The company is on track...to make another loss this year...no profit since at least 2017..and that was when they had a variety of truly scientific diagnostic tests.

Yes there are od moments of cyclical correction but this is not a company poised to be taken over...even the giro bandits and directors are not buying in at these bargain basement prices.

As for the paid for broker notes..paid for by cnsl and written by their brokers...so not true independent research.

They removed their price prediction many notes ago. If the company can't even pay someone to come up with a price forecast of 12 p anymore...you know it is never going to

happen. Everyone knows broker notes are not worth the paper written on...but of in-house hype to help sell the share and get bucket shop flippers in or out of a placing .

the drag has already happened. in waiting for the decision to go to court and the court case date

the court case will be pretty cut and dried and completed quickly in my view. the judge will hear both sides and then decide who is right and wrong. they will then get awarded whatever they are owed. it will be pretty binary in my view

don't think they will delay and with the time already spent waiting for the court date it certainly would not go in their favour.

by taking ncyt to court the gov already have the Publicity that they are robustly pursuing tax payer cash - they have one of the best and most expensive legal teams working for them
