Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Keith Muller would have absolutely no problem walking into another job given his experience. If he thought the ML was going to be declined he would leave rather than be tarnished by a reputation for misleading share holders for personal gain. If he suddenly jumps ship, we need to worry, but he hasn't. Yes, Ghana want a fair slice of the pie but they are already getting that with 30% corporation tax, 10% share of profits, quality jobs for Ghanaians, tax on their earnings, further profits if MIIF invest etc. Ghana have a great deal to lose if they reject our licence...they say they see massive potential in essential minerals, but it's dead in the water if a project as sound as ALL doesn't get a licence...NOBODY would invest in Ghana's essential minerals following that!! I am quite certain that they can see that if we can, they are not stupid. So, I remain confident that we will all do very well from our investment. All my own personal opinion of course, which is why I'm here :-)
I am reassured that the BODs are still confident the licence will be granted by the fact they are keeping hold of their shares. They have a lot of their own money invested here, and I am sure they would quickly sell if anything led them to believe the application will fail. I also believe them when they keep saying that it will be soon, because they will understand how badly markets will react if what they keep saying doesn't happen. So it's just a waiting game for us . GLA :-)
I agree. They work very hard for their money and would not simply throw it away. They are obviously confident that they can bring this to production, but we need this licence soon if we are to take advantage of lithium prices.
And down it goes again! The only thing giving me reassurance is the fact that NH and Amanda recently purchased over 3m shares between them at a SP of approx 27p. Surely they wouldn't be stupid enough to do that without knowing the ML was a done deal :-)
I bought in at completely the wrong time when the SP was on the rise last year. My average is just over 40p which means I am currently making a loss of almost £13k. To make matters worse, I bought these on the back of a £20k+ loss on AML. I only started buying shares during lockdown and I am now approx £35k down it total. I am holding for now as I dont dare bail and risk seeing the SP rocket in the future. Not a good experience for me though...I'll be leaving it to the experts in future.
Keith Muller definitely said the ML will be in the next couple of months. That was during a presentation at the time the DFS was issued which is a month ago. So going off what he said, we can expect the ML in the next month.
Trading volumes seem to be getting lower and lower! I had expected people to start buying in by now with news being so imminent. Unfortunately, I am still well in the red with an average of just over 40p, having bought in last year when prices were rising. They peaked at about 67p before rapidly receding and I have been in the red ever since then. I was at 55p initially but have subsequently averaged down. Let's hope the DFS gets the SP increasing. I am in for the long haul, strongly believing the SP will be many times higher eventually, but it doesn't make it any more pleasant sitting in the red for so long :-( GLA.
I really DO NOT want ALL to be bought out. The gain would be minimal in comparison to what can be achieved over the next few years. Who knows how big this could become in time? I am hoping the market cap will be multiple billions in years to come, which will dwarf any short-term gains from a take-over bid.
Don't forget the BOD have said they are also looking at increasing production by 30 - 50%. Just a 30% addition to 5.7m would give us 7.41m and 50% would give us 8.55m. Exact numbers would be even higher because CAPEX and OPEX are unchanged.
I have to agree. I don't think this has been handled well at all by MIIF or our BOD. Firstly our BOD issued an RNS nearly a year ago saying MIIF were interested in investing (25/5/22). Since then we have heard more and more about MIFF investing, including lots of noise from MIIF themselves. However, we are still left waiting for it to happen! I am certain that our SP has been held back by this, due to potential investors holding back over concerns that a placement will result in dilution. I dont think any announcement should have been made until this was definite and imminent. However, I think any dilution will be massively over compensated when MIIF finally invest as it pretty much guarantees our ML and I expect investors will be falling over themselves to buy shares. Unfortunately, we are where we are and just have to be patient. GLA.

Philsy asks what Fair Value is for ALL. Well,
Simply Wall Street recently forecast Fair Value for ALL when looking at future cash flows to be £23.66!!! This value is arrived at by 3 analysts. These are eye watering numbers which seem unbelievably high, but it gives some indication of the potential that analysts see for ALL over the next few years. This forecast by Simply Wall Street has varied considerably over the last 12 months , with the lowest I have seen abeing £13 something, but it has been increasing recently. Please note that these are their forecasts, not mine :-))
Remember to watch the video I attached at 22.50 Sunday. This is an essential read in which the CEO of the ministry commission states that we are one of the finest projects on earth and later in the video states the mine will definitely go ahead. A really good video but if pressed for time see 14.20 and 19:50. Ignore DD, he is desperately deramping before this morning's investment meeting at 9.00. He must be shorting.
If you don't have time to listen to all of this, at least listen to 14:20 when he says we are one of the finest projects on earth and 19:50 when he says the mine will definitely go ahead.

This is the interview that I referred to. The whole thing is really interesting and any serious investor to listen all the way through because ALL is talked about again and again. 'One of the finest projects on earth'...'mine will definitely go ahead'
