The jols are just updating the courts, as to developments, ie: liquidation, sale, potential proceeds (etc etc) ... probably via email & as such we will get an update a few days later on the same stuff.

As per RNS it’s just an update to keep all stakeholders up to date.

They have also reduced debt by £49m

Only £11m net debt .

Saying "Everyone buy this and lets create a squeeze" is illegal.

Saying "I'm going to buy this for these silly reasons and there may be a possibility of a squeeze" isn't.

If the dodgy finance wan*ers at the top would let the market sort it out properly as a free market should be, on the market it would have (IMO) gone way higher.

End of the day negotiations take time & there is no fixed limit on their success etc... I’m sure everyone here would happily wait longer for the right deal.
