Royalties are around £40k a year for next 3 years..going on recent performances.

They have indicated that they are" confident" whatever that means of a counterclaim of £1m plus...which suggests under £2m.

Personally I think the face that they never understood the contract in the first place...didn't realise it had expired until informed by the gov.
