justin promotes aim - and the semi pro approach to trading. he is manna from heaven for the pump and dump gangs

Unfortunately AIM is full of lifestyle companies that survive on placing after placing with promise of jam tmrw

the index on a whole doesn't matter to individual companies like cnsl.

a number of cnsl peer diagnostic companies are falling by the wayside eg YGEN and another AIM darling is also about to go it seems as well. tbh they had better products than cnsl

cnsl will need to stand on their own two feet and start making consistent and increasing profits.

it was very good news that they are finally after many many years of making a loss and surviving on selling parts of the portfolio off and placings - that they now "expect" a positive eebitda ie a net profit

the challenge is getting punters interested in a one line of contentious product with a company that does not have a good track record

have they turned a corner? time will tell.

the main obstacle is that they only have one line of product - and unfortunately it is a very contentious product line that most authorities in the field dismiss as not fit for purpose. add the fact that the company has a very chequered history

Harchris ...my comment was about wb seeming to say that ncyt reputation was a reflection of sp. From memory the sharp rise in sp was after the gov contract. So my conditional statement still holds

Wb...it is dangerous to think the case is won. I have always thought ncyt had a very strong case. There is one thing that slightly bothers me..but overall I am happy leaving my money in on the roulette red or black.

If you are relating spnto reputation...one could argue that the gov gave ncyt their reputation.

I would prob argue that the price around £2 was right for the time..bio interest saw it spike up.but the drop from there to 40p is all the company's own making.

Ygen has given a new lease of life..and I think LR was the best leader we could hope for

Quite honestly take the cash away and what would you value ncyt at? The old portfolio seems worthless judging by sales over last couple of years...ygen is interesting but it bankrupted itself.

If ncyt win as I still think they will...despite my slight worry...then you have a company with a load of cash in difficult times. However they still need to prove they can make a profit

When a share is fast moving the quote can get removed before your time limit..i suspect if what you say is true...and not ability to press button or powers stopping you as you originally said.i suspect then the share might have been dropping super quick....you probably could have sold at a lower price but chose not to

Hence net profit is only "expected"

i think some people are selling cos they might have bought in for a quick trade on the hope of a collapse of gov case after pre trial and or negotiation...or even just the jump from mid 40s

i can't imagine lth are going to sell after waiting for so long...

Well I did ask for clarification what you meant by this twice. With no answer . So you can't blame me if It sounded to me like you were saying they were desperate to stop it going to trial
