I think Mr P has realised the only way out of this mess for Russia before it goes bankrupt is to agree something with Ukraine so he can go back to Russia before the natives get a little too restless.

OWLS No it isn't fantastic if you are still holding Stagecoach shares from years ago when they were £4 but if you are holding them from a year ago with a 76p average like me then it is pretty good news -

It looks like Russia is about to default on its bond debt, that will be the first time since 1917 - what a mess - struggling to pay off debt is even harder when the ruble is going through the floor - Russia finally realising it is not a good idea to pick a fight with the west - oh well never mind -

Stagecoach of which I am fortunate to hold stock in was bid for this morning at a 37pct premium - this highlights how low UK stocks have gone - ITV is another as is MKS of which I both hold stock - you can mark shares down as much as you like but there will ALWAYS ALWAYS be a predator who can sniff value - Apollo were sniffing at 240p don't forget that

Nielson date out today - The researcher said Marks & Spencer maintained its position as Britain's fastest growing food retailer over the last 12 weeks with sales up 12.2% year-on-year. -MKS should rise today, nice encouraging news also for PI -
