one of the key things about the update is what their forecast for next year will be?

with no significant contracts alerted it could be a worry.

if they confirm the current tax year will also be loss making then the sp will be hit

company forecast £3.9m and confirmed their forecasts were on track in last update.

if there is a difference my guess would be lower - cash burn is always more not less. so i predict £3.9 m or less

actually i did say a trade was on at various points - may even have been 1.7p - the lowest point...i am sure you have conveniently forgotten that...since you keep copies of all my postings as you have repeatedly said.

strange but not surprising with you

one of the reasons i didnt recommend anybody keeping this share from that sept post is that not only was there no significant good news on the horizon (another prediction proven to be true by the way!) but there is a sword of damocles hanging overhead in the gov dispute. as i have said numerous times if they lose (and i think they will) and have to pay back £2.5m of hard earned tax payers money then the sp will crash

so anyone holding at current sp - which is very near the year high. should think very carefully

Agree with har cris - on market corrections and fluctuations. history shows this share does tend to go down to 40s and then bounce up.

p100 - it might oscillate a bit.. so nothing to read into yet...BUT

i suspect we might get some traction approaching the court date. speculation on a pre court date settlement and also in preparation if it does go to court as many of us think ncyt have a good chance.

i think a lot of people ;probably exited a long while back knowing there was little on the horizon to increase SP...ygen did catch us all by surprise and in hindsight i missed one trading of the two spikes.

so now would be the time to think about returning and with a new tax year......

I think you are forgetting than on

oct 18th - just a month later the sp was at its very lowest of 1.75p - and any body who did buy was down as i predicted.

of course you always comment my predictions are wrong - conveniently forgetting when i get it right

the price stayed pretty dire until the recent pump ( 6 months later) - starting from only around 11th march when it finally increased to 2.65p and above. so lets keep it honest

Lse is currently showing 6 trades totalling around £6k

As there has been no movement in sp I think it could be safe to assume more or less equal values of £3k buys and sells.

So no one is " buying" in any significant quantities.

People buy and sell all the time...gambling / topping up or need money to pay a bill / finally getting out.

The company denied a takeover in last presentation ..when tampers asked if it could possibly be on the cards .

Agree with pebble. Trades too small to be a leak on settlement.

However we are only a couple of months away now.

If they do settle it could be any day. Most litigation cases are resolved before court. Now is the time line I had in mind.

The good news on the RNS this morning is that the company is starting to try and generate froth - by releasing RNS.

At least they are showing some interest in shareholders - the only nagging question is why? why now?

The talks in the first 3 months have not resulted in any new significant contracts...or there would have been an rns .
