Most likely investing for 6 months, following CB since baron tipped it 3 months ago, referencing LinkedIn and wiki & referring to ones spelling.

Porphyries go up to >2% Cu equiv. Typical grades are 0.4-1%. 0.2% isn’t sort after!!

Guess you will be well aware of the XTR's performance and have read all historic rns's and what they have done over the years ? How many times has XTR been consolidated ? That is the hallmarks of a good investment ? A trade, maybe.

If you have a hunt around I'm sure you'll find a PI who believed in the oil & used to own £50k worth now worth £200.

Probably "pump" to a much higher mcap and then low and behold... its not economic. I would put a bet on it!

Start in 2010 when they made a £11m loss and work your way forwards.

Steve far better economically to mine high grades over a smaller section than lower grades over a larger.

The former is the more sort after... Not to mention Colin Bird of XTR has let investors down many times over the years... if you don't know his background, highly recommend reading up in detail.

Bullsafore - I’m not knocking it, clearly it’s a good product, clearly there’s a market for it...

This conversation rolled off the $500m / $1b valuation... just putting it in perspective & overall the reason that I think it would be better to just sell it to a major.

As it’s not that much better & there are plenty on the market... taking it to market is going to be timely, costly, risky & won’t release as much value.

Selling the patents for $200/300m or alike would be far more savvy.

Skid - I agree with your take.. Turn is the same business model.. raise funds on the stock market and use it to fund the investments with the listed company paying the wages of the consultancy offered.

At a £3m mcap however this is attractive at this level.. at £10m I would be asking more questions... Cash shells with nothing are valued at more.

I was in contact with someone who is in the market last year, he was also trying to find out what the difference is as he was in comparison to older models as was interested from a commercial angle & possibly investing in TEK...

They say they have 17 patents and that it is the lightest etc in the world but very marginally than some of the others on the market.

Here is a reply we received off the Belluscura:

Subsequently the chap said some of the technology that they were using was old & as such didn't invest as he wasn't blown away by what they are claiming to be so good, weight doesn't cut it.

I think its worth "Us" bearing in mind that most people won't pay a $1000 premium for a concentrator based entirely on being 250g lighter or alike.

Regardless of all of this its a 100% upside from here on FDA imo but if all it is ever so slightly lighter then really not convinced its worth bringing to market....

We'll find out eventually i guess.

For reference of other products (there are plenty) type this in google: portable oxygen concentrator

SS17 and again as I said, you're dreaming.

Companies are valued on many things and being at the forefront of technology or alike is completely different to manufacturing a breathing cylinder - portable and light or not.

Have a look at the competition of small breathing cylinders & then for reference have a look at BOC which is possibly one of the biggest in the world.

How much do you think is going to be needed to bring it into production ?

The competitors sell for around $1500/$3000 each

What margins do we think they will get 30/40% ? $450 / $1200 each ? (seems generous)

So lets say for arguments sake they sell 10,000 @ higher margin

$12,000,000 profit ?

$4m admin costs ?

$3m Marketing ?

$5m Gross profit / Corporate tax say 30%

= $3.5m profit.

Lets say they sell 50000 (never will happen) ......... Still never going to value Belluscura at $500m - $1b !

I am bullish here but also realistic in that the far better option imo would be to sell the patents and the technology rather than going through the ballache of trying to compete in a highly competitive market.

Belluscura Mcap imo more likely to be around $200m when the product is for sale.
