once again you are lying. these broker notes (cnsl's own broker ) are paid for by cnsl andusually to help a placing or get the bucket shop flippers out with profit . they are not independent research but used for a purpose

they did at one stage say 12p..but this has been removed several notes ago. they said they could no longer forecast a price. in other words they werent willing to put their name to it
