Once this non "RTO" goes the same way as the last non "RTO" (which it's pretty clear it already has given the last update), I imagine the sunshine brigade will still be here attacking anyone who expresses discontent whilst at the same time banging on about another "RTO".

Before you say I'm wrong, just take a look at this board over the last year. That's exactly what's happened.

As usual, anyone who uses facts to put forward any potential downside gets immediately attacked by the sunshine and rainbows brigade and accused of being part of a troll based conspiracy. Shameful behavior based on nothing hur delusion and/or dishonesty.

Fact: this company hasn't delivered a single successful project in ten years

Fact: last year's "RTO" turned out to be nothing of the sort and ended up in a Christmas Eve death notice which locked holders in to a tanking SP

Fact: the BoD has a history of using positive narratives to raise just enough to pay their own salaries without delivering any kind of result for shareholders

Anyone who actually understands the last "update" can see that there's no RTO here, just like last year.

I see the happy clap brigade are still out in force on here, inspite of no news since the death nell of their second "RTO" was received on 22nd Dec (which anyone who actually understands these things realises it was) and nothing but selling from institutional investors since.

For three years they've been saying an RTO was right around the corner and accusing anyone who dared disagree of being part of some conspiracy. Yet this company still hasn't delivered a single successful project in more than ten years and everything I've said has come true. Perhaps I'm part of the conspiracy ehy boys? Or maybe, just maybe, this is nothing but a lifestyle vehicle for a BOD that constantly raises just enough money from screwing shareholders to pay their own salaries?

Well firstly it's not an actual RTO as anyone who actually understands the last RNS can see. And secondly, this company has failed to deliver a single successful project in ten plus years, so it's hard to believe that would change.

And let's not forget what happened to the last "RTO" which received it's death note just 365 days ago...

Six months and not a single piece of binding paperwork in sight, a "verified" asset that is "already profitable" but somehow needs drilling to confirm it's presence and an RNS that does nothing but suggest there's no RTO here at all. Just like last year, complete with its own Christmas Eve death note.

Absolutely shameful how some here try to spin this positive. If it's so positive, why is the SP tanking? Delusional and dishonest.

Just like last year, here we are again with a pre Christmas death notice, which it's pretty clear the sunshine and rainbows brigade have (willfully no doubt) misunderstood.

In short: this isn't an RTO, it's a competitive process for a takeover which AMG have no hope of winning, because they have no financial means of competing with any major (or minor!) company. Just like last year, this has been used to provide a "good news" story which raised just enough money to pay the BoD wages for another year. That's why the SP is tanking. It is EXACTLY the same playbook as last year and anyone who tells you otherwise is either delusional or dishonest.

They didn't even mention the "RTO" in the last RNS lol. Not to mention last years "RTO" at exactly this time last year which turned out not to exist.

The company hasn't delivered a single successful project in ten years, they've raised just enough money to cover the BoD wages again and the SP is lower than it was BEFORE the 100 to 1 consolidation, but sure we're on the cusp of becoming a £1b mcap company, right boys! Hilarious 😂

Fact: this company hasn't delivered a single project in more than ten years

Fact: at the beginning of this year the company had £27K left and over £5m in debt

Fact: there was a supposed "RTO" this time last year which turned out not to exist

Fact: the BoD just released an RNS that admits to breaking regulatory rules, while giving themselves money from share dilution but makes no mention at all of the "RTO"

What exactly is there to invest in? A "£1b unrealised asset? I've got a few of them too boys. If only I could realise them somehow. Problem with all unrealised assets is they don't exist in anything other than hopes and dreams. And this one's a nightmare.

The few sunshine and rainbow folk trying to explain this away are either deluded or downright crooked.

This company hasn't delivered a single project in a decade, has just executed yet another bait and switch in order to raise enough to line their pockets, and have just put it out in black and white that they can't afford to stick to the regulatory rules so they're breaking them and hoping for the best. And btw, they don't even mention the supposed "RTO". None of this is ok and none of it indicates a successful return for stakeholders. Suggesting it does is disgraceful.

Propping this lot up is shocking behavior at this point. Much like last years Christmas Eve Death Notice, this year we have an RNS that not only contains huge share dilution at devastating value, it also admits to breaking regulatory rules whilst simultaneously stuffing money into the pockets of the BoD, without a single mention of the supposed RTO that shareholders were told this was all in aid of. Hope everyone enjoyed the latest Pnd. Kindly reminder that this exact same thing happened last year, same play book, same messaging, same results but at least the BoD raises enough to cover their wages yet again! Ignore the sunshine and rainbows brigade - as I've said many times before, this company has not delivered a single successful project in more than a decade. To suggest this time is different is utter folly.

..and even though the rainbow brigade will continue with their conspiracies and bash anyone who doesn't spout glory about this company of failures (and seems to think only they have a right to post on here), it is entirely because WE'VE SEEN THIS BEFORE and I'm tired of the BOD getting away with raising enough money to cover their wages and then screwing shareholders over and over again.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: this company has not delivered a single project in ten years. If you think this time is different, you need your head examining.

Every single thing I've said about this company has been true and every prediction I made came true. And here we are again, less than a year after the last debacle, faced with yet another rainbow story that surprise, surprise relies on a shared issuance that must be voted for and voted for quickly, to enable it.

No. No way. Who cares if the company dies, it's been a zombie for years anyway. If this is such a great deal then why aren't the BOD buying any shares?

No update from the company but that's a considerable drop in the SP since the last one. I'd rather it didn't get sold tbh but it feels like perhaps the deal has gone south?

It's funny how we get endless sunshine and rainbows nonsense on here and yet nobody is buying any shares. Come on boys, it's all "rocket fuel" and "imminent" price increases isn't it? Well let's see you buy a few thousand pounds worth of stock then. No, don't bother replying and trying to discredit me, just put your money where your mouth is. Cause you know the reality: the company hasn't delivered a single operational project in ten years, it has no money, more than £5m in debt and is so out of ideas they're recycling the same nonsense (almost to the word) as they did last year to try and prevent a suspension from this market.

Dear oh dear the copium on this board. A waiting game? They've been talking about RTOs for two years, how long is the wait lmao. This one will be just like the last, remember how that ended?

Right then boys, where this RTO then? We're weeks past due any news and more than a month past several resolutions failing at the AGM, yet we've heard not a dickie bird. Say, doesn't this feel... Oh I don't know, exactly like last year? Meanwhile the company has been supposedly servicing it's 5m+ debt with no more than 25k in the bank since January - we haven't heard how they're doing that either - perhaps it's a miracle. Hate to say I told you so...

Won't even happen. Never has in the last ten years, didn't happen last year. Same tired announcements, never delivered on.

But perhaps the most telling thing is despite recent announcements not a single member of the BOD has bought a single share this year. Why would anyone invest in something that even the BOD don't feel is worth investing in?

Now we know the best offer is only 115, I have to ask why the BOD would even consider selling. The company is profitable and extremely well run, why send 5,000 British homes to private equity just so some rich mean can get richer? Keep it public instead. Oh sure, the money men will get up to their usual tricks to try and force a sale or force additional board members to push it through, but stick it out and the company I'll continue to pay good dividends to public investors. That would be a far better outcome imho.

It's mind numbing to me that any long term holder would view the recent announcement as anything other then same old same old. This company has exercised this same cycle year after year and never delivered a single project in more than a decade.

Don't believe me? Just go back and look at the RNS from last year. They are identical *almost to the word* as this one. "Great news, no guarantees, etc etc". We've seen this so many times from this company - great news coming, just need to raise a bit more cash, oh sorry boys it's all gone per shaped'. Just look at the Christmas eve death note from last year for petesake. It's the same old snake oil only this time they've barely even bothered repackaging it.

Honestly, it's only my opinion as a LTH but I think you'd be mad not to question this.
