It's a long day yet for those of us trading the US markets; I suspect that the comments will become less coherent over time...

Up until a couple of weeks ago, ARB has been very closely correlated with BTC. I regularly look at the rolling 20-day correlation and it's amongst the highest of all the miners. Let's hope it reverts back to its proper course soon - hopefully today is the start of that.

Why can't they just buy the LSE/ARB shares? I regularly buy NASDAQ, NYSE and TSX shares. I would have thought that most large fund managers are already holding international shares. Clearly NASDAQ will simplify that further, but I don't see any current restriction. Perhaps I'm missing something.

I have a whoppa position in Shell and BP. They've been total dogs... once I do that, I'll be diverting some more funds into ARB. The economy has changed. I can't yet run my car on farts or bitcoin, but oil is definitely on the way out...

Man, you must be glued to the screen! I have about 10% in ARB + other miners. Tempted to increase, but trying to keep some powder in reserve.

@Mambamentality - long-term, I expect ARB to switch to a primary listing on Nasdaq and to depart the UK. It would have limited effect on UK investors as it's straightforward to buy US shares on most of the UK share dealing platforms.

I expect there's going to be a premium for being the first Green miner. BlackRock in particular is heavily into ESG and it already holds MARA and RIOT - I'd be surprised if they therefore didn't buy some ARB. Why wouldn't they?

Good to see Polar Capital buying 5%

If you're still a copper bull, you might find something interesting amongst the following:

- Atalaya Mining
- Capstone Mining
- Central Asia Metals
- Lundin Mining

All of these have solid balance sheets, are profitable and relatively cheap.

I find that very difficult to believe, when there are no large shorts in the UK. Maybe I'm wrong. Make up your own mind.
