Good news for holders that it has finally broken 4p.

However this now gets into territory where there is the r isk that the gazillion 4p placing shares will be dumped .

Don't expect 4p to hold. The company is barely in profit.

Remember they have said they " expect " positive EBITDA ...hardly a massive net profit alert

How can a company only just in profit be worth 10p? Ffs

Wait until final results and ebitda...company expecting it to be positive does not sound like huge profits

Lazy - the cash improved in the last financial year because of the sale of CD4 - hence no correlation at all

this time there are no additional income from sale of portfolio - so there will be a lot more correlation - it certainly will be a lot more accurate than the gross profit figure that everyone is quoting

GL - correct me if i am wrong but they are comparing the beginning to the end of the 3 year period

so increase of 30% from 0.64p - would give 10% per year over 3 years

increase of 90% - would give 30% per year

i think we would all expect the price to be over £1.28 if we win

or have i got it wrong?

Totally agree with kaeren on this one.

the LTIP should have been set after the court case or based on profit rather than sp

if we win then it is a guaranteed pay out for them - they won't have to do anything. most of them having done very little in the first place - and certainly nothing to support shareholders interest in the last two years

sniffer - firstly the fact that they are in profit (lets assume the EBITDA will be) for the first time in years was a surprise to all if they are honest.

whilst the sp is currently up. my bet is it will start to drift down again now that the froth has had an rns

furthermore there is still the question of the gov dispute

if news drops that they have to pay £2.5m of hard earned tax payer money back - what do you think that will do to the sp?

the company cleverly announced gross profit yesterday of £xm

however it is the net income that is important as expenses such as salaries etc still need to be taken off

the EBITDA will give a much more useful figure - the actual real profit

the company have only said that EBITDA is expected to be positive....which is hardly the most solid of forecasts ....so it could be negative or zero or slightly positive.

we do know that cash has increased by £300k - so i think it is a reasonable estimate that this could be a reflection of the actual net income - don't you?

There is no takeover ..notice how they can raise the rumour without providing a shred of evidence. The reality is the company denied it...there are no TR1 ..so nobody is buying

As for profit...the good news is there is some..but they are

pumping the gross profit before overheads ..ignoring g the fact that the company has only said it is expecting a net .

gross profit is profit minus cost of sales

net income will be after business overheads have been deducted eg director wages etc

the key was

Adjusted EBITDA1 expected to be positive (2023: loss of £2.0m).

this is the real measure of a company's profitability - as cash in bank has increased by £300k - I have taken that as a reasonable estimate

Don't forget i was posting negatively all the way down from 70p....so could have saved people much more money than buying when it was at 1.7p

you have constantly lied about the broker notes. the target price was removed several notes ago . these broker notes are paid for by the company - and even they could not persuade their own broker to write it.

there has been 20% increase in SP today.
