The end of road24 Feb 2026 18:40
This will be my last post to this board as I am very much done with this company and their decade of falsehoods and failure and the happy clappers here who prop them up.
Why post at all? Because the SP falling below 10p is the death knell, the fat lady singing, the dead canary in the mine. That anyone would stoop so low as to try and spin it positive is a sickening combination of dumb and dishonest. If you're listening to that nonsense, then you deserve to hear reality too.
Warrants get exercised when the SP goes up or stabilisers above the agreement price. That's how the lenders make a profit and provide the funding to the company. When the SP falls below that price they do not get exercised, they expire worthless and the company DOES NOT GET THE MONEY. In short, it is an abject disaster for the company that needs that funding. That's why we saw desperate RNS with no new information as the SP continued to sink towards 10p. Those two RNS contained nothing but narrative - they even say in one of them that the RNS is primarily to provide positivity to the market!
Whether you buy, sell or hold at this point is up to you, but do so without illusion: this company is in considerable trouble, has not delivered a single successful project in ten years, has a history of claiming an RTO was in the works and then failing to deliver one and now finds itself with an SP below the price it needs to get the funding it says it needed to carry on as a "going concern". Beware and best of luck.
