jamzyee - it will give us cash .( however that is spent.) I am not convinced on making us more liquid. first they have to sell the idea of cdi...I am not sure how easy that will be. secondly it has always been the issue of people accessing isdx/nex that has caused the problems. If the aussies did want to buy shares instead then they have to go through isdx - I am not sure the aussies will find it any easier than us. it is going to be interesting how it all pans out. I am curious. doose - I suggest you spend less time on me and read the prospectus.

jamzyee - the dilution wasn't at SP - the SP dropped on the news. if we drop more then the whole thing may not go ahead anyway...can't see the aussies wanting to pay more for cdi than the actual share price. everybody still got that rosy feeling? or has dodgy dave been at it again?

yes it did seem rather a lot of options. however since they have potentially diluted us by a third - guess they have to issue themselves more options to keep their holding percentage the same. we have just had a rather large dilution - a third unfortunately i suspect this will only be the beginning. my hope is that we start producing soon and in big quantities.

I am working so haven't had a chance to read the prospectus fully there are currently approx. 36million shares . there will be between 46 and 50 million shares if the listing takes place - this is the dilution - the additional shares will have CDI which can be traded on ASX

doose- no. it is only CDI being traded on ASX. not shares. Another thing that they may have a problem selling to the aussies - as i am guessing most people won't know too much about them.

? of course you can be critical of something in the future. i am not sure how asx can bring liquidity on isdx? can you explain that to me?

yes i was critical of ISDX/NEX - time will tell if i was right to be . but so far i haven't changed my mind i have been critical of ASX - again time will tell. the market would seem to agree with me

doose - production will make me happy. that is the only guaranteed way of increasing shareholder value. pity you are not a man of your word..but then i didn't expect you to be. read the prospectus. the cdi have to be covered by shares...where are these shares coming from?

wolf - the CDI will rank on par with ordinary shares - so these shares will have to be provided and held in an account time will tell if it is good news. are we still able to discuss on this board?

doose- when have I ever said I wanted ASX? you cant criticise me for being against it and then say it wanted it and criticise again. if you remember my worry was always about further dilution - which we will get anyway...you had said you were blocking me. suggest you stick to your your word. then my posts won't annoy you and we can avoid clashing. as for my portfolio - leave me to worry about that it is none of your business

wolf - i am afraid i do worry about the slow decline. this was the slow erosion that some of us suggested could happen as an effect of a higher SP with the consolidation. I have seen it with other shares. AIM shares do drift with no news. however a larger SP gives more room to lose tiny bits which add up

unfortunately guvnor - this was the slow erosion that i feared when consolidation was announced. At the fraction of a penny we used to be there was not so much room for tiny losses. Now with no news it is easier to lose little bits which over time mount up. i suppose the good news is that anyone who wants to top up has the opportunity. it is looking cheap relative to its peers - if you are willing to use isdx. we just have to sit it out and hope that the producing figures sort it all out.

I agree with that Ariel The reality is that I suspect we will be stuck on ISDX/NEX.in this country for quite a while if not forever Personally I am ambivalent on ASX. Bit more exposure and interest should be positive but there is the risk of placements. personally I don't think it is going to be a game changer but am very happy to be wrong on that! so i am quite happy there is no imminent news on ASX. I hope we are well into production and there has been an upturn in price through that before ASX happens. that is just a question of waiting it out. i like the ANGS board so am happy to trust them with it. we just have to hope that it all works out and oil is produced in huge quantities we have waited this long .....hopefully not too much longer. good luck all

agreed wolf.....I think some of us here have been more than patient!

well step one the current board are secure......not sure they are a great boARD but at least they will not try to take it private which was the fear of a takeover board in tans pocket i think. time will tell if it was a good result today but at least this has been resolved and the focus is hopefully back on the company's future next step is refinance the debt. and also try to obtain some of the arbitration award and this will motor back

yeah right.......tell me one broker target that is accurate! complete waste of time in my opinion. not saying it couldnt go down but a good vote for the board this week should send it up

like any share it can always go lower or higher. this is a volatile share so movements could be big either way personally i think it is more likely to slowly drift down with no news or go up with news since I cant see much news that could come imminently that would take it down. possible good news : debt restructured / BOD safe or replaced giving future stability / news of monies received from award / coal price improvement / good production figures possible bad news issues with debt problems - but there is a while to go before due coal price goes lower - think it is pretty much there coal production issues - always possible but likely? no money from award - we know already it will take time BOD power struggles - probably the most likely though i wouldnt expect anything til the vote only my opinion though...DYOR..dont gamble with more than you can lose etc etc

I have my forms too but I am awaiting some indication of tans plans. I think it is only fair to give him the opportunity to have his say plus the current BOD don't exactly fill me with confidence looking at the share price collapse. does anyone have any knowledge on tan ? hopefully whatever happens it will put the struggle to rest and the debts can be sorted out. in which case I think the company will recover and we should all make some nice money. it does have control of the 5th largest coal producer in Indonesia! this would mean that any recovery of the money from the arbitration award will be icing on the cake.
