if £50k was enough to release an RNS in other words it was significant - where are the rest?

gonna be really interesting to see what progress has been made in the US in the 15 months since that "update"

As for believing what the company says ...figures - yes as they are absolute. it will either have £3.8m or not and have to say why not

vague terms that they cannot be held accountable for

eg "busy busy" "big things coming"...we believe blah blah" etc etc

we have discussed the royalty payment before many times. Atan calculated they would recive £40k from current sales. there is 3 years on the contract left so max £120k.

If the company have forecast £3.8m cash and then said everything is as forecast - why are you assuming it will be over £4m...?

there is no profit - the company have been making a loss since 2017 at least.

they have survived on placings and selling off all the respected scientific bits of the portfolio

All that is left is a highly contentious product that is recommended not to be used by the major associations in the usa - the target country that CNSL are focused on with quite frankly little to show for it

We already know last year was yet another loss making year - as confirmed by the company. Hardly booming sales

dont forget the increase was also due to late orders from previous year. no significant new contracts have been RNS.

they have forecast cash burn resulting in available cash to £3.8m

There is absolutely no way this is going to 10p - on next financial end of year update. guaranteed.

Andy - That is assuming that the prices given were the same over all the platforms? eg i have been quoted different amounts on halifax and hargreaves for the same amount of shares at the same time. possibly they were using different market makers?

We know the way the system works. I have more issues in that recently i purchased £13k+ in another share and it never showed up at all that day!

The reality is there is nothing we can do - and it is the sp that really matters. What value the MMs associate with the share and how much your holding is worth

in CNSL's case 1 trade of £100 doesn't make any difference either way - other than show the pump and dump is over and the fakearound not on the horizon just yet!..lol

All the products provided were awarded with CTDA approval.

It will all ultimately come down to the contract - hopefully NCYT were a bit more robust than some of their peers and there aren't any stupid holes.

If they were provided and used it is hard to see a case for the govt.

Maybe they thought that they need to get something in place ? I think they escaped aot of shareholder anger last year by holding in France etc etc.

I am sure they would not be short of takers. My concern would be if they know what they are looking for and if they could choose better after salad man.

Agree with harchris...if going forward the then portfolio is the priority ....then LR would seem a good choice...with someone monitoring the finance.

Another question mark is what has gone wrong with the rest of the portfolio...is it purely a management failure or less appetite than we have all hoped for?

Kinda agree with pebble...no indication of a big contract yet. although if anyone at ncyt is gonna bring it my bet is LR.

my instinct was that i think he was taken on as part of the takeover deal. His clearly has more personality and dynamism than JM who was only ever interim until someone better came along. LR is there at the right time.

whilst i am not a huge fan and understand any anger of ygen shareholders - i honestly cant see ncyt recruiting someone better.

Funny when I first started on this forum I rarely posted. When I did was uber positive and can remember getting 30 likes etc.

Was willing to give salad man the benefit of the doubt on his 100 day walkabout. But that first presentation really felt a shambles and became very very negative.

I then remember being accused of not holding...FFS.

If I didn't I would not have been so frustrated .

It is going to be interesting to see what LR has to say leading up to the court case or settlement.

I hope it is good and tempts me into staying beyond
