It would go higher. Dumb struck at the current drop. Looks like I’m in for longer now. Still lots of upside, but so frustrating.

It’s a fickle market right now and the smallest of announcements are having a big impact in either direction. Most of these shares still have a massive upside ahead if them.

As warren buffett said, the stock market is a place where the patient take money from the impatient.

Sadly I’m not very patient ha ha

35p by week close would do my well. That’s my BEP. The share price incline has been nice and subtle, so should be sustainable and help facilitate a push to 50p when the results are released.

The brand issues that you mentioned were already priced in pre covid. So even with those concerns, the SP has massive headroom towards 300p and that’s without any major turn around.

Let’s not forget, when the brand was selling well, the SP peaked at 2000p. So first stage, ensure covid survival, this could see an SP between 200-300p. Next step return to sales growth and profit over the next 3 years. Which gives the SP the potential to return to its previous highs! What stop you get off at is up to the individual.

Dunkerton isn’t some employed MD, his personal wealth is heavily linked to the SP, so the incentives are huge for him.

I can’t see the fundamentals for £2, but quite simply, as long as they don’t go bust during covid - which I don’t think they will - the 120-150p inside of 12 months is very realistic

Really not needed on an SUV, CCB have become a fashion accessory almost but they rarely make sense on the road.

But I also reckon we will see an AMR version in the future that will have carbon.

One sensible trading update and this will surpass 40p. The market is playing the waiting game here I think.

I see you our point, but there is merit to both posts here. They’re in the same industry, but with a slightly different target audience and with different sales outlets. But they’re in the sake business in the same way that Tesla are in the same business as Toyota.

One would argue ASOS is very much overvalued when looking at Conventional business fundamentals and superdry is clearly very undervalued.

“IF”. Screen openings go ahead on planned date and we get a trading update in sept showing a positive ticket sales, 100p by end of sept could be very realistic.

I sold upon the release at the universal/AMC deal, as it was obviously going to effect cine price too

But If it dips into the 20’s off tomorrows results I’ll be loading up. On the other hand, it could spike 10% tomorrow. All depends how the market reads the results. But I’m not brave enough to roll the dice and buy back in today.

Disney have said Mulan POVD will be $29.99. This is a massive mistake in my opinion, 30 bucks to stay at home vs the full Cinematic experience! It’s expensive and I can’t see it having a big take up.

I think they’re trying to appease the market, but should just sit tight for another few weeks instead for cinemas.

Grossly undervalued, but with the lack of updates, the market is finding it hard to value. So I think when it does go, it will go fast!

I was in AML too. I had a cracking run from 52p and sold at 78p. Dipped in and out a few times since, some at a loss some at a profit. It’s become a very unpredictable stock.

But i agree with you that SIG still has all its upside ahead of it and in the current market has offered relative stability between 30-35p.

Investors are actively looking for sound investments but are doing so with caution, so some positive trading news can work wonders and we could hit 200p over night.

The brand is not too dissimilar in the respect that it’s a big brand that’s fallen out of favour. So surely If their sales have been better than expected, you’d like to think superdry has too.

They also do a lot of trade business with screwfix.

I’ve got roofers in my family and my next door neighbour is a branch manager of a roofing supplier (also ex SIG area manager). All merchants are flat out, to the point that they are really stressed out! Their stress is our gain! Ha ha
