What a great move by COPL to bring this ultra-experienced hand onto the board. I've got to think this has been influenced by our inevitable JV partner. The shorts and their shills will try to play this down all day today, but there's no doubt that this is a very good sign indeed.
My oh my we must have some very good news indeed in the offing, the shorts have their shills working double time today! Apparently they haven't realised yet that there's no preventing the inevitable take off of the COPL rocketship.
Carry on talking to yourselves about how the sky is falling boys, while actual investors are busy buying and holding our tickets to the moon!
Bizarre given there's scarcely any trade activity on this thing. Somebody made some kind of move for some kind of reason. Anyone any ideas?
...plumbing new depths. Having seen every negative narrative they've attempted to post this year disapproved, they've now taken to attacking so called "rampers" (which seems to be anyone doing any kind of analysis that does not promote a negative narrative - curious...) They post after post with fiery rhetoric attacking long term and deeply knowledgeable posters on here, determined to discredit them.
But of course, the problem with that logic is that nobody actually invested in a stock would have an issue with another investor saying positive things about the company they are invested in! All they are doing with their fiery anti-"ramper" posts is identifying themselves as shills for shorts who cannot be trusted. So do keep banging on about "rampers" boys, it makes it wonderfully easy to identify (and laugh at) you!
While the shorts and their shills would beg you to believe that the JV won't happen because it's been under negotiation for some time, what they won't say is that most JV negotiations take *at least* a year, with some taking much, much longer.
But all the signs are that COPL is very much on the verge of one. Mere weeks ago a Letter Of Intent was signed by both parties, a tool usually used to get business started while finer details are worked out. It was followed by the appointment of a new CEO and creation of new board spots (clearly intended to be filled by partners) - were these not JV requirements, they simply wouldn't have happened. That was the followed by securing of financing and a clear pathway to profitability. The JV talks themses have been mentioned in almost every update recently as well. All of these things are boxes being ticked, indicators that JV talks are going well, with finalisation likely in the coming months.
But of course, the JV was only ever the icing on the cake. Even without it, COPL still owns millions more in assets than it's current market valuation - opportunities like that don't come along very often! So while everyone should do their own research, for me COPL is probably the most undervalued stock on the market right now even without a JV. With one it is undoubtedly a rocket ship headed for the moon.
Just a little note for any new comers - you'll see the shills on here endlessly taking about Arthur Millholland (or AM). AM is no longer the CEO nor even a director of COPL. I'm sure it will annoy the shorts and their shills no end that I've pointed this out (something they conveniently forget to do) , which is bizarre given how much they claim to love 'facts'...
Keep it coming boys, your desperate attempts to talk COPL down continue to give me a laugh a minute!
...and where shills stop, nobody knows!
Increasingly bitter and angry in their rhetoric, increasingly attacking individual people - all the clear signs of a battle lost. With nothing but good news for the last six months, a billions barrels of oil (in just one of their assets), a GGS project implemented on time and under budget, finance settled, new CEO and production increasing and a future brighter than the sun, the shorts and their shills have nothing left but disruption to earn their minimum wage. Not that it will make a lick of difference though. COPL has all the foundations of a multibag and there's nothing the shorts can do now to stop it.
But keep it coming boys, I feed in your anger and desperation!
Just a little reminder to anyone who gets wound up by the shorts and their shills on here - you'll be enjoying your weekend while they will be stuck on here talking to themselves across multiple accounts, in their continued desperate attempt to prevent the inevitable rise of COPL that we all know is coming. They have no choice - it's what their minimum wage is paid for. So do what I do - come back on Monday and have a blooming good laugh at them!
Have a great weekend all!
Well I expected good news but this is exceptional for COPL. Biggest take away for me has to be the huge confidence the financiers have in COPL's potential. Matches many of our expectations too! Biggest sign yet that this is the a once in a lifetime undervalued stock!
Lol the shorts and their shills really are getting desperate aren't they? With all news and evidence pointing in a positive direction and a stellar quarter in the offing they've resorted to wild claims and personal attacks. I love to see it personally, brightens my day when I see how desperate they are to talk this one down. Should have done your research shorts!
Interesting post Llywellyn in Art's motivation - everything you've said does make a lot of sense.
The shills will keep on shilling ever more desperately as we head into the tail end of the year, but their words can't change the fact that COPL's fundamentals are rock solid now and the future looks incredibly good, especially for investors coming in now or averaging down
...how the shorts and their many shills never seem to mention the wider markets. As if COPL somehow lives in isolation from all the wider pressures and uncertainties. As if somehow blood red markets don't pin back the SPs of good companies as well others.
Ah well no bother. I for one am quite happy to keep loading up at these prices for the inevitable rocket launch later in the year! Still buying and still laughing at you shills!
Nice post Tilburn and agreed, there really can't be any doubt over the JV now. Funding sorted, corporate governance changes in place, even a pretty clear start period in mind. All very very good news for COPL and us investors.
It's no wonder the shorts and the shills are out in force today. In Art's transfer they've lost yet another of their negative narratives. In fact, I do believe that was the last one they had. Whatever will they do now? Tick tock shorts, SP won't be held down much longer!
Evening chaps. Busy, busy, busy week but I see COPL is holdin up very well while the rest of the global markets burn. I can only imagine how big the boom in SP will be when there's less global market pin-back combined with the good news for the company we all know is coming later in the year. The shills will keep on posting (poor souls - let's face it, if they could get any other job they would!) but I for one, continue to believe this is a once in a lifetime stock with fundamental and vast value. I cannot wait to see it fly! Won't be long now
