I would say pretty soon based entirely off the PA but end of the day there isn’t a deadline on negotiations, it’s just not how negotiations work nor would you want them to work.

I agree this is very early days and could go on for a lot longer.

Wether it is a sale or liquidation, these things take time... also they haven’t put a date on the RNS they said update the court by end of January & then the market not to long after... that could be 14/20 days later.

Think people will do themselves a great deal of good by not worrying or trying to second guess the outcome... we have no control so we just have to accept the fate we are given.

Hopefully it’s positive but imv if we get our money back in 6 months time I won’t feel hard done by.

Well it’s valued at cash (just over) ... it invested in Bytedance in 2019 Bytedance owns tiktok and is very likely tencent ($750b mcap) main rival.

The bod aren’t bleeding it & ive asked for clarification of amount if shares held & if they would consider crypto (£1.6m cash)

If wsl bought into Bytedance at considerable discount to current level (tiktok possibly achieve $200b mcap on ipo), biytedance has 15 or so tech businesses under the name so that’s one of many......

Fig - you need a buyer to sell the assets, if there aren’t keen “buyers” to bid the price up, irrespective of what we think it’s worth to meet the debts, it’ll be fire sold. That’s how this kind of situation works & nothing can change that.

Bod don’t cream huge wages, have skin in the game, cash @ mcap & most importantly, have replied.

It’s got nothing to do with the company now tho mate. The jols are in control & their only objective is (not you and I) ... it’s to get the debts paid back. They are akin to bailiffs! If we get a return I think we should consider ourselves pretty damn fortunate.

Given what we know seems far more likely that there is something (possibly positive) going on.

I do think people need to take a step back tho & chill, sending untold emails doesn’t speed anything up & who knows what the reason it’s ran over to the 3rd.. (it’s only the 3rd).

Its an auction...

So basically 3when the order book has orders from DMA traders and the orders can be matched the price will go through as an average preice...

So eg:

If someone is willing to buy at 9p and someone is selling at 8.9p then the orders can be matched but as the participants are on either side of the order book the auction matches them at the average price within that spread.

If the UT trade that goes through is on the buy side it indicates their is more sellers and vise versa.
