Very disappointing. I have 66000 shares which I've held for over 4 years and cost me £27k. So I will lose approx £15K. I made the decision to hold onto these regardless of the ups and downs (mainly downs), but have to say I did not expect the BOD to sell at this level. I've said it a few times on here...I will never buy shares again. If you have money to invest, put it with a financial advisor and get it spread across numerous investment funds. You may not make a fortune but its much safer. And I wouldn't even do that right now either with current global affairs and an over inflated markets! We've all taken our chances with this and many of you will have made money if you bought at the right time. My commiserations are with those like myself who have lost. I only hope none of you gambled more than you could afford to lose.

I'll try again...NH and Rock Stock claimed we were undervalued massively compared to ASX lithium companies. They said we could increase our SP by up to 400% if listed on ASX!!! We all know what happened following listing...ASX have dragged us down constantly...its like we're carrying a lead weight on our backs! Ignore ASX... they have very few investors in ALL. If you read the Hotcopper chat, you'll see that they go days without a single post. Our long term prospects have never been more positive, but there's still a long road ahead. Be brave, be patient, and in time you'll be rewarded handsomely. 🙂

RNS finally out, but tells us no more than the ASX one, other than there is no further update on ratification. Perhaps it is simply an investigation into the ASX share price. We just need to be patient and see what, if anything comes out of this.

As a LTH, I am far more interested in what the SP will rise to in 3 or 4 years when the mine is built and in full production. Does anyone want to make an educated guesstimate at what that could realistically be?

I wouldn't take any notice of the Ghanain stock price at this point. It was first listed at about 4.5 before rising to about 6 in the first few weeks. Since then it has stayed roughly the same with miniscule trading taking place. I remember it being explained at the outset that there was unlikely to be much trading until ratification. Reason being that the general population of Ghana invest very little as they do not have the capital. Most of the investment comes from pension and invedtment funds who won't commit until further down the line (ratification). Don't ask me to copy any link because I have no idea where or when this was said, but remember that it definitely was. GLA

The government and its committees are way beyond incompetent...words can't describe. Just get the deal done 5%, 10%, sliding scale, whatever. Just do your job and make a decision!!!!

EarEyeAm...I can assure you that I am a shareholder. I am not and never have been a trader. My money is in, and will stay in whether I lose it all, or make a profit. If you are not currently invested, I would say that now is a really good time to take the gamble. The reward will be huge from here if we get ratification, and the potential for those willing to stay the distance over the next few years will be amazing. Fingers crossed that this all goes the right way for us.

I too will be over the moon if we get ratification. I still hold my 66,000 shares which cost me a lot of money over 3.5 years ago and are now only worth about £6,500. I'm roughly 20k down and I know there are some LTHs who are significantly further down. I am 100 certain that this mine will get built, but my fear is that it will be by China rather than ALL. I sincerely hope it will be us, and I hang in here, hoping to get my money back and maybe even make a profit! All I am saying, is be cautious and don't invest what you can't afford to lose.

I would be careful not to be over confident about this. Although things are looking much more promising, we've Benn here before on numerous occasions and many of us long term holders have lost a lot of money. NH

Yes, Miif is looking good. It's a shame Nelson isn't the Ghanaian president...we may get somewhere with ratification if she was. Perhaps the women of Ghana are are not as lazy and inept as the men.

I first bought in April 22 at about 40p. The shares were steadily rising so I stupidly kept adding more. The shares peaked at 67p and then started to dip. My average at that time was over 50p I averaged down by adding more when they were about 27p. I now hold a little

over 66000 shares with my average at just over 40p which is just about where I started. I will not take any more risks by averaging down again, purely due to the shenanigans of the Ghanaian government.

I am the same. £25K investment now worth approx £5k. People keep encouraging top ups, but I've suffered from that before with Aston Martin. My resolution is to never buy shares again myself, and leave it to the financial advisers to invest in funds thereby speading the risk. I will continue to hold ALL, in the hope we finally get a result at some point.

OMG, words cannot describe how inept the Ghanaian government really are. They are so lazy it defies belief. A committee of primary school children would do a better job of running their country. We invested in a company that had huge potential only for it to to be completely eroded away by a totally incompetent, lazy and corrupt government. Ghana has huge amounts of valuable resources which if run properly, should be an affluent country. But, that clearly is never going to happen.

Thanks Max, but not prepared to risk more funds. I remain hopeful that I may get my money back but I've felt the money was lost for the last 2 years so will just accept the loss if it doesn't come back.

ALL went up 18% in Australia last night. It's moving in the right direction, but it needs to get to over 40p for me to recover my £20K paper loss lol. I continue to sit tight and hope for the best. Good luck all LTHs
