A bulletin board is a perfectly reasonable place for LTHs to vent their frustration at the endless lies and failure of a company like this. Under the current circumstances calling it "deramping" as if some wild conspiracy were at hand and not the clear devastation of investment is not only childish itself, but also completely delusional.

You want some logic, sure how about this: the company executed a share consolidation in order to facilitate the speedy acquisition of a (supposed) African mine. Thereafter we witnessed a month of selling of the stock at only for the whole thing to fall through because (again supposedly) a profitable mine was not deemed a safe enough investment for a miserly extra $5m. Does any of that sound even remotely legitimate to an outsider? I very much doubt it. What in the relevent logic or history of this company gives any reason to believe it would turn around? It won't. It's done.

Down 8% already so far today, 76% in a month despite consolidation. Unmitigated disaster for investors. With no income, a plummetting share price and saddled with debt, it's hard to see how this goes any other way tbh.

Was always going to go this way. We've seems this over and over with this company - announce "potential" good news, use it to screw PIs, announce that good news hasn't panned out. It's criminal how often companies like this are allowed to get away with this sort of behavior, but that's what you get from 14 years of Tory deregulation.

Truly sorry for those who lost a lot on this one. The hype artists are the worst.

Another 8% down today, 40% down - nearly half it's value - gone in one month. Shocking. The consolidation was supposed to help the stock, all it's done is given it more room to drop. At least before the SP couldn't fall much further, now it just keeps dropping back to where it was, but PIs have 100 times less the shares!

Not sure why anyone would expect anything different though tbh. A company with nothing to it's name but consistent failure was hardly going to retain any value. Appalling.

Down every day since the consolidation, 38% down in total ffs. We were told the consolidation had to happen quickly so the supposed takeover could complete - we've had one but not a scooby doo in the other. I would say I'm surprised but given the long history of lies and failure with this company, I most definitely am not.

Another 6% down today, 35% down since the consolidation - another absolute disaster for investors in this failure of a company.

Some people here seem to get very annoyed when LTH like me express their frustration at the endless cycle of positive news that doesn't go anywhere, followed by dilution after dilution and I don't really understand that tbh. This is a bulletin board - where else should frustrated investors vent??

23% down since the consolidation. Won't be long before another share issue is announced to begin the dilution cycle again. It's criminal really, that endless cycles like this can be used to rob PIs of their money.

I've been a LTH for several years, believed all of Rolf's promises and where did it get us? So yeah, of course I'm frustrated. Do I not have a right to be?

100 to 1 consolidation and then it sinks 10% on the first day. Companies like this are a dime a dozen; drum up some nonsense "good news" consolidate the shares and then slowly sink in value back down to where it was before as more and more shares flood the market. Scams like this shouldn't be allowed.

Thanks for that Etotheipi - I have also emailed to express my complete objection to any sale. Completely unnecessary - company is profitable and being well run, no need for a sale at all.

Tichtich, you may want to check out PRSR if you're in the hunt for another REIT. Just about finished construction of a portfolio of 5k+ residential properties which they rent out. SP was hammered when rates went up but has very much come back now, with room still to run. Just a thought anyway.

Lol not likely. They sold more than a billion shares right before suspension just to "fund the auditing of accounts". That was several weeks ago and we haven't heard a hoot. I doubt this one will ever come back tbh.

And besides, if I understand the RNS' correctly, Kibo's stake in Mast was transferred to death spiral investors RiverFort. Just my opinion, but I don't think kibo will trade ever again

It's noticeable that some major investment funds have taken large positions in AERS over the last year and have either stuck with it or bought MORE despite the decrease in SP. I think I shall follow suit. Terrific value here.

Not to mention putting the company in a position where it can't even afford to get the accounts audited. Literally having to issue 1.7b shares just.to.get.accounts.audited... is beyond farcical.

Thanking him for anything at all is ridiculous. He should be thanking the company for funding his lifestyle while he failed abjectly to deliver a single thing in return.

And there we have it, suspended due to failure to publish accounts that we all know have shown no income for years. I seriously doubt this will ever return now. I mean, if you can't submit a spreadsheet, you're in no position to run a business are you?

Another day, another confused and increasingly desperate sounding RNS. Every recent RNS seems to have had a different plan with a different placing. It looks to all intents and purposes that they're looking to grab a quick 350k before they're suspended at the end of June, with no return in sight.

And it makes sense, they've spent years developing nothing of any worth whatsoever and just handed over their only valuable asset to a creditor. It seems pointless to highlight that it's over for Kibo, as I suspect they know it already and this placing is a final cash grab before it all comes crashing down...
