Dear oh dear, I don't know if it's delusion or dishonesty (or both!). The big trade on Thursday was not a "£13k buy" it was a delayed 'unknown' trade.

Trades get marked as unknown when the evaluation - mid price vs type (ie buy/sell) - causes a mismatch. In this case, given the price is some way above anything seen in recent weeks and it's reporting was delayed, it's safe to assume this was a negotiated off book sell. And it's not hard to work out why - 145k sell on the open exchange would have tanked the share price below the minimum requirement for the exchange. Occums razor would suggest that somebody wanted out of a significant position and somebody else with an interest in the company not being kicked off the exchange agreed to pay an above market price for it.

More nonsense from the usual suspects. Somethings brewing is it? Based on what? The whopping total of 6 trades this week, all below 1k?

Nothing has changed since the Christmas Eve death notice, except that we learned that the company only had circa £20k left in the bank, £5min debt and a fake head office address. The only thing brewing is a liquidation

Time for this so called BOD to hear that the gravy train is over.

From the annual results, in their own words "This represents a material uncertainty related to events or conditions which may cast significant doubt on the Company's and the Group's ability to continue as going concerns and accordingly the Company and the Group may be unable to realise their assets and discharge their liabilities"

At the turn of the year they had 24k in the bank and more than £5m in debt with no rto in sight AT ALL. Those are the facts. Anyone saying anything else is selling snake oil.

Well there we have it in black and white. And somehow it's even worse than we could have thought. A circa 3m loss, no income whatsoever and more than 5m in debts and other liabilities with no more than 24k left in the bank. And that was at the end of last year! No wonder the chirping 'pre-rto phase' constaposters have gone quiet.

5p? Christ I wouldn't put any more money into this one at 0.05p! Why would anyone invest in a company that hasn't delivered a single operational project in ten years? Week after week goes buy with nothing from the BOD after their Christmas eve death notice. They haven't even got a head office, just a shared address space with no less than 499 other companies - and to try to spin that as a positive is absolutely shameless. Tell you what lads, if you think it's so great, do what I did and go down there - you'll realise the problem as soon as you get in the lift.

Lol the stench of desperation is palpable... clearly not done any research at all into this company have you? It's not a shared "office" space as in desks and computers, it's a shared "address" space. There is no office. It's a facade - hence 499 other companies using the same address.

If you think that's bad wait until you find out that their new "head office" isn't an office at all, but a shared address space with no less than 499 other companies registered there. At this point we're not even invested in a real company, just a facade of one.

The company continues to perform staggeringly well and it's fantastic to see! I just want to make this point though: it feels a bit wrong sending 5000 British homes to private equity. At least as a REIT, the public can invest in them and be a part of the long term journey. As private equity those 5000 homes will never return to the market (in ownership terms) and the general public will have no way to benefit from them. That just strikes me as a bit wrong.

Oh look, another week of absolutely nothing - I was right again and the folks constantly posting the same delusional nonsense were wrong. You've been telling us an RTO was right around the corner for three months now lads, ever since the last one ended in failure - well where is it boys? You wouldn't have been making it all up again would you?

Classic argument of those who don't live in reality: "Everyone's entitled to their opinion, except for anyone whose opinion differs from mine! They are part of the conspiracy!"

If genuine LTHs, frustrated at the utter incompetence of this company, point out it's failure to deliver a SINGLE OPERATIONAL PROJECT IN TEN YEARS are 'talking the stock down' then what are those that post the same 'pre RTO, bargain prices, get in now' nonsense over and over again multiple times a week with no facts or evidence at all doing? No, just answer the question - what are they doing?

This company has a long history of pushing out positive sounding news, insisting on share dilution/consolidation to deliver that news, miraculously raising just about enough to pay the bod wages and then a few months later putting out a quiet RNS saying "Sorry boys, it hasn't worked out. But don't worry, we're actively pursuing discussions on other projects!"

We are approaching that phase of the cycle again. Why would it be any different this time?!

Another week of absolutely nothing. It's been three months since the company failed to deliver the RTO they renamed themselves for and we have nothing but deafening silence, despite the endless "next RTO is right around the corner" type drivel posts.

Everything I've ever said about this company has been fact and evidence based - the experienced voice of an angry LTH (of which there are so many). Yet the "it's gonna blow, trust me bro" brigade, who have never been able to produce a single shred of evidence to back their positivity, acuse anyone who doesn't join them of being part of some grand conspiracy to talk the stock down! Where's your proof of works boys? We're all ears.

This stock doesn't need to be talked down, it sinks all by itself. That's what happens when you do nothing but promise and fail for more than a decade.

I mean honestly, anyone who has ever owned or been involved in the administration of a company would be *horrified* that a company they were invested in took SEVEN attempts to file a confirmation statement. Of all the failures this company has had over the last ten years, this is a perfect metaphor. Positively hopeless!

Oh dear oh dear, seven different attempts to file a confirmation statement! For those who don't know, that is the simplest, most straightforward piece of paperwork a company has to file - and it took this company SEVEN attempts to get it done! My god of that isn't the clearest sign yet of the abject incompetence of this company then I don't know what is! What a complete and utter shower

Amazing to see how well this one has held up while everything else seems to be headed south. One of the best investments I've ever made!

In a couple months this utter failure of a company will be forced to publish it's annual accounts. I imagine they'll be pretty keen to publish some kind of positive news so they can justify yet another raise (that will coincidentally be just the same amount as the BOD wages), as the accounts will once again show nothing but air in the coffers.

That's all we've ever seen from this company and LTH have had enough. Not a single successful delivery in ten years, an eighty percent drop in value in one month, a christmas eve death notice that locked PIs into yet more losses. A former CEO who scarpered last month. Yet we're meant to believe there's good news right around the corner? Ha!

History cannot be denied. Nothing this company says can be believed.

So that's it then - not a single fact or piece of evidence for any of the relentless positive sentiment when challenged. Says it all. While it's perfectly natural to want to talk up an investment, if that's all your doing then you can hardly complain about those of us who come to rant about the diabolical failure this company is!

Well here's some facts for you: around about this time last year a 243M share dilution happened which we were told would be used to focus on "research". That research ended in yet another failure for a company that has not delivered a single operational project in ten years. Coincidentally though, the amount raised by the issuance was coincidentally almost the same amount exactly as the BOD wages...

This is a pattern throughout the history of the company and shareholders are fed up with it. But sure, tallyho boys, the next rto is right around the corner...

Dear oh dear what I would give to see some actual facts or research behind the endless nonsense of "£2.50 price target", "Market sniffing an RTO" type posts. Utter delusion. How is a company with no income, a decade of failure and a loss of 80% of it's share value in 3 months supposedly on the verge of an unprecedented bull run? Based on what evidence? And it better be more than "in January the RNS said they were looking at other unnamed projects because the last one just fell through"! As an LTH I've seen a vast array of promised deals, projects, acquisitions and NOTHING has been delivered. This company has fallen so low there's barely any trading volume at all week after week. So pray do tell us where all this exaggerated positivity comes from? Or don't. There's nobody here to read it anyway. The shows over.

It was very interesting and helpful to read about potential bid price points. Would still rather the company didn't sell but it's good to see the BOD are very much focused on ensuring a good deal for shareholders no matter the outcome
