On paper, with those results, this company is massively undervalued now. The share price has been dropping year on year as profits decreased to an eventual loss. But now this should not only be worth pre covid prices, but should head back towards 2017 prices over the next year or so, if profit growth remains consistent.

It’s Friday after a strong week of rising, it’s bound to drop off. But the last hour of the day should be telling.

Got to be a good thing. It’s hard to gauge today as you’ve got the usual Friday profit takers. But I fancy this for another 10% gain next week.

I think RR will drop off yet. At the moment all shares bought come with rights. I think this will tank in late October before shares are in issue.

The only thing I can see pushing them down now is very bad news. Like a failed vaccine trial etc. Which is still a big possibility, but for now, all looks good to hold here for the coming months. With airport testing and a vaccine approved, this is north of 200p in my opinion, so lets hope there’s no news shocks on the coming weeks.

Before the RI announcement, the marker valued IAG at approx 4bn. This price reflected the poor financial position of the company and the possibility/uncertainty of a potential RI.

The price only dropped to around £2bn market cap
Post RI announcement, this is normal as who the hell is going to pay 200p knowing that a large dilution is coming.

So the true market cap was actually around £4bn pre RI. What the market now has to decide. Is what it believes the company is now worth with the added benefit of an additional £2bn+ in capital, plus with less uncertainty surrounding its future. So logic dictates that it should be worth more than the previous £4bn valuation, not less.
