i think there will be a spike on CDTA approval - but then the drop on realisation that not such a money earner only allows dam to sell pro tests in uk
self test approval in uk or eu could cause a large spike - and i would take that opportunity to get out. sales are still ODX weak point and unless colin has something up his sleeve could see a drop on that too

agreed blue - i though colin was going to answer all our questions from the presentation almost 2 weeks ago? probably realised if he comes clean he will crash sp again.

the thing is that the rest of the portfolio is not worthless - great products in important areas.

agree with twatcher - from what i understood in presentation. 2 companies. First one they could not agree on price ie margins too low for colin. second was OG who are contracted to manufacture in china.

so not possible to produce other company's tests possible.....gov contract has now expired .....it is dead

i suspect colin was holding out for our test to be approved

whether colin could have just accepted lower margins to get the ball rolling might be a genuine question. work gets work. also get exposure for odx.

the optimist in me hopes that if our approval for self test ever comes through that the gov may think again - should they decide to continue with free tests...but just a hope. nothing more

kate - i suspect if the company releases the dates then there will be a massive uproar and colin's head on a spike!

jimmi - the CDTA approval will just let dam sell our pro use tests. so a spike followed by the realisation that the income won't be that much

tbh we have waited so long for these late application for self test approvals that one wonders when they will come. new variant probably going to slow the process down even more. I hope colin has been working on his selling strategy otherwise lot more bumbling and mumbling to come

kate - i don't believe colin has given the dates on anything. we know why they fell apart and tbh colin problem knew in advance which way the wind was turning.

i remember posting quite a bit on my supposition for the delays a)margins too small for colin and b) colin delaying for his own test to get self approval. i said at the time it was a dangerous strategy. looks like i was closer to the mark than i had ever feared.

Cos his applications form though a tad late leave a lot of questions unanswered ..so it is a game of ping pong until the awarding body get the info they need ..

I am sure a few shareholders would relish a day in court with Colin. Might even get some proper answers

I still don't see him as deceitful..in all honesty he doesn't look like he has the brain power. Just vastly incompetent in running a £200m company which is what odx were at the signing of the contract.

He was measured and found wanting. If you are sitting in profit and top sliced then it doesn't affect you that much. Others assumed the company was reputable and solid having been awarded a gov contract.

Sadly Colin will suspect is the only one in all the COVID contracts that did not get to wet his whistle...

you are still in profit - good for you. However while you are putting this new "sensitive hat on " spare a thought for those who have lost a lot of money due to colin's incompetence.

so people who bought shares pre covid prob sub 20p - and therefore still sitting in profit are berating those who have potentially lost 70-80% of their cash because colin could not sell a test in the uk during a pandemic and despite being awarded a gov contract.

they may even have top sliced so that any remaining shares are pure profit
