Fig i agree ooodles of potential BUT they left themselves ?£2.5m after dishing out the dividend... there is no way in gods name they will be able to bring that product anywhere near the market for £2.5m
Guarantee at some point itll be...
Sadly due to unforeseen increases in predicted costs the company has had to raise £5m
Guaranteed... bloke at the helm has been a pis*taker for years. Huge potential tho for sure I will personally hold out for the fundraise.
80% of my AST ... stil further to go but that RNS didn't read as if the quantum is as forthcoming as the market anticipates... Will await a re entry perhaps around the 10.5p mark.
Bought GMS (had to buy 500 £ lots) ..
Low down...
Company is refinancing... new management and in talks with the banks... talks are going well and they are hoping to get more favourable terms on the finance.
The PAR value of the shares is 10p - this means they cannot raise funds at less than 10p !!!! current SP is 6p !!!!
The order book stands at around £70m for 2021 and the NAV after all debt et al stands at around 60p ... IMV once they get this financing out of the way it will see itself to 30p+
Financing was meant to be sorted by the end of Jan but they had been granted another extension which if you do some digging and understand the structure of the company can only be seen as a positive. IMO.
Looking at a short term 100% based on the refinancing and 30p+ on the orderbook.
Bigsmoke - This is going to be a great story this year imo... par value 10p and it really doesn't look like the company will be stitching pre existing shareholders.
I for one am not selling yet.. I'm pretty sure most of the people invested are in for 50p+ ... someone said 30p before the litigation talks conclude which looks like it may well happen now.
TopCatZ - I agree.'. if it will float anyone's boat it'll be the Americans. Agree on Belluscura... its waiting for FDA clearance... it will come... TEK shouldn't have given such an overly optimistic timeframe
"The Company confirms it remains in direct negotiations with the Republic of Slovenia with a view to potentially settling the claim in an amicable manner in the short term"
TBH - one wonders if they would just be better selling the technology to the likes of one of those multi billion dollar competitors for a few hundred million. Or at the very least a licence fee.
I'm not a huge fan of the own branded crisps... in-fact I think they are exceptionally lame pretty sure most of us could come up with better branding and name given 20 minutes of brainstorming.
