This company couldn't raise a miserly £5M to complete the deal for the mine that they literally renamed the company for and yet we're supposed to believe their moments away from announcing another deal?! How on earth would we even qualify for any RTO criteria? We've haven't got a penny to our name and can't seem to shift a Kazakhstan uranium asset for love nor money. The only income seems to be the compensation from a years old court case - that's not a good look when you're trying to convince another company to merge!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this company has not delivered a single operational project in TEN YEARS. Oh we've seen repeated RNS that tell us we're ever so close to something and it always ends in share dilution and failure. For LTHs like me, there isn't a single thing to suggest this company will still be here next year.

In the history of this company we've had nothing but bad news punctuated with periods of endless silence. After failing to buy the mine they renamed the company for and presiding over an 80+percent decline in value AFTER a 100-1 share consolidation, the former CEO has scarpered and here we sit yet again in deafening silence waiting for the inevitable "this time it's different" RNS. But it won't be, it never is with this hopeless organisation. It's just share dilution followed by failure to deliver followed by consolidation on repeat in a devastating death spiral.

...if the SP fall much further. About 3p wiggle room right now. Not looking good when it's dropped 4.5 in a month! And yet the BOD continue their silence. Hopeless.

Not sure why people think Chadwick is impressive. His previous company was dissolved less than two years after he got involved and the one before that is a non entity with scarcely 600k to their name. All he's done here is fail to buy the mine he named the company after and preside over an 80%+ loss in value. Bizarre that people see him as some sort of saviour!

So now we're in the hands of the bloke who changed the name of the company to match the location where he failed to buy a mine, forced a share consolidation, watched the share price tank all the way back down and then issued a Christmas Eve death notice, screwing over PIs in the process - oh goodie!

If I was on the board of AERS I'd be tempted to take another look at this - the SP has been stable for some time and the assets are generating fantastic returns, why not refocus on becoming Europe's leading renewable energy provider? They've got a proven track record of delivering profitable projects on time and budget and how many can say that? Let's build some more and keep going!

Continued terrific performance here. So strange that it took the shenanigans last year to get things moving - the value has always been there in this well run company imo.

I can't believe anybody would be made enough to suggest this shower of a company was worth investing in. Based on what exactly?! Name us one thing this company has delivered in the last ten years? One single successful project amongst all the lawsuits, rebrands and broken promises? There isn't a single thing this company has succeeded in delivering for shareholders in a decade. How on earth could it be worth investing in??!

This is an easy one: there is no value. If there was even a smidgen of value in this small supposed stake in a Kyrgyzstan mine then the company could have leveraged it to raise the small amount it claimed it couldn't raise to finish of the deal for the African mine the company was renamed for and then failed to acquire. It's not flipping rocket science. They've been trying to sell this thing for ages and never got a nibble. For a company with no income it's a liability not an asset!

Another 10% drop today. At this rate it'll be suspended or pushed to AIM in a matter of weeks.

Those pinning their hopes on a tiny stake in a non-producing Kyrgyzstan mine must be off their rocker. This is a company that has no income, has never delivered on a single one of its projects and has debts with no means to pay off - hardly a bright future.

But hey, maybe it's all a big "deramping" conspiracy right? And not the result of abject failure and disgraceful practices by the body.

Very good update for the period to end Dec 24. Company seems to be going from strength to strength and the SP is soaring. Great stuff!

The only thing we're waiting for is the company to go bust. I wish the best of luck to those holding out hope for a turnaround, but for LTHs like me I can't see a single shred of evidence this company is going anywhere but liquidation.

I mean they literally named the company after a supposed African mine which they then failed to secure - making that announcement on none other than Christmas eve, yet further shafting shareholders. The share has lost 80%+ of it's value in just over a month *after* a 100:1 share consolidation. The company has no income, can't even secure a miserly loan amount and now has no share price by which to do anything other than flood the market with billions of shares to raise a tuppence. There's literally nothing to support any idea that this one could turn around imo

Thoughts? It's an absolute tire fire. After years after lies and failure a new BOD raced through a 100:1 share consolidation using the justification that it needed to happen to enable an RTO. Then, after a month of endless selling they announced in Christmas eve that the RTO wasn't happening. In one month shareholders lost shares to the tune of 100 to 1 and then saw the stock lose 80% of it's value.

So my thoughts are: it's a soon to be defunct company run by crooks. But thanks for asking.

AERS continues to deliver fantastic yields. It does make wonder if they might reconsider the current plan - SP has stabilised and not many have sold, assets are good and generating good profit, why not consider expansion?

An 80% loss of value in one month after a 100:1 share consolidation - I don't think I've ever seen such an epic failure. And this "new" BOD was supposed turn this thing around! Laughable. We're going to be back at the pre consolidation SP at this point, although I imagine they'll do a desperate share issue before we get there. This company is finished.

Thank god for SLDP that's all I can say right now
