You of all people should know the damage that kind of churn does to sp.

Johnny ..there many companies that have a much more attractive profile than cnsl.

Seems you either try to make up your losses elsewhere or try to pump the life out of this rather challenged share.

Whilst it is good news that they have just made their first profit ( if as expected that have) in many years...there is no case that this is going to multibag.

Agree with harchris..it will be the civil servants dealing with this...from my understanding .they are often a law unto themselves and not helpful the the gov of the day.

The election won't cause a delay to the trial..and if they tried I don't think it would sit well with this judge.she seems sensible

No I never mentioned her stinky flat...that was with others . Besides if she tells everyone about it on a board meant for talking about this share ...then I am not surprised when people commented on it.

if she keeps picking on me..then I think every now and again I have the right to give a mild shot across the bows. I have offered several times a truce..she leaves me alone and I won't respond...but that is not what she really wants...she would have no reason to visit board.

If you are that blinkered check her history.. 70 % (14/20) 0f her last 20 posts are attacking me...barely anything on the share. Check mine...couple of responses...i mostly try to ignore but occasionally she lies so badly I gave to defend myself

Kate Calder has harassed me for several years on here....I try to not engage with her..but she continually stalks every post I make...usually within 20 mind of my posting...ok I get she is prob stuck at home looking after her mum...but really her obsession over me is clear to see.

She even followed me on another board to have a pop... until they sent her packing..we discuss the share there not use it as a emotional substitute board

She did the same ..though to a lesser extent with trader Buckie...atan...and a few others until they break and respond as she quite frankly deserves. Then she plays victim.

I won't be bullied off this site but someone who clearly has issues

I am seeing the case as more 50-50 these days.

However have seen something which I think is a bit chink in the gov armour. Hope twiggers picks up on it and puts it to hugget.

Hard to say on sp movement before and during trial. It is going to be lengthy one and probably a delay on the decision.

The next marker is going to be release of results next week. We have been hammered on release in recent years but this one will be interesting as LR knows how to play the aim game and has hopefully made some progress with ygen portfolio.

if they go down that route - it is deviating away from faulty product to user error - which twiggers will pounce on

for her to agree that the tests were not robust - is not good..and she should not have done it

if she had said the testing process was not robust enough - then that would have been much better

i suspect twiggers will have to undo a lot of the damage done.

Wilson - personally i can't see the viscocity angle being a problem to our case

the tests were able to be successful in one lab...whilst it might be harder with thicker liquids - it was possible and there are alternatives eg Viscous Liquid Pipette etc etc
