrong, not sure if it’s the collective view of thousands of investors, the view of the billionaire Arabs, the view of the company directors or the view of a random guy on LSE I’ve never met looking for a quick profit but for sure it’s one of em.

The problem with your predictions ice is that you predicted a £1.50 offer and £3 recovery but the offer was 35p so what makes you so sure the IIs are getting ready for all you know they will take the 35p and be grateful for it.

One big problem is that the II’s might see more value ££ in refusing any deal shorting this all the way down into liquidation than they do in taking 35p a share.

In certain circumstances directors can be held personally liable by creditors for outstanding debts and WG ticks a lot of those boxes (misrepresentation, fraud, continuing to trade whilst knowingly insolvent etc). It wouldn’t surprise me if they want the deal with cash injection to save themselves for potential litigation due to their ongoing negligence (and possible fraud) over many years.

Luca not even lost his virginity let alone £30k. Will be nowhere to be seen when the schools are back next week and his GCSE coursework is due in.
